Perfectly situated for the Abu Dhabi National Exhibition Centre, this hotel offers a laidback option away from the bustle of the city. For those sports fanatics, the impressive Zayed Sports City is nearby, home to a number of world-renowned sporting tournaments and fixtures. The iconic Sheikh Zayed Mosque is also just a short taxi ride away. I had a mostly pleasant stay there, though not without a few drawbacks. The staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming, which made a great first impression. The pool is beautiful, and the gym is well-equipped — both perfect for relaxing or keeping active. The room was spacious and very clean, which I appreciated. On the downside, the hotel's location is in a highly built-up area surrounded by halls and buildings. The view from my room was nothing special — just a huge parking lot. Unfortunately, there was also early morning construction noise that could be heard through the windows, including jackhammer sounds that made it hard to rest. Getting to the city center or the airport takes about 25 minutes by taxi. All in all, a decent experience, but not a place I would return to.

I arrived at 3pm and i met mustafa who is very helpful and explained all the amenities of the hotel. My kids were appoached by Raed who is very cheerful and very good with the kids and gave them complimentary welcome gifts. He also explained to.my husband the timing and activities available for kids and adults too. The next day we met hadeer who is very attentive in playing with my kids having with thier finger print paintings, gave them baloons and treat them with free ice cream. Before checked out we met raeed again and continously played with my kids, just for us to enjoy the last minutes we have in the hotel. Kudos to your team, from excellent receptionist. Mustafa, Raed, hadeer till the cleaning staff restaurant team. Sometimes its not matter if the facilities are new or old but of the service thrive that will be the best holiday ever. Good job Aloft, see u soon again. GOD BLESS.

We stayed at Aloft Hotel last month in augand were pleasantly surprised by how thoughtfully they cater to kids. My child received a fun camp bag filled with little treats – colors, a drawing book, some bathing amenities, and even a daily schedule of kids’ activities. The activities were the real highlight! Each day had something new to keep the little ones entertained – from bracelet making to painting to DIY cookies. My child looked forward to them every single day. A special mention to Ms. Hadeer, who managed all the kids’ activities with so much patience and warmth. She really made the experience memorable for the kids (and gave us parents some relaxed time too!). Overall, I’d say Aloft has done a wonderful job creating a family-friendly environment where kids feel included and engaged. Highly recommend it if you’re traveling with children.

I had to update my rating for this place given the excellent customer service. The Aloft family are friendly and warm people. The front desk is efficient and helpful, and the room service is awesome. Everyone is friendly and helpful. I had a problem originally with the room, reported it and it was fixed immediately with apology. Not a major problem for me but clearly, the hotel management took it seriously. Thanks Aloft. You made my day & my stay

I went to Brick the Rooftop Bar. It was so amazing and pleasure to dine-in there. I got warm welcome from the hostess and the leader. The staff are so friendly and did amazing job. Full experience with laugh and smile. The bartender was making literally great drinks. The food was delicious and make me so much full honestly. Thank you for Adrian, Melianti, Christine, Sintya, and Aditya for the great service. Will be back soon🤩
