Snacks during the day aswell as gastronomic services at the buffet with local and international specialties as well as a snack bar. Just arrived back from my stay at this lovely hotel. The location is perfect, great views out to the sea & 10 min walk to a gorgeous beach. Just a 10 min walk to 'The Square' where there are plenty of shops, places to eat & drinks & also places to entertain the kids. A safe & friendly area too. The hotel itself is clean, with rooms cleaned & towels changed on a daily basis with plenty of space & nice hot shower. The safe deposit box in the room is chargeable ( non refunded). Beach towels are €10 each (refundable) & €1 each to change. You have to purchase plastic pint cups at €1 (refundable) each to use on site. If you put beach towels down on the sunbed, be back at the sunbed by 10am or your towel will be removed by the life guard. There are 2 buildings with accommodations & restaurants & sports bars, snack bars. Both have great views, good food & pool tables, dart boards etc to keep you entertained. The on site entertainment is great too, with activities during both the day & night, (kids will not be bored). There are 3 pools inc a toddler pool & also a Jacuzzi & well equipped gym The boat trip is great value for money, leaving at 10am & returning at 4.30 with visit to many coves & caves. There are also a few places you can get off the boat & explore the other resorts further up the coast. There are snacks & drinks that can be purchased on the boat (not overpriced). Overall a great hotel, staff & location. Will definitely be back 😀

Loved this place, can’t beat the view and the members of staff are incredible. I would gladly come back here. Even with an all-inclusive rate, they still give some World of Hyatt benefits. I really wanted to give this place 5 stars but there were a couple things that i think need improvement. Shower water temperature: very inconsistent. It took a long time for even lukewarm water to come out and then the temperature would fluctuate between scalding hot and cold without moving the knob. My only other complaint is that the check-in was a bit weird. On the app it says the check-in time is at 2pm, but ours wasn’t ready until about 3pm and at least one other group I overheard at reception didn’t have their room until a little after 3pm. I’ve had this experience at another Alua, so not sure if there’s something up with the brand. They should probably just make their official check-in at 3pm to avoid issues. Finally, an express checkout line would be helpful, especially since there was a huge line waiting to check in which easily would have been a 30m wait. In my case, the wonderful FD employee Luisa saw me, quickly did my checkout, and returned my deposit (all within 15 seconds), so I didn’t have to wait long, but I think operations could be improved in this regard. All in all, I thought this was a wonderful place to stay especially before the peak summer season and it’s a great value

Just finished our family holiday here, and we were incredibly sad to have to go! Great hotel with a great vibe. Lots to do, lots to eat and the staff are fantastic. All the staff are very welcoming, friendly and efficient. Particular thanks go out to Gonzalo (who is just amazing fun, our kids loved him!), Wilson and Alesia were also brilliant and their water fit classes were a lot of fun. Would definitely recommend a stay here, and we hope to return again!

View from the one of the best I’ve been too, rooms are good size, staff fairly friendly though some didn’t seem happy to be at work. The serious downside to the hotel is the quality and variety of food, which was mostly served warm though often cool, presumably why they have microwaves dotted around to warm up the cold food. Not much in the resort and a decent coach ride to and from the airport. More like a 3 star than a 4 star to be honest. Still lots of work going on in the hotel so expect a bit of noise.

Amazing hotel. All staff are so friendly and welcoming. We traveled with a baby and all catering staff were so welcoming, provided bowls abs plates etc for baby. There is a microwave for you to heat yp your own baby food or you can ask chef to puree stuff. Good choice of food on the buffet. I have a lot of allergies so it was very tricky for me (I didn’t ask or make a fuss about it so ended up having pasta and melon all week) but my husband had amazing meals every day. Everywhere is so clean and they are constantly cleaning everywhere. So many choices of where to get a lounger over 3 different levels. We always got a space with shade for the baby/sun for us. Pools were clean and life guard always smiling and happy. I had two outdoor massages from Victoria-highly recommend booking this as part of your trip. Unbelievably relaxing and again felt so at ease as she was so relaxed and kept your dignity/made you feel comfortable. Room was so spacious and beds very comfy. Toddler bed provided for us. You have to pay to receive tokens for your cup/drinks. Great initiative. No problems.
