Avoid avoid avoid. The staff are rude and zero customer service. The pictures are like Instagram vs reality. Rooftop is 80% random open space with about 10 beds, and crowded with everyone waiting to check in. Zero check-in flexibility - they just point at the clock, and regardless, no check-in until 3pm. Nothing is renovated.. Only one functioning elevator servicing the entire hotel. The rooms smell like mould and the windows are like in a prison cell. Its 3:45pm local time and we have checked out, moving to a cleaner, nicer and hopefully more friendly hotel.

Great one night stay! Staff couldn’t be better! Mario and Erika are the best! They knew myself and my dog, with whom I traveled by name, after just one night! It was like traveling with friends and we were sad to go! They were so helpful and kind. We would absolutely stay there again because of the staff alone 🥰 but the hotel also had an amazing rooftop, great happy hour that lasted countless hours, fun atmosphere! Be sure to check it out!

If you read the reviews you will be prepared for what this hotel is and isn’t. If you can pay $100-$150 it’s a great place but I wouldn’t say it’s up to bonvoy hotel standards necessarily. Pros: -Great rooftop pool, it’s not big but does the trick -amazing rooftop view -awesome location -my room was quiet - the gym isn’t big but it’s there and has a few items - the bed was decent - my room was fairly clean - I had no issues with the elevators as others mentioned. - there’s a great super market next door. -AC worked great and was quiet - check in was easy although I arrived around 6:30pm Cons: - honestly just curb your expectations and you will be fine but the wifi didn’t work for me, the shower head was old but totally functional, the shower amenities were broken off the wall but full and on the bathroom sink, the lotion doesn’t smell nice but the rest of the products were decent, the sheets and towels are a bit rough but again they get the job done. - unsure if the fridge works, I guess I’ll see tomorrow as I got some cottage cheese from the supermarket. Overall absolutely worth it if you find a decent price just don’t expect the world.

Thank you for the sense of urgency and kindness when we were fleeing a terrible airbnb around the corner. You answered the phone right away, had a room available and greeted us nicely when we showed up( did not pressure to book over the phone). Complementary breakfast and parking was a complete surprise! The price was very low! Room was clean, big and we liked that that you can drive up to the parking spot to be the same level as your room, making loading/unloading so much easier. Rooftop was nice and quiet in the morning, perfect for some stretching. We will definitely use this hotel in the future for a regular stay.

I originally left a rather negative review about noise at the hotel until I realized there was a one-night remodel celebration. It was a misunderstanding on my part. I’ve found the staff here to be very friendly & hardworking. There’s always a friendly smile & a desire to meet whatever need one may have. The breakfast was very good & the free bar a nice perk. I would have preferred a beachfront property for a fun vacation, but we were in Cancun for a medical procedure, so walking across the street for a walk on the beach wasn’t a big inconvenience. I would definitely stay here again.
