The hotel is in a great location and has a beautiful view. Staff are all fine. However there are some serious issues. Between rooms there's no sound isolation. You can hear every little noise from surrounding rooms. Most of the time people were loud so couldn't sleep. During our 9 night stay we didn't go to the pool area because most of the sun beds were booked in the early morning with towels. In my opinion only peasants book sun beds with towels so others can't use them. Staff see this every time and allow this kind of rat race. If you're a peasant like this, this hotel suits you. All inclusive alcoholic drinks included only during the launch and dinner times. Not a big issue for me but if you expect to have a beer in all inclusive then you have to pay extra. When booking it wasn't explained this policy. We had booked a deluxe room with a sea view. As mentioned above the view was fabulous but the room was basic. Nothing deluxe in there. For the price of the hotel we really expected more.

Brilliant location, super happy with beachfront and pool. We had a suite so room big. All inclusive is a bit misleading. Limited snacks through the day and no drinks included out of meal times except at snack bar across the road.

Location is great with Palmanova and Magaluf on its doorstep. Food is very good but apart from 1 night is very repetitive. The 1 themed night food was excellent with lots of fish choice. Our room was clean and had kettle with tea and coffee. However our room was facing the road and other hotel was very noisy with some kind of pumping station and we could not leave door open as smell from road very bad. We would book again but would choose sea view.

We have stayed at this hotel for over 8 years and keep going back. The location and the views are amazing. The hotel changed ownership this year and while not much has changed, the food wasn’t as good. Still lots of selection but an overuse of oil. The entertainment team are great with some familiar faces, my 7 year old had a great time in kids club. Sun beds as usual were a problem and this year there was a sunbed graveyard, with broken beds just stacked up. lots to go around but people were happy to just move towels off others sun beds when not in sight. Didn’t help when I took my 7 year old to kids club to return to my towels being taken off by the pool attendant for a Spanish family. (Not very fair)! Overall would still recommend if you want great views, a base for going out in the evening and a chilled or fun day in the sun
