Loved everything about this hotel. The room was very clean and modern, we had such a comfortable bed, sleeping like a baby every night.
My partner and I had our wedding in Tenerife so for the night they prepared some lovely surprises in our room to make it even more romantic.
The food was very good, my parents were super excited, especially with their dinner. There weren't vegan options beside some roasted vegetables, so we had to go eat at Tierra cafe a few breakfasts, which I also recommend to everyone.
Didn't enjoy the pool because we love the beach, but we were able to rent some beach towels. The gym looked very appealing as well.
Receptionists were 100% involved in all requests we had, super helpful, especially Florina.

Fabulous stay.
Lovely comfortable clean room. Staff most attentive and even surprised us with a bottle of bubbly for my friends birthday.
Amazing stay would highly recommend and hope to stay again.
We were b&b which was amazing!! Fresh food, variety, catered to all requirements/allergies.
Pool and gym great/under renewal all round 10/10

Much improved! We have stayed here many times as the Be Live, it has improved in all the areas that needed to, rooms and especially en suites are much better, the pool area also is new, quiet and has plenty of beds though still without mattresses which I think they need.
Reception and dining room are little changed except for a lick of paint but food is now much better. Adult only for me is the best improvement as it’s now quiet and relaxing.
All in all I’d give it a solid 4* now as a hotel which the Be Live wasn’t.

A lovely newly refurbished hotel but steps at the front . Not very practical for older people . Adult only but young men having stag parties very rowdy. Load music from the bar outside didn’t help at night from 9pm onwards. Massive terrace by our room with sea view lovely. When I asked for a Sun lounger to be brought up the receptionist said it was impossible. Empty mini bar ! We had half board and was given a small glass of wine on the first night with our meal. A mistake because with half board only tap water included. Yet all inclusive drinks were wasted by others and or not consumed. For a four star I expected more . The food okay but didn’t always have a description in English. The Cleaners very friendly and courteous

We came back from this hotel a few days ago, it’s a lovely hotel, very deceiving from outside as it sits between a row of shops and on entering its very big and spacious.
Check in went smoothly and the receptionist gave us all the information we required.
Our room was a my favourite sea view room which was very nice, the bed was large and very comfortable as were the pillows. Lovely shower too.
The pool area was spacious and the pool very good. The second week of our time there the pool area got very busy and impossible to get a sun bed unless you got up early and put a towel on it which we never did as feel that it’s wrong. We complained at reception a few times and the last few days the lifeguard started removing towels after 30 minutes if they lay unused. The best thing the hotel should do to remedy the situation is supply more sunbeds as there is plenty space for them. The roof terrace had the same problem, we paid extra for this area and there just wasn’t enough sunbeds on it.
We were all inclusive, the breakfast was quite busy and there was the usual buffet food which wasn’t bad. Lunch and dinner were quiet, found the food to be very repetitive and not hot enough, there is a lot of room for improvement in the restaurant, there’s plenty choice but unfortunately just not good enough.
We didn’t eat at the pool bar as the menu was very limited unless you pay for it which I’ve never come across before anywhere, if you pay extra for all inclusive and my favourite all the food at the pool bar should be included. We went to the a la carte restaurant once and it was a very nice change but the menu doesn’t change so one visit was enough.
The my favourite room with snacks and drinks was okay and we did use it but it was small and not impressive in any way, there were bottles of spirits, Gordons gin and absolut vodka, the brandy was Soberano not premium it was a cheaper brand, a fridge with bottled beer, water, wine and cava most of which you can get at the other bars
Was surprised that Ricard, Pernod or Pastis had to be paid for…€3.30 which I just don’t understand, tia Maria was the same, they didn’t even had a similar cheaper brand…why?
The staff were very nice and friendly and they all worked very hard, never had a problem with any of them. Caesar the entertainment person was brilliant, he was very enthusiastic in everything he did, French boules, darts, water aerobics and good fun but never put any pressure on you to join in, a big asset to the hotel for sure. The evening entertainment was dire, telephone bingo and singers, there were only ever a handful of people there any night, the area where it all took place was not good the sound echoed because of the open interior of the hotel. There was no soul in the place, for us this was the worst part of our stay, although we were all inclusive we had to go out in the evenings, would work better if you were b&b.
The situation of the hotel was great, all pubs, restaurants and entertainment was on the doorstep, perfect for walkers and beach lovers.
Because of all the issues listed in this review, we wouldn’t return.
Hope this has been helpful to anyone thinking of going to the Aluasoul Costa Adeje. I’ve tried to be as honest and fair as I can writing this review.
