If you choose to go all inclusive, the programme generally consists of breakfast, lunch and dinner, all buffet style, served in the main restaurant. Snacks during the day aswell as gastronomic services at the buffet with local and international specialties as well as a snack bar. Selection of national and international beverages, with and without alcohol, as indicated on the all-inclusive menu.

  • Enjoy our selection of snacks and drinks in the open air, without missing out on minutes of sunshine. It is located next to the pool, with a selection of juices, smoothies, soft drinks and seasonal cocktails.

Loved the hotel. Staff were first class and couldn't do enough for visitors. The hotel was well presented and our room was cleaned daily. Food was varied and the was always a large selection available. The entertainment was excellent and bar staff especially were quick to serve a wide variety of drinks and snacks. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to relax in beautiful surroundings with great staff to make your stay most enjoyable.

We enjoyed our holiday at this hotel. The view was amazing from our (really big ) room. We found the food to be good despite what people had said about it. We were not entirely happy that everything was no available on all inclusive such as paying extra for cocktails. This has been included in other hotels we have been to. All in all we had a good holiday but not return because of the resort itself. There is not much there and if you don't want to spend all day at the beach or round the pool there is not much to do .

Wonderful hotel with beautiful views. Rooms were spacious and well equipped except for no coffee or tea making facilities. Room service was hit and miss. They came at any time throughout the day and if you happened to be in the room, they’d say they’d come back later but never did. Food was out of this world! I’m quite a picky eater but there was a huge variety on offer so even the fussiest of eaters wouldn’t have gone hungry. The worst part which I have seen mentioned so many times was the lifts. Constantly breaking down or having to wait an age for one to turn up. When they did, they were very small and hot and the creaking and groaning noises they made was not exactly reassuring! We resorted to using the stairs on most occasions but I did feel for the older holiday makers and people staying on floor 9! There was outdoors entertainment every evening. We did not participate or go to any of these as we were more after a chill out break. These shows went on until 11/11.30pm but the rooms were so sound proof there was virtually no disturbance if you wanted to sleep.

I & I
The current price for 2 adults for all inclusive is €200/night, what is reasonable price, but for 3 years old child is extra €115/night what is ridiculous. There is no extra bed for a child and 3 years old child cannot consume food and drinks as an adult

Another lovely week spent at Alua on the last week of the season. The staff are always so welcoming & can't do enough for you!! I must mention a few who particularly stand out Raffaella, Maria Jus, Luna, Karen, Jamie & Jose. This year, we upgraded to a Junior Suite which comes recommended as very spacious with great views. There are always plenty of sun loungers & the new outside seating & bar area are a big improvement, especially having outside evening entertainment as it used to be too overcrowded in the inside bar.
