Great location, rooms basic but very clean bedding and towels changed daily. Staff were friendly and very helpful. Didn't use the pool but clean and lifeguard on duty all the time. We were only there four days, so was great for a short break. Didn't eat there so can't comment. We enjoyed it.

Excellent location just 10 minutes from airport by taxi. Beaches and “promenade” are a five minute walk away. Reception staff were very helpful although it has to be said some were more friendly than others. Very nice rooms with excellent daily maid service. Breakfast was great with choices to suit almost everyone. Cannot fault this hotel or the very attentive people who work in it.

The location of the hotel is great, in front of it there is a bus station, so you can easily get to the airport ot Palma.. rooms are littler outdated, but have basic staf and are creaned daily. I wish there was a fridge and hairdryer. The food is also great, many fresh salads and options for vegetarians, like me. Overall, worth the money.

Great little hotel. Reasonably priced, the general staff at reception and cleaners are great and friendly. The hotel is dated, but I believe that the hotel is soon being renovated and updated. The lifts are small and at the time of staying one wasn’t working. This only being able to carry two at a time. Great location, ideal for people staying in or adventuring out. Decent hotel for plane spotting. Any spotters who are wondering, you want 5th floor looking over the tennis court

Pathetic air conditioning, changed the room still no help. Have to stay for 6 more nights in this condition. To add on this, housekeeping is even worse. You are supposed to clean the tub before every wash. Get the wash gel refills yourself from the reception. And what you get in return is rude response from the staff. This hotel is a big NO if you look forward to a happy trip. 3 out of 2 staff rude and not ready help even when it’s about missing facilities. Hotel claims itself to be 3 star but I don’t think it’s even close to it. Not worth 135 euros a night.
