We stayed here in May 2024. The head of entertainment Sergio and his colleagues Christian and Ava were absolutely wonderful. They were always so kind and helpful and would answer any questions we had without making us feel like we were bothering them. They provided activities all day long and late into the evening whilst always having a big smile on their faces and showing lots of energy and enthusiasm. The hotel was lovely and clean and our housekeeper Jessica was a lovely lady. The food was delicious and the scenery around the hotel was breathtaking. We will definitely be back to visit this amazing hotel again in the future and see our friends that work there.

We had a wonderful girls trip here. The hotel really is lovely and the all inclusive option worked well for our group. The food was really good, always hot and plentiful. Breakfast omelette was the best I think I’ve ever had. The room was lovely and had a fantastic view of the bay. The only slight negative I would say was the room cleaning. It was to a reasonable standard but not exceptional. The staff everywhere were happy and friendly and helpful. Def go back!

Room had fab view. They fixed the sliding door twice and the leaking shower and the loose fridge. After that it was fine.
The food was very disappointing indeed. Cost-cutting much in evidence. Paella basically coloured rice. Pork dishes with just bones in. Very poor at times. Ate pizza and chips most days. Most unlike me! I love international cuisine.
Beware of the griddle. Had undercooked chicken served one day and completely raw pork, seared on the outside. Not good at all.
Food gets 1 star.

Pool area very cramped.
Towels are an anomaly. You can pay for everything else with a card. Not towels. They need 1 euro in cash. Bizarre.

The staff were friendly and helpful. The entertainment team were excellent at keeping everyone engaged persuading people to get involved in the activities but not in a forceful way. Our room was above the bar and dance area so was a bit noisy. The food catered for all and we were spoilt for choice and quantity. We requested a kettle and mugs which were provided but not standard in the rooms. We did have issues with the TV and it took three requests to get it working properly.

We visited here last week and this was our first family holiday!! I can honestly say we had the best holiday ever. We couldn’t fault anything! the views were stunning, people here were friendly and respectful , rooms were clean the hotel it’s self and pool area is kept clean on a daily basis. It was lovely coming somewhere so nice where we felt at home and able to endure some real quality time together but what made that even more special was the entertainment team!!! Everyday they had the same energy, happy smiles and always making us laugh and getting everyone involved. It was sophier’s third week in his new job whilst we were there and he’s absolutely smashing his role!! He really did make our holiday one to remember. We will definitely be returning!!
