Family of 4 holiday all inclusive last 10days of July 2022. When the hotel wasn't busy it was absolutely fine but it got busier half way through our holiday. Had to queue to get into the cafeteria for breakfast, lunch and dinner once the hotel got full. SUNBEDS AND UMBRELLAS. Absolutely ridiculous. If you have small children like us and want to watch them in the pool for safety and also offer some shade with an umbrella be prepared to have to get up and 6am to secure a brolly and sun lounger. This was a total drain on our holiday. Entertainment was fine but nothing brilliant. Some external acts and some by the hotel Entertainment staff. The evening Entertainment is indoors. During the hot evenings you will be sweating in there! Good selection of food but can get a little same old same old after 7 days. Snack bar by the pool serves food all day. Rooms we fine, clean and well kept with linen and towels. We had a family room with sea view. Children on a pull out sofa. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Plenty speaking good English. 2 beaches within an easy flat walk but there are some steps down/up. Great little location next to the hotel for some snorkeling. Hardly have to leave the hotel grounds. Easy enough access to the sea. Our 7yr old was able to get in/out easy enough. On the whole I'd say it's a 4 star hotel but only just.

The food is very good and the facilities are good as well. Rooms are very nice and clean. Lifts are a little Dated and 1 wasn't working drinks are the usual all inclusive. View from from room was nice the overall resort seems very good. Read lots of reviews food and bad before arriving and to be honest you get what you pay for simple honest no nonsense.

This was our 2nd visit to this hotel.We absolutely love the location. It is in a quiet area so if you want peace and chilled time this is the place .Only downside is it is not really suitable if you have disability. My husband cannot walk very far and there is only steps down to access the pool .Having handrails fitted would definitely improve this .Entertainment team amazing especially Orlando .

Nice hotel not perfect but food better than some reviews suggest. Food does get repetitive if you put all the choices on your plate on the first night. The staff here are great and if you don't expect too much for a cheap price you will have a great time

Never done all inclusive before, but would do so again in a shot! Unsure about whether to go or not (all the hassle of C19 paperwork etc.) but glad we did. Hotel is lovely, we'll managed and friendly. 3 pools and plenty of sun loungers - even if the Germans live up to their stereotype of placing towels on them long before any of us even get up!!! Loads of food, lots of choice for every palate. Spanish curfew means everything is quiet for midnight. Great for us. Nothing is too much trouble for the staff who work really hard to make holidaymakers happy. Thoroughly recommend for a relaxing stress free break.
