Great hotel and views from sea view rooms are even better. It’s something great to wake up to each day( worth paying little extra ). Food was great and themed dinners are even better. Staff are friendly and can’t do enough sometimes to help. Rooms cleaned every day and towels swapped. Entertainment team are very energetic and get everyone involved each day to different activities. Evening shows are great for kids and some even were for adults like the singers duo they had one evening. All inclusive drink variety I think was very good from spirits to cocktails and beer on tap. Only thing I could fault is the lifts at times can be slow but it’s very big resort and apart from the lifts I can’t fault it. Always plenty seats available around the hotel to relax during the day and night. Sun lounger situation isn’t as bad as people write and don’t have to get mega early to get them. It just depends on day . Music round pool was also good and made it nice and relaxing while sipping your favourite drinks. Definitely recommend this hotel and would like to come back. Thank you Alua

Wow what a place! We came here with our daughter who has a serious egg allergy and on the first night, the chef came out to us and walked round the entire buffet showing what she could and couldn't eat. He then said he would make sure she had her own special pasta and pudding every night for the rest of our stay. He was so kind and the food/ variety is just out of this world, incredible! Entertainment staff, wow, they have so much passion and energy and are so enthusiastic throughout the day! To get an entire pool full of people dancing takes a lot of genuine enthusiasm! Even the reception staff were so so welcoming and kind, explained everything even early hours of the morning when we arrived! Beautiful pools, beautiful views, room lovely! Would definitely come back!

We had a family room in the newer complex which had 2 separate rooms with own shower and toilet. This gave us a little bit of privacy from the kids. We did hear the family rooms in the older complex was not like this. But I cannot verify. The food was great. Tuesday Paella by the pool was excellent and a must. The pool was very clean over the 5 days we were there. We used public transport to visit surrounding areas and they were largely on time and the stop was a short walk away from the hotel. Staff were friendly (except 1 grumpy receptionist) and the entertainment was good. Lion King tribute was a hit with adults and children. If you are looking to do more exploring of Majorca then this might not be the best location unless you hire a car. Great location if you want to just chill with a little bit of exploring.

The hotel provided an enjoyable experience, particularly with its diverse culinary offerings, which were impressive given the location. The majority of rooms offered stunning ocean views. The entertainment and bar staff were commendable in their service. While the check-in time at midnight and check-out before noon resulted in a perceived extra day's charge, the hotel did offer continued services at an additional cost for the final day, accommodating a late flight. The birthday gift from Victoria was a thoughtful gesture. Overall, the resort is a suitable choice for those primarily interested in on-site amenities, as exploring the surrounding area requires transportation.

Spent a lovely 4 nights here (wish we’d booked longer). Nothing to complain about at all. Food was plentiful with a good variety to choose from. Easily accessible beaches both left and right to the hotel. Views from room were fabulous. I definitely will be returning. My 1 and only negative would be that we got to the hotel in the early hours on arrival (therefore didn’t eat or drink a thing on day one) yet were charged £25 to extend our AI band on the day we were leaving as we had a later flight. Just didn’t seem fair 🙁 other than that. Brilliant!!
