Was a great stay. Both front desk Managers last night and in the morning shown to be well trained and eager to exceed expectations. Furniture was clean, as well as hallways were smelling nice (since some other aloft surprised me on the opposite). Bed was very comfortable. Everything feels rather new. Not the least the valet service was excellent too…great team. I hope to travel and stay here again. 👌🏻

Loved the architecture of the rooms, the location was a little confusing to reach as its right next to the stadium. The customer service and the rooftop pool was amazing! Enjoyed my stay

LETRA GAZ
This place is absolute disgrace of the hospitality industry of UAE. The room stinks with mold. They even serve food in their bar in reception which is expired. They just put new sticker on top of the one from the initial period which shows new date for the clients to buy rotten food. In addition, they have spoiled my T-shirt from laundry. One manager admitted. New one came and refused to return the money for it. Just a joke of a place. Marriot, I thought you take care of your reputation.

Staff wasn’t helpful specially Karim who wanted to chantage us extra for bed and we already paid for it. we asked for a non smoking room and we were put in the smoking room, we were then changed to another room and told us we will be upgraded and we came to a smaller room. The customer service isn’t good and there was not even shower gel in the bathroom.
