I had a wonderful experience at Alua Camp de Mar, largely thanks to the receptionist Nico. From the very beginning, Nico stood out for his kindness, professionalism, and consistently positive attitude. He was always ready to help with any question or request, providing useful information about the hotel, the area, and transportation options. Even during busy times, Nico remained patient, attentive, and welcoming. His warm smile and approachable manner made us feel truly at home. He is the kind of staff member who raises the standard of service and makes a real difference in a guest’s stay. Thank you, Nico, for your support and your great energy!

I enjoyed my stay at the hotel a lot. The beach is directly next to the hotel, and the area around the hotel looks very pretty. They have good entertainment and great food as well. The Air conditioner in my room worked perfectly fine, though there were a few ants running around in my room which didn’t bother me too much.

This is a lovely hotel in a great location, staff very friendly and helpful. Rooms are a bit small but with a lovely view. We upgraded to the club favourites which was well worth it, especially the sun loungers on the rock plaza,separate dining area and guests lounge which were always nice and quiet

Relaxing stay, great experience, loved my holiday! 9.5 😊🥰The hotel is clean and modern, has a lot of room and facilities to relax and chill. Ross and the reception staff were welcoming, informative and just excellent, Ross made our stay even more memorable and he knows quite a few languages so 👏🏻to him. Sergio at the restaurant was very polite and hardworking! The location is great for chill experience and very beautiful. I loved my holiday here and Alua resort was amazing. All inclusive option is worth it. Also received a card for my birthday and a voucher for two premium drinks which was very sweet! Thank you :) 😕🫤The food at all inclusive was a bit too oily as they put oil on every single thing. The choice was broad and you can find a lot of nice things to eat so can’t complain but would be nice to have some less fattening options there. Was really expecting some nice refreshing salads like greek salad for example and strawberries would have been lovely.

Quiet location. Rowdy pool. Good range of food and drink options. Overall relaxing, but was a little worried about the pool as I had a 7 year old who was constantly drifting into too deep water. Also a few pool bully children should have been watched but for careless parents at the pool. Overall 8/10 for the part the hotel could control.
