Location is in the middle of nowhere but nonetheless less great views of the sea. Absolutely stunning actually. Service is ok, not the best, most people dont speak English and the spa staff say no to things like water. Suites are nice, facing the sea. I give this place 1 star because the food is absolutely horrible. Tons of variety, no doubt but tasteless. Suites size is ok. I've been to much much much better places for much cheaper.

We’ve just spent a wonderful week at Alua Gran Camp de Mar and couldn’t be happier with our stay. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcome with their friendliness and attention to detail. The hotel itself is beautiful and the pool area is absolutely perfect — clean, relaxing, and with stunning views. The food exceeded our expectations with plenty of variety and great quality at every meal. We especially loved the themed nights and the fresh local dishes. In the evenings, we really enjoyed the entertainment — there were fun shows, live music, and even some lighthearted competitions that made each night different and fun. All in all, this hotel has everything you could ask for in an all-inclusive stay. We’re leaving relaxed, happy, and already talking about coming back. Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful stay at this resort! The staff was warm and welcoming, the rooms were clean and spacious, and the amenities were perfect for our whole family. The kids loved the pool and play area, while we enjoyed the relaxing atmosphere and delicious food. A great mix of comfort and fun — we’ll definitely be back! Room for improvement: Please try to put food display in English as well, and to display what it contains like chicken, pork or beef etc... Brittana was very helpful who used to be in snacks bar and used to make yummy pizza and chips Franciso was always there to greet and help at the food hall. Although the food had a great variety of everything , crabs, prawns etc

We had a brilliant time at this Hotel. Staff were all very friendly, everywhere was clean and the pool and other facilities were lovely. The location is great in a pretty secluded cove with only a few hotels close by. Great area for hiking and swimming/snorkelling. Easy to jump on buses to get to nearby towns. To top it all off we saw a wild tortoise on our hike!

Alua Gran Camp de Mar is a true gem in Mallorca! We stayed here for a week and had an amazing experience. The staff were consistently friendly, professional, and attentive — they truly go out of their way to make you feel at home. The hotel and its surroundings are stunning. The pool area is spotless and inviting, with plenty of space to relax. The food was another highlight — so much variety and everything was fresh and delicious. There was something new to try every day, which kept things exciting. Evenings were a blast thanks to the great entertainment. From live performances to fun competitions, there was always something to look forward to after dinner. We give this place top marks and would recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing, high-quality all-inclusive holiday.
