The staff team were brilliant. Atmosphere incredible. Moises was the best. This hotel is underrated. Kid-friendly taken to a different level in this hotel. A blessing to exist. Thank you lord.

This is our 2nd stay in the self catering apartments that were formally called the Miami. Right on the beach, it includes direct access from one of the hotel pools. Fantastic pool facilities for children. We couldn't see any changes since the hotel/apartments changed to the Leonardo. Rooms were cleaned daily but there were some end of season wear and tear noticeable. For some reason, the check-in process appears too complex and takes quite a long time. Evening entertainment was limited and not as professional as last year and our 3 year old didn't like children's entertainment. We used the hotel restaurant for several meals. There is a very wide range of self service menu which is nicely presented and properly cooked. The outside eating area is very popular and often full. The staff work very hard to clear the tables and we never had to queue. The restaurant can get a bit noisy at peak times.

We stayed in one of the apartments next to the main hotel. Our room was great for what we needed as a family. The pools were nice and clean, the beach is really wonderful and you’re right on it. The staff were really friendly and hardworking, everyone was really lovely to our kids (1&5 year old). The food was good some nights but others not so good, overall it was fine and there’s a lot of options. Always salad bar and lots of fruits available. Too many fried items in my opinion but perhaps down to personal preference. We booked as we wanted an easy family holiday with everything in one place and it was a great holiday, the downside for us was the splash pads weren’t turned on (perhaps because it’s very slippery) and my 1 year old would of loved that and one of the reasons we booked this hotel. The children’s entertainment was pretty non existent, so I would say we probably expected more but we just went into the town and found our own fun once we realised. Overall it was a good stay and if you’re after a easy pool and beach holiday it’s a really nice place. I perhaps would go bed and breakfast next time and try out the local restaurants for more variety.

We are currently staying here, its really not what we thought and from some of the reviews well I'd not go by those, The staff are rude towards you look at you like your dirt. The rooms are satisfactory cleanliness, housekeeping what housekeeping may as well not have them available!!! Beds have not been changed since we got here they just put towels in the room and go! The floors are dirty even when we arrived it didn't look like it had been thoroughly cleaned, online the hotel looked perfect! Not at all what you see on the pictures! Honestly the only thing keeping us staying here is the fact the restaurants surrounding the hotel are amazing!!! The hotel food is shocking basic options for a 4 star hotel! Really a shame! The pool area is not managed correctly the kids water splash area doesn't work, it does really spoil it. I think its in serious need of fixing also it states on the arrival sheet with all your times and information for food etc. That no smoking is allowed on the hotel premises yet i see lots of people smoking which is absolutely disgusting! Cigarette ends all over. This hotel really lets it self down and needs sorting out!!

The hotel team were excellent and we had a fantastic holiday. The hotel is brilliantly situated on the coast by the beach and with a lovely walk around the coast and close to the town as well with some great restaurants and bars. We were room only with interconnecting rooms and the rooms were very well organised with great facilities and a lovely view from the balcony of the pool and sea. The room cleaning staff kept the rooms exceptionally clean and tidy. The reception staff were often busy but were always friendly and helpful. We loved the touch of water available in reception. We really appreciated the option of using the pool etc after check out and then being able to store our luggage until we were transferred to the airport in the evening. The pool area was great and it was lovely to also have the option of going down to the beach for a swim. The guy cleaning the pool area worked tirelessly to keep the area clean and free from sand. He did a brilliant job. Only 2 things we would have liked was some extra drawer space in our room and more umbrellas for shade around the pool. Brilliant hotel in a perfect location. Thank you to all the staff for making our holiday lovely.
