Exceeded our expectations! Lovely hotel with friendly staff We had a fantastic stay at AluaSoul Hotel in Costa Adeje. The hotel has been recently renovated, so everything felt fresh, clean, and modern. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Lot of food options for breakfast, even for those with dietary restrictions — I was pleasantly surprised to find gluten- and lactose-free choices at breakfast. There’s always something to do, from rooftop yoga and water aerobics to bingo and board games, even live music. The beach is just a short walk away, and there are lots of great shops and restaurants in the area. We also really appreciated the adults-only atmosphere — it made the whole experience extra relaxing and peaceful. Would definitely recommend and return!

A really great place to visit the people are very friendly and helpful. The weather has been gorgeous and the places we visited well worth the money. We viewed Mount Teide and the night sky with a meal thrown in and our guide Isabel was so knowledgeable of the stars and constellations it was great. We viewed a beautiful sunset near Mount Teide. And didn't get back till gone Midnight which we didn't mind at all!

AluaSoul is a stones throw from the marina but is a quiet oasis of calm in what is a really busy area. It is an adults only hotel and tends to attract older travellers. That said, there was a very good atmosphere. The food was very good quality and the variety was extensive. Each evening is themed, which refreshes the menu daily, but some staples are maintained for the less adventurous diner. I was impressed by the variety of seafood, much of which was cooked freshly on demand in front of guests. The rooms are spacious and clean. We had a room on the 6th floor, overlooking the pool with a really pleasant view. There was no noise from the marina area during the evenings, though I heard some guests with sea view rooms talking about music and noise from the local bars and entertainment. The room had tea & coffee making facilities, a fridge, and a simple to use combination safe. Bottled water is not replaced daily, but bottled water is available from the bars. The pool area is secure, beautiful, very well maintained, and cleaned to a high standard. The gym, however, was very basic, but the equipment is of good quality. What makes this hotel stand out are the staff, who we found to be friendly, professional, and keen for us to have the best experience.

Disappointing for the Price – Not True 4-Star Quality This is essentially a 3-star hotel charging 4-star prices. The room was quite basic and had several issues, including a dirty couch and curtains and a poorly functioning drain. Despite paying €180 per night, I was charged an additional money for checking out a a bit later, even though the room wasn’t booked for the same day and I am a Hyatt member - it felt excessive and inflexible. The gym was especially disappointing: outdated equipment and no weights at all — definitely not up to 4-star standards. The staff was okayish, not particularly friendly like in other places I visited in Spain.. Overall, not worth the premium price.

Spent 10 nights here . Great place to stay . Rooms nice and fresh after recent renovations. Plenty of food choices enjoyed the all inclusive option we paid for . Found it difficult at times to get a sunlounger . Evening entertainment every night quite enjoyable. The hotel is situated in a good spot but unfortunately though there was a lot of noise from a couple of close bars during the evening .But this didn’t prevent us from a restful sleep .
