Really nice hotel. Near the beach. The rooms are okay and nice, for three people kinda small but good. The food is buffet style and even though there are several options, not many are recommended, you gotta try everything before you know what's good. Also, especially at dinner, there were too many people at the buffet, so it was pretty difficult to get the food you wanted, you had to dodge people over. Apart from that, everything was great. The pool is nice. The hotel is clean. The employees are really nice as well. I'd definitely come again.

Good value hotel for a low budget. We loved the location, the entrance hall, and the bedroom. The staff was friendly. The pool area was quite noisy but it's often the case in those hotels. A little make over of the upper pool area would be nice. We had the all inclusive with drinks. The buffet was nice but nothing special about the food. As other people said, there is sometimes group of children that shared the restaurant with us it was not a big deal but we had to queue for food and it was then noisy.

In general, it's a great hotel, there are no serious flaws, there are questions about the rooms, all the holders in the bathroom are loose, the toilet paper doesn't hold, a small mirror can't be set up as you want because it doesn't hold on the wall as it should, the shower gel and shampoo stand also holds crookedly, every time I took a shower it all fell. There was also a fungus in the bathroom and a wooden doorway swollen with moisture, the door to the bathroom does not close properly. I was surprised that there are no pillowcases for blankets. The food is tasty and varied, the evening shows are interesting, the staff is good and helpful.

Brilliant Hotel, would highly recommend. I’ve come with my little family and we’ve really enjoyed staying here. The hotel is clean and tidy. Pool is awesome with lots going on throughout the day. Room: Beds were super comfy, slept great every night, air con is a godsend, balcony is perfectly spacious, Tv, kettle all that jazz as you would expect. Shower is amazing too. 5/5 Service: Ok the staff are amazing, even before I arrived the front desk manager was answering my questions. The entertainment staff are amazing and the Bar & kitchen staff/waiters, WOW! What a fantastic team! I witnessed a waiter drop some plates and about 4 team members came to help clear up the mess! The food was brilliant lots of variety from night to night from Chinese to Mexican inspired foods and of course Spanish. Breakfast was as you would expect. The continental is where it shines for me. The front desk staff were great with answering questions. 5/5 Location: location is great. 2 supermarkets within 3 minute walk for those that travel light. Lots of souvenir shops too. Loro Park is a short walk away to the left of the hotel and the main town area is also a short walk to the right of the hotel. Beaches are very close too. 5/5 My biggest complaint is alot of the pool entertainment was catering to Spanish or French so felt a little bit excluded in some cases. Non the less we didn’t let that stop us from having a great time.

I am extremely disappointed with this hotel. During my stay, a shirt disappeared from my room. I immediately reported it to the reception, and they promised to look into it — but absolutely nothing was done. No follow-up, no explanation, no action. Since check-out, I’ve sent several emails asking for an update, and I have been completely ignored. Not a single response. Not even a basic apology. This level of negligence and disrespect is unacceptable. If something goes wrong in this hotel, don’t expect any help. They simply don’t care. I would strongly advise others to think twice before booking here.
