Almyra is a magical place with beautiful gardens, amazing service and the perfect location... but besides the obvious lovely pools, spa, sea views and sumptuous rooms, what truly makes the place so special is the friendly professional staff and especially the warm welcome from Carolina, Stathis, Markos, Dragos, Amy, Christopher, Filippos, Eleni, Marinos, Ioanna, Grigoris, Didi, Millen, Robbie, Lika, Agne and everyone at the reception, spa and restaurants. The standout person during my last few trips who made me stays extra memorable has been Carolina Illera the Guest Experience Manager who went above and beyond throughout my stays to make sure I had a bespoke experience every time! Her attention to detail and memory of individual guest preferences and requests is amazing. I also would like to thank the lovely Irene from the back of house breakfast team who went out of her way and took good care of me and remembered certain items I liked and requested. At Almyra you can be assured that you’re in good hands and have the best people to help make your holiday extra special! Thanks Carolina for your magical touch and your wonderful team.

Excellent location right by the sea and the coastal promenade leading to UNESCO sites. Peaceful atmosphere, high level of cleanliness, and professional staff. Nice room with a sea view. The food was high quality and tasty, with a good selection even outside the summer season. There was nothing during my stay that caused any inconvenience.

This hotel charges prices comparable to a proper 5-star property, yet the overall condition and service fall far below that standard. Everything feels extremely old, shabby, and outdated. We were promised a beautiful garden view from the terrace, but instead our view was an unattractive wall with a dry bush. The breakfast is not at the level expected from a 5-star hotel, and the spa is inconveniently arranged across two separate floors, with no relaxation room in the sauna area. I specifically chose the half-board option because I wanted to have dinner at the Notios restaurant, only to later discover that the restaurant was not operating. The reception staff provided contradictory information about the available dinner options, and my email with questions remained unanswered for several days. Overall, the hotel looks and feels like a 3-star property while charging 5-star prices. The biggest disappointment is the high cost that simply does not match the quality of the experience provided.

We stayed at this “all-inclusive” resort, but it felt a bit misleading. Drinks — including water, soft drinks, juice, and alcohol — weren’t actually included, even if you still had credit left on your food voucher. The system is that you prepay for a credit voucher toward food at a discounted rate, but you still have to pay separately for all drinks, which doesn’t really feel “all-inclusive.” Upon check-in, we found two floss picks left behind in our bathroom, which wasn’t a great first impression. The sheets were also quite itchy, which made the first night uncomfortable. The rooms themselves could use some renovation — they felt dated and lacked character. Another issue was with the pool sunbeds. They were all taken before the pool even opened, as guests would wake up hours in advance (sometimes two or three hours early) to reserve them. I even noticed some beds “reserved” all day with belongings left on them, yet no one ever came back to use them. When I asked the pool staff about removing those items, they said they had to wait at least an hour and a half — but even after that, nothing was done. The resort does have positives — the pool and kids’ club are nice and well-maintained, and it’s a good place for families with children. However, the food was just okay, and there’s not much to do in the surrounding area. Overall, it’s an average stay: good for kids, but not truly all-inclusive and with several areas that could use improvement.

Booked for one night ocean view terrace sea view room. 400euro totally not worth it. Rooms need renovation urgent. Shower rusted and moldy. Very simple rooms for this price. Breakfast was excellent but..... i love animals but cats are everywhere unfortunately in and out of the hotel.
