Location is very convenient to get to and environment is pretty good outside. Cabs are also easily accessible. Checkin process was quick and seamless. Ibrahim at the reception was very courteous to us. Hotel is very big and rooms are spacious. We got a room with two queen beds that was very comfortable considering we have a 7-year old kid as well. Everything in the room starting from bed sheet, pillows, towels and bath accessories are very nice. Housekeeping service is also commendable. I want to mention Henry who was so good to talk to and he also showed a lot of creativity by making amazing stuff using towels in the room. Breakfast buffet is very lavish, however, options and variety for vegetarians can be improved. Checkout process was also pretty quick thanks to Kunal at the reception. Our request for breakfast package was also fulfilled since we were leaving at 6 in the morning. Overall, amazing experience and a memorable trip to Abu Dhabi. I would definitely stay at Aloft on my next visit.

Rooms were big but felt like living inside a container. You can easily hear noices from adjoining rooms Location is good. Good for bachelors and business visits Pool is big and nice. Roof top restaurant and bars are good Offers/promotions in them are also very good

I had booked a 2 night stay at Aloft. My flight landed earlier in the AM, so asked if I could check in early. Stephanie at the front desk was very courteous and professional and said I would get a room once one was available. Since I had time, I took the option to try the nice breakfast buffet, which was extensive. Favour at the cafe and others really helped me figure out the local specialties. I had a great time chatting with everyone for an hour+ and then checked in. I consider the staff to be very friendly and professional.

The rooms were spacious and clean. The staff was attentive and helpful in every way. Only the check-in at the reception could be faster. The breakfast had a lot of variety but I would say the taste was average, but overall I was satisfied.

I want to extend my heartfelt gratitude to the entire team at Aloft for making my stay truly unforgettable! From the moment I checked in with Mustafa, I felt welcomed in this exceptional atmosphere. He ensured that all my needs were met during my time there, which made a world of difference. He called me right after to check on me if I was happy with the room. The rooftop bar was a highlight of my experience. With its vibrant vibe, stunning views, and fantastic live music, it was the perfect place to unwind. Dana and the bar team crafted some of the best cocktails I’ve ever tasted, and their attentive service added to the overall enjoyment. I was pleasantly surprised when a delightful dessert arrived at my room, accompanied by a warm welcome card. Such thoughtful gestures really made me feel at home, even though it was my first time at the property. While the hotel itself is lovely, I did notice that the rooms could use a bit of modernization. However, the comfortable accommodations and the impressive views more than made up for it! The parking area is spacious, which is a huge plus, and I appreciated the clear signage on the street, though it would be helpful to have more indicators at the main entrance. Overall, the spectacular team at Aloft went above and beyond to ensure I had a memorable experience. Thank you once again for your exceptional service. I can’t wait to return!
