Absolutely lovely hotel, such friendly staff, amazing atmosphere, the entertainment is really good too, huge thanks to davide for making us feel so included throughout the entertainment! the food and drink is also very nice!

4* for rooms only cos they were a little on the small side and could do with more storage space. Otherwise, very clean. Linen service very good. Tv needs reprogramming cos signal disappears after 7pm 😄 We stayed first week in Oct, still 25°. Very close to beach. Pool not too big but it was fine for the amount of guests using it. Not sure what it will be like high season. Food was very good, several choices every day. Staff were very friendly and very helpful, nothing was too much trouble. Would definitely stay here again.

A very well run hotel on Mallorca's quieter north coast. The all inclusive buffet meals were varied and there was plenty of choice throughout the available time for each meal. Everything was very clean and staff were friendly and helpful. We thoroughly enjoyed our week. As other reviews have said, bedrooms are on the small side but perfectly adequate.

I recently stayed here with my partner, and it’s okay. Here’s my honest review- The hotel- Medium sized rooms with a balcony, a small TV which only has Spanish channels so we didn’t use it. If you book a double room you will get two single beds pushed together which is extremely annoying as they slide apart and you fall down the middle so the entire holiday me and my partner practically slept in separate beds. The hotel walls are very thin, you can hear the room next to you snoring or going to the toilet etc, so the privacy feels limited. The bathroom is a good size with a nice walk in shower, however there’s no lock on the bathroom door and it’s just a glass wall for the toilet which is weird. The pools are tiny and very cold, the fountains in the pool which you would of seen in the pictures of the hotel, don’t work. We went in the pool once for 10 minutes and didn’t go back in! The food- I have to say the food was disappointing. Most days we didn’t eat at the hotel because the food was just bad. Pasta over cooked and the sauces for the pasta is terrible, the pizza I personally didn’t like as it had blue cheese on it and I don’t like blue cheese, everything I tried I wasn’t really keen on. Saying that, the breakfast was alright, I had pancakes and Nutella. The bars are good, however the bar inside in the lounge area isn’t included in the all inclusive and the other bar inside doesn’t open until 7pm, so you have to use the pool bar. And after 11.30 pm they turn all the machines off for soft drinks too. Service/Staff- On the first day we went back down to the reception to ask for a double bed since that’s what we booked. The guy didn’t try to help resolve the issue at all he said the room we have is the only one available, no apologies or anything. On the second day I went into the canteen wearing my swimming costume with a skirt and I got basically chased down by the staff who proceeded to kick me out of the canteen, which I thought was funny as there was other women wearing tiny little bra tops and much more revealing clothing which had no problem! All the bar staff and the house keepers are lovely and they clean your room every day… even folded my clothes!! Overall- The country is beautiful, the hotel is 2 minutes walk from the beach and directly opposite a bus stop which is handy. We won’t be staying here again because for me the food was disappointing and I really didn’t like the fact it was 2 single beds. So not a romantic hotel in the slightest, better for friends to stay here.
