This was our first holiday abroad in 9 years! With 3 kids,13, 10 and 8. The hotel room was very clean and spacious with a double balcony, with the most perfect view of the sea and pool. We stayed in block 4, which was much quieter than the main hotel. Also the room could be cleaned everyday at request.
We didn’t have the battle of the sun loungers everyday thankfully and our little bar picina was super clean and the drinks and food snacks also very good during the day, pool was also warmer than expected.
We mainly ate in the smaller restaurant closer to us, lots of choice, very clean throughout. The staff were great, from reception, bar staff, restaurants and the cleaners. The only teeny tiny grump we had was the the evening entertainment, same CD played every night, gets annoying but that is it, I promise.
So from the Turners thank you for making our first holiday as a family of 5 a wonderful experience and stress free. We hope to be back. X

We stayed at this resort in June/July 2024. The entire hotel was absolutely spotless, the room was spacious with plenty of storage and a large balcony.
The food was plentiful with a good variety, but did get rather repetitive after 10 days!
The staff put a bottle of Champagne and two glasses in our room for my Birthday, which was very thoughtful and very much appreciated.
I would highly recommend this hotel.

Great Family Resort
Just returned after 5 days here and have to say cannot fault the place in any way.
Staff are brilliant so friendly and helpful, The rooms are huge and clean with a fridge and free safe. Seen some reviews about food being bland and cold never saw that always plenty of piping hot food all tasty and cooked well. Stayed in room 1114 over looking the top pool and a sea view. Loved this quiet little resort great Chinese just round the corner pay it a visit well worth the money. Would we return yes in a heartbeat loved the whole place.

Absolutely amazing. I was a bit skeptical due to some of the reviews but I couldn’t be happier!! We got an anniversary package as well which is such a nice touch, loads of food choices and I am so surprised at how nice it is!! We got all inclusive and oh my lord it was worth it!!
Amazing food and drinks, san Miguel is the local beer which is perfect for me and my partner, their local spirits were fantastic and the cocktails are probably my favourite!! The drinks are quite strong which is perfect ◡̈ Snack bar is amazing as well with loads of choices
Loads of stuff to do around as well, we walked along the seaside as well as the marines and loads of shops and supermarkets, 25 minutes walk and we got to Los Abrigos!
The resort isn’t too packed which is great, there’s a fair amount of kids but their liveliness made it more of a vacation atmosphere which I love.
If you’re skeptical of this resort, don’t be at all! It is honestly fantastic and the staff made it even better!

The catering was great too. Loads of variety and tasty.
The facilities were good with a quiet side and livelier side (not too lively though)
The room was spacious and comfortable with a great balcony.
I wouldn’t hesitate to return.
