A beautiful hotel. The rooms are clean and have everything you need for a stay! Even a small kitchen and dishes. The choice of food is very large for any taste. The staff is polite and friendly. A wonderful Loro Park is located 10 minutes from the hotel. Mass of shops

The hotel was very clean and the staff were friendly, however some staff had very little English so it was hard to communicate. when we arrived we were put in a little room with three single beds next to each other which is not what we paid for.. we paid for a family room as it was me my partner and our 14 year old. I went down to reception to sort this out and they were very accommodating and moved us to a much better room. The all inclusive had a good variety of food (a lot of fish) The location was ok, close to beaches and local shops. The only down side I would say is we were the only English family at this hotel. There was lots of Spanish and French which is fine however it’s nice to meet new people and have a drink and chat but was unable to do this. We also didn’t get our towels changed daily so I had to go to reception several times to get new ones. All the entertainment for the children was in Spanish also.

On arrival, we were greeted by a lovely man at reception, checked in with no issues, very happy as hotel is stunning!
We got to our room and the noise from the dining room upstairs was so loud and constant until late at night and first thing in the morning.
We were getting stared at by everyone wherever we went which was so uncomfortable, with 99% of the guests being Spanish or French it felt isolating.
The following day, I went to reception to get the card for the towels by the pool and was told to see the lifeguard, I went to the little cabin outside where an entertainment staff member was standing and I saw the sign saying towels are not from here, she turned her back to me (blonde lady with glasses) and eventually I found the lifeguard who was very friendly young woman and gave us our towels.
We then heard the entrainment staff talking over the speaker all in a different language and then proceeded to go round with a clipboard totally ignoring us, trying to sign people up to the activities. Not once during our stay did anybody from the entertainment team even acknowledge our existence.
I them got 2 cocktails from the bar and the lovely gentleman there suggested i buy a drinks wristband for $15 per day, I went to the front desk to do this and there was a man and a woman serving customers. I stood at the desk and waited and then a few more people came and stood right behind the person being served.
We waited and then when the lady behind reception had finished serving her customer, she then looked at the next person (also Spanish) and served her even though we had been waiting a long time before her. She proceeded to help her and then did exactly the same thing to the NEXT person (also Spanish) so we again seemed to be invisible!!! I walked away at this point as i was so angry and upset I found myself actually in tears due to the humiliation and being treated like this.
We were refused service at the bar opposite the hotel too, just literally told "no" I felt so belittled and just wanted to come home at this point.
We found our stay so very uncomfortable and isolating and did not feel welcome by anyone all because we were from the uk.
I even jokingly said to my daughter "I bet this is the British corridor" and to my surprise, the day we checked out 2 British couples also had just arrived and been put in the same corridor. They weren't happy either and had already began experiencing the same issues as us.
I don't think the hotel should allow British guests if this is how they treat them as its not fair, I work so hard to afford a holiday to be treated like that, the worse holiday I have ever been on.

Modern clean hotel on the north side of the island
There was a good selection of food and most diets catered for however the food was often luke warm and didn't really stay hot under the lights.Breakfast the eggs were always cold unless you managed to get one just as it was cooked.
The staff were pleasant however this hotel is ok if you are French speaking French or want to learn french.some staff were bilingual and translated others didn't bother and we felt ignored.
Big shout out to Jonathan who did aqua gym as well as other activities and always translated to English however the rest of the team I felt were very young and some quite rude and it was ok if you wanted to go to a kid's club.
One receptionist was also rude maybe she was having a bad week not helpful anyway.
Would I stay here again yes if I was passing by highly unlikely.
The hotel was ok must mention the lovely lady we had a Spanish lesson with she was funny and lovely.
The pool area was well maintained and clean overall it was a good stay needs improvement on the food temperatures and the staff should be bilingual at least we would have felt included then

The only good thing about theese hotel is that it is near the loro park (if you are traveling with the kids).
However the hotel is not kids friendly, the mini disco that supposed to take place few evenings per week, never happens. Also, the rooms are dirty and the food is inedible. It is located far evey from the city centar. Also the parking that you have to pay for is tiny
