My partner and I decided to book this Hotel to spend Xmas Eve to NYE. We wouldn’t stay here again. On arrival the reception rushed us to go for lunch as the room wasn’t ready and said we have 15 minutes to eat as they were closing. The room was spacious and clean but basic. Air conditioning didn’t work and would flash in the night even though we’d switched it off. Entertainment was average. Location is great as close to the sea, restaurants, bars etc. The worst part of our holiday was the really poor quality of the food. The food was just about warm and meat over cooked. We had upset stomachs from the awful food. Staff were not very cheerful or hospitable. One bar man was very sarcastic to one guy in front of me shouting “OLA…..” Hot drinks were warm and coffee with milk was fluffy, sweet and sickly. The only decent pool was by the Terra restaurant but was not heated and a clicking noise randomly sounded periodically from the pool pump house which was irritating. Transfer coach which took around 40 mins on the way took over 1 hour 30 going back due to 8 pick ups. Weather was great for the time of year and we relaxed after a full on year but we were disappointed here.

An attractive hotel in a good location about 15 minutes easy walking from Corralejo town. Rooms are large and comfortable, if a bit dated. They were cleaned daily to a good standard. Gardens and grounds are exceptional and very well kept. Food is average for an all inclusive, could be better and hotter but you won't starve (depending on your tastes!) The MFC restaurant was a big disappointment; a beautiful setting and less busy than the main buffet but below average service and the choice of "speciality" main courses was not to our taste. All the wine ( red, white and rosé) is very watery and not great even in the MFC, though other drinks ( spirits) seem to be of good quality. Cocktails were sweet and sickly and served from a large jug, not individually prepared, though some people obviously enjoyed them. Service was variable and some servers need training to be more welcoming and helpful. Entertainment is quite good, the usual All Inclusive standard, nothing special, we didn't take part in any of the group activities so can't comment.This hotel is good value for money in spite of the niggles we found with food and service. Choose the MFC for a quieter stay and a better experience all round.

Generally we had a good time, rooms were very spacious and comfortable, the alcohol offering was good, some branded spirits, decent beer. The food was pretty good, we were in my favourite club so we had access to all the restaurants and pools, I wouldn’t do any longer then 1 week, everyone that was there for longer were eating in the town for a change, it doesn’t make sense being on an all inclusive and eating off the Hotel. There is a Spanish restaurant that you can book, but we couldn’t get in there because there was always queues of people trying to book, this whole arrangement was frustrating because it only opened 3 days a week, you couldn’t prebook in advance, only on the day. I don’t know why it’s not opened every day so everyone can enjoy the experience. Tennis courts looked like no one has played on them in 10 years, very sad looking, needs updating or getting rid of. The staff were friendly, most of them, they were quite happy to usher you off to get a sub standard coffees from the machines rather than offering you a bit of service and making you one from their better machines, its the same in all these establishments, depends what member of staff you get on what day

Service can’t fault. Staff always friendly and approachable. Entertainment staff especially Laura were also very good and work tirelessly hard every day. All inclusive is debatable. There’s some additional charges for some drinks. Drinks in room are nil void. We stayed one week and was provided with one bottle of water only. We were advised to refill this at water station as they do not provide additional bottles of water, which to be honest is rather poor. I understand and appreciate the whole sustainable approach but I think bottle water should be standard and provided if requested. The food was ok but not 4 star standard. The room was spacious and well laid out, but damp. Bedding and towels were all damp. However room was cleaned most days. Remember to put towels on the floor if you want them changed as they will not be changed unless you follow this rule which is listed on a card in the room. Location was fine. Yes it’s about a 20-25 min walk to the centre but this is fine. If you prefer to be straight in the centre then avoid this hotel. If you’re after super high standards or 4 stars then also avoid as you may be disappointed. If you’re happy with 3 stars then it’s not a bad place. It’s very close also to a small shopping centre where there is a real nice cafe (see my other reviews) and a great place that cooks beef burgers. Avoid the local convenience store as this was almost double the price than the same store that is around a 10 min walk away.

Wonderful hotel! Rooms are clean and spacious. The only downside is our air-con didnt work and the unit was only in the living room area anyways. Luckily we stayed in November so it didn’t matter. The food options for breakfast, lunch, snacks and dinner are great. Food could be hotter but it didn’t bother me too much. The in-house restaurant which you can book once there is brilliant! Ignore the dress code which is stated on the website for meal times - formal wear is not mandatory. Drinks were good apart from cocktails which weren’t the best. Wouldn’t bother with these again. Location is a 25 min walk into the main centre and a short walk to the beach. Overall, it was a great stay and I will be returning next autumn!
