Cool 4 star hotel. Great swimming pool but sadly they close it at 7pm on summer. The view is amazing. Staff is very kind. Food is ok, some days better than others. Location is great, very close to the beach, airport, restaurants, bars. The rooms, sometimes they forget to live water or coffee. Clean and fresh. It is a very good choice.

Great location, a block away from the beach. The bus stop is less than 20 meters away. There is a small super market (Carrefour Express) 5 min walk at another hotel. The room was nice & clean. They have a parking for €4/day. Bed and pillows were extremely comfortable. Decent size swimming pool. Many tables along the pool where you can relax and get your coffee/beer. I can’t says anything about the food at the restaurant cause I haven’t eaten there. Wonderful staff. You can rent a beach towel with refundable deposit of €10. This was very nice option.

According to my high standards, this hotel deserves an additional star. Firstly, the hotel is located in an excellent spot, close to the beach, with a bus stop connecting to Palma just a few steps away. Surrounded by lush vegetation, the hotel offers a tranquil retreat for every visitor. The rooms, restaurant, and the entire establishment are impeccably clean. What I would particularly like to highlight is the hotel staff, because at the end of the day, what we remember are the emotions they convey. From the wonderful and kind receptionist Vanessa, who warmly welcomed us, to all other receptionists like Brigita and Toni, who provided us with all the necessary information. The chefs, like the lovely Conci, Antonio, and Tomasa, prepare perfect dishes with their hardworking hands, always with a smile. The hotel staff tirelessly ensures that the rooms are neat and clean, and I can only say that the manager of this hotel has chosen the right team, worthy of hosting even the King of Spain. The only sad moment was the day before our departure, when I had to say goodbye to these wonderful people. If you want a vacation to remember, I wholeheartedly recommend Alua Leo.

At entrance lobby was crowded 1 lift wasnt alligned properly and the lights were flickering, after recieving the cards we entered the room which was not clean and had rubbish of other users while the beds were made. Ventilation wasnt working and tap had little to no power which means that the oily soap was not washing off, shower head has corrosion which makes the water stream unpredictable and leaves green residue. Room should contain bath slippers which it didnt have, the walls between rooms are thin enough to hear each other and the vault was not working. Toilets outside of the room are extremely small causing you to be forced to close the door while seated, employees are way too straight to the point and seem to hate their job. We had 1 server doing his job while 2 other servers where talking for 1.30 hours straight while standing behind a few tables who were visible for the visitors. The table where we were seated had 2 glases with enough silverware for 4 persons, while the silverware seemded to already have been used. The food was mainly stale and nothing seemed fresh. The orange juice was more water than juice and even see-through. 5 of the 8 coffee and juice dispensers were broken or didnt dispend anything, pool table was crooked and rough with the pool containing algea and closing at 7 o' clock. Fruit was dry, not ripe and very hard. Some tables were broken or were wobbling and the salt and pepper shakers were sticky, the hotel has bad hygiëne and many broken appliences. Definitely not worth the 4 stars they recieved!

Great hotel we have stayed here many times. The hotel is kept clean and is in a great location it one street back from the beach front. The staff I have found to very friendly and helpful this hotel has many return customers.
