Our stay at Alua Soul was genuinely fantastic from start to finish. From the moment we checked in, the staff made us feel incredibly welcome and looked after throughout our entire stay. The service across the hotel was outstanding—whether at reception, in the restaurant, or around the facilities, everyone was attentive, friendly, and professional. The food was a real highlight: great variety, excellent quality, and consistently delicious. It’s clear a lot of care goes into both preparation and presentation. Our room was spotless, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the hotel overall felt clean, modern, and relaxing—exactly what you want for a getaway. While I unfortunately don’t remember everyone’s names, I do want to give a special mention to Khalifa, Alberto, Jose Alberto, Narea, Theo, and Ismael, who all went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. We would absolutely return and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a high-quality, welcoming experience.

My daughter and I absolutely loved this hotel and hope to go back. The foyer area is stunning, the food was lovely and the pool area with pool bar was just busy enough to have a lovely atmosphere. The staff, including the young lady who was the waitress at the pool bar were just so friendly. All Inclusive was fabulous and we tried the VIP experience as we were celebrating birthdays- it made the stay even more special. The bay itself was lovely with a huge variety of bars and restaurants. We will definitely be going back!

Arrived at the hotel, reception was bright and clean staff were friendly and efficient. My room was 208 it was clean and comfortable although the floor covering wasn’t fitted correctly and really need some attention, The bathroom was clean and modern with a powerful shower. From the balcony I could see the sea which was nice. I stayed bed and breakfast, breakfast was buffet style and nothing out of the ordinary plenty of choice Fresh Fruit, Pastry’s, Cereal plus a hot selection and omelettes cooked to order. The pool area was large and well kept and I never had a problem getting a Sunbed. Food at the pool bar was delicious. During my stay I had a fall it happened to be a bank holiday all the pharmacies were closed but I have to say the hotel reception staff were brilliant Louisa ( I hope I have her name right ) couldn’t do enough for me and provided sterile water and Iodine to clean my wounds along with gauze and bandages at no charge .

We rate our stay at Alua Soul Hotel a solid 5/5. From the very beginning, we were warmly welcomed at reception, and it was a lovely touch to find a bottle of wine waiting for us in the room. The room itself was comfortable and well-equipped, with a nice bathroom and very comfortable beds. We especially enjoyed the balcony with its beautiful ocean view — a perfect spot to relax. At night was quiet, which made it ideal for a good night’s sleep. The food in the hotel restaurant was excellent, with a wide variety of dishes to choose from, all fresh and very tasty. The staff throughout the hotel were consistently friendly and helpful, which really added to the overall experience. Another big plus is the location — the hotel is very well situated, and everything we needed was close by. Overall, we had a fantastic stay and would happily return.

Stayed at AluaSoul Hotel for our honeymoon and had a really positive experience overall. The hotel is clean, well looked after, and has a calm, adults-only atmosphere that’s ideal for couples. Facilities are good, everything is well organised, and it’s easy to settle in and relax. Location is also convenient for getting around and accessing local activities. Big shoutout to Laźaro on reception—genuinely one of the highlights of our stay. He was very friendly, approachable, and really helpful when it came to booking things to do and making recommendations. That level of service made a noticeable difference to our experience. Overall, a solid choice if you’re visiting Tenerife and want a relaxed, stress-free stay. Would happily return.
