We are currently staying at this hotel. Although it’s rated as a 5-star hotel and we have an all-inclusive package, it barely reaches a 4-star level. We are very surprised by the hotel service. Drinking water is only provided on the day of arrival — if you want more, you have to buy it from the shop. The rooms are cleaned daily, but not thoroughly. Bed linen hasn’t been changed at all — they just make the bed with the same sheets, which we’ve had for 3 days now. On the positive side, the food is incredibly tasty, the staff is friendly, and the territory is well maintained. However, the beach is dirty, so we have to walk to another one. I’m sharing an honest review so people considering this hotel know what they’re paying for — the price does not match the quality.

My stay at this hotel was a mix of good and bad experiences. Unfortunately, the rooms were not clean — the windows were especially dirty, and overall cleanliness throughout the hotel left much to be desired. The reception staff were quite rude and unwelcoming, which made communication unpleasant. However, I want to highlight the housekeeping lady, Maria — she was incredibly kind, warm, and sincere. Her friendly attitude stood out and brought a touch of comfort despite the cleanliness issues. On a more positive note, the food at the hotel was truly delicious, and the entertainment program was lively and enjoyable. The cocktails were fantastic, and the bartenders were real professionals — talented, friendly, and great at what they do. The surrounding views are beautiful, and I highly recommend renting a car for 2–3 days to explore the island — there’s so much more to see beyond the hotel. In summary, while the hotel needs serious improvements in cleanliness and front desk service, the food, drinks, entertainment, and scenic location help balance the experience.

This is not a brand-new place with top-notch facilities, but it’s far from the bad reviews I’ve seen here. We came with three kids and it was a perfect trip. The resort is pleasant, the pools are excellent, the bars are well-stocked, and the food was perfectly fine for everyone. If you’re looking for luxurious rooms, that’s not the goal here. The goal is to enjoy what the place has to offer – and in that regard, it’s absolutely fine.

I would like to share my impressions of the hotel — honestly, it’s definitely not a 5-star hotel. This place is more suitable for a quiet family vacation only. Upon arrival, we had to pay a tax that we were never informed about in advance. As for the room cleaning — that’s a whole separate topic. They only changed the bed linen. The floor was constantly wet because the shower was leaking. Regarding the food, there was a wide variety of choices. What disappointed us the most were the hotel staff (though not all of them). I would like to mention the bartender — he was wonderful. But the man who sits and organizes excursions (the chubby one) was extremely rude to us and was openly gossiping about other guests. Customer service is simply at zero. We will definitely not be returning to this hotel again...

The rooms are large and spacious with a breezy Mediterranean feel. They are fitted with a robust shower as well as a corner bath, which is wonderful for older people who may struggle getting out of a regular bath. The reception staff are friendly and helpful, the restaurant and bar staff attentive and obliging, the domestic staff diligent and hardworking. The resort itself has a more intimate "village" feel about it, not like being lost in large monstrosity resorts. There's a twice weekly shuttle bus to Rhodes, otherwise daily public buses from the nearby village, Fanes. You can get there by walking the road, or for the more adventurous, the gravel car track. Say hello to the donkeys, and check out the castle on the way via the latter route! And in Fanes, dine at Nina's Cafe and browse around Maria's Gift shop. There's also an excellent supermarket with an ATM (where the gravel track starts behind it, and the castle is close by). The resort is not in a built up area, so there's birdsong and surrounding greenery and wild flowers. Great swimming in the sea, too. The grounds and the pools are well maintained. The food is first class and the management even host a BBQ on a Sunday! In short, a great place "to get away from it all".
