A good place to try when in Al Ain, with all basic facilities available at international level and close to city, Al Ain Oasis and Mount Hafith while still a bit away from city Rush. Relaxed atmosphere and stay was pleasant.

I have been staying in Aloft and this is my first time to book in Aloft Al Ain. I liked the location of the hotel because it has many nearby restaurants and cafes. The hotel pool at the top is also good. Room is the standard Aloft room which i am used to. The one thing that lacks is service quality.

Thanks to their night dinner service. Mr Bimal and team were the best !!! One of the best chicken wings I have ever had ! Their service and cooperation to requests are amazing. Requested them for a change in falvour and wine change ! Both were truly respected and done ! Huge thanks to Mr Bimal for contacting to make sure our services are met and we had a happy night !

Horrible night trying to find some rest with music blasting all night. It seemed me and me family got assigned a room next to the rooftop bar. My 7yo and newborn baby kept waking up. Needless to say we got no sleep at all. Absolutely unacceptable that the staff gave us a room there knowing very well that we had kids. This was surely the worst night I had in a hotel and shows the lack of soundproofing in their walls and windows. We could hear everything in the corridors as well. We decided to cut our losses and head back home for the second night. Will never return.

The social media page are not updated regularly. In January Pool access with drinks on Friday was advertised as 75 aed for ladies and when we arrived it was 125 aed. Today on Instagram pool access with drinks promo was advertised for 149 aed and when we got here we were charged 179 aed. This is totally unacceptable. Please update your social media.
