This is a great hotel. People are very nice. Are there better hotels? Yes definitely! are there better ones for the money? No! They have a great location and have mastered the value proposition. I came to cancun to do stuff, not sit in an all inclusive and get wasted. However, this hotel has free drinks all day until 9pm and their breakfast is OK. Plus, you can take the red bus from the airport and it drops off with in a block. Just enter the cancun center and walk through to the hotel. The roof top pool is nice, nothing super fancy but a great place to relax at the end of a busy day exploring. Only down side is it isn't on the beach, but that is reflective of its price. Beachs are a 5 min walk in both directions, so is the ferry to Isla mujeras

Second visit in four months - Mario security is a fantastic guest centered employee: engaging, friendly and helpful. Front desk Josue really does not belong in hospitality, rude and aloof. Bartenders are great and friendly just like in January. Overall a great experience. Mario should be in management - genuinely cares about guest service. Evan or Ivan porter friendly and efficient. Such a great vibe

For the price the hotel is great , the rooms are comfy not great buy comfortable, you can add breakfast if you want to. The location is perfect you are cross the street from Playa Caracol and few min from Playa Forum, the Disco bars (Coco Bongo, La Vaquita, Mandala) behind is a Chedraui a grocery story. Employees where nice and polite the free bar from 9am to 9 pm is a plus, the only low side was the housekeeper forget twice living me coffee in the room in a week, everything else was great.

Wonderful hotel!!! AMAZING STAFF!! Arturo Martinez and Dulce and Gabriel and all the front desk staff were incredibly kind. Every bar tender was extremely nice and helpful and attentive. I loved my stay especially because of the wonderful staff. Our rooms were always beautifully clean and the cleaning staff did a wonderful job.

Avoid avoid avoid. The staff are rude and zero customer service. The pictures are like Instagram vs reality. Rooftop is 80% random open space with about 10 beds, and crowded with everyone waiting to check in. Zero check-in flexibility - they just point at the clock, and regardless, no check-in until 3pm. Nothing is renovated.. Only one functioning elevator servicing the entire hotel. The rooms smell like mould and the windows are like in a prison cell. Its 3:45pm local time and we have checked out, moving to a cleaner, nicer and hopefully more friendly hotel.
