My stay at this hotel was a mix of good and bad experiences. Unfortunately, the rooms were not clean — the windows were especially dirty, and overall cleanliness throughout the hotel left much to be desired. The reception staff were quite rude and unwelcoming, which made communication unpleasant. However, I want to highlight the housekeeping lady, Maria — she was incredibly kind, warm, and sincere. Her friendly attitude stood out and brought a touch of comfort despite the cleanliness issues. On a more positive note, the food at the hotel was truly delicious, and the entertainment program was lively and enjoyable. The cocktails were fantastic, and the bartenders were real professionals — talented, friendly, and great at what they do. The surrounding views are beautiful, and I highly recommend renting a car for 2–3 days to explore the island — there’s so much more to see beyond the hotel. In summary, while the hotel needs serious improvements in cleanliness and front desk service, the food, drinks, entertainment, and scenic location help balance the experience.

The rooms are large and spacious with a breezy Mediterranean feel. They are fitted with a robust shower as well as a corner bath, which is wonderful for older people who may struggle getting out of a regular bath. The reception staff are friendly and helpful, the restaurant and bar staff attentive and obliging, the domestic staff diligent and hardworking. The resort itself has a more intimate "village" feel about it, not like being lost in large monstrosity resorts. There's a twice weekly shuttle bus to Rhodes, otherwise daily public buses from the nearby village, Fanes. You can get there by walking the road, or for the more adventurous, the gravel car track. Say hello to the donkeys, and check out the castle on the way via the latter route! And in Fanes, dine at Nina's Cafe and browse around Maria's Gift shop. There's also an excellent supermarket with an ATM (where the gravel track starts behind it, and the castle is close by). The resort is not in a built up area, so there's birdsong and surrounding greenery and wild flowers. Great swimming in the sea, too. The grounds and the pools are well maintained. The food is first class and the management even host a BBQ on a Sunday! In short, a great place "to get away from it all".

Do NOT book this hotel if you are expecting 5 stars. 2.5 star rating would be a push. Hotel has a grubby feeling everywhere, nothing appears to be clean. Food at breakfast had limited selection, not yet had lunch or dinner. No bars next to the pool sides, so have to either take belongings with you or leave by the pool to grab drinks. Rola cola on tap, tastes gross! The juices at breakfast are not fresh, taster very artificial! There are ants EVERYWHERE!!!! Hotel is in the middle of nowhere, even the taxi driver from the airport said ‘why are you going there?’ Definitely not what i was expecting and would 100% not return, or recommend!!!

I am currently staying at the hotel and I would like to share my experience.While the hotel’s location is nice and the food offered is quite good, I am disappointed with the condition of the room. The cleanliness is below expectations, and the sheets did not seem freshly laundered. I experienced noise issues during my stay—specifically, I could hear the people staying above me when they were going to the toilet and engaging in other activities. This lack of soundproofing affected my privacy and overall comfort. I believe it would be helpful to adjust the hotel’s rating to more accurately reflect its quality ( it is more a 3 star hotel not a 5 stars) , as this will assist future guests in making informed decisions and avoid similar disappointments. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

DO NOT stay at this hotel!!!! The service was poor there are cockroaches and mold in the showers. The food Is literally recycled every day the same food for all three meals. Snack bar is left overs from the main kitchen. The restaurants serve the same food as well with limited menu The location is an hour away from everything we had to rent a car and drive hours to get to nice beaches the old city and restaurants.
