I am currently staying at the hotel and I would like to share my experience.While the hotel’s location is nice and the food offered is quite good, I am disappointed with the condition of the room. The cleanliness is below expectations, and the sheets did not seem freshly laundered. I experienced noise issues during my stay—specifically, I could hear the people staying above me when they were going to the toilet and engaging in other activities. This lack of soundproofing affected my privacy and overall comfort. I believe it would be helpful to adjust the hotel’s rating to more accurately reflect its quality ( it is more a 3 star hotel not a 5 stars) , as this will assist future guests in making informed decisions and avoid similar disappointments. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

I have to leav a bad review but......We had a not very good experience, I would give this hotel 3 stars not a 5 as they say. The staff at the reception was nice, we got a room that was basically crumbling, old bathtub so we couldn't use it luckily we had 2 showers, the shower heads was tiny crusty, the bed sheets were dirty when we called the reception for a new sheets the response was " you better come to the reception table to take a new sheets because it will take time if we come to your room" ( well at least they're honest), the cleaning stuff never waited for us to answer to their knocking so they just opened our door twice and it was awkward, The food and drinks was Medium minus..... The hotel needs an urgent upgrade!

We had a lovely, relaxing 10 days getaway for our honeymoon. While the demographic was mostly older, we, as a young couple, still enjoyed the atmosphere. The room was clean and spacious, and while the food was decent, there was a wide variety to choose from. A special mention to the staff, who were all very friendly and welcoming. There’s even a tennis court, though it's best avoided during the hotter times of the day. Don’t be discouraged by the overly negative reviews—while this isn’t a five-star hotel, it offers a great all-inclusive experience.

If you are heading to Rhodes , Don't ever book this place for your stay,it was a horrible experience , we reached at 1 pm midnight and first to our surprise we had to pay100 euro for tourism tax then after checking we got the keys, after reaching the rooms realised that we have been scammed, condition of the rooms are unimaginable ly horrible , attaching the images of it, v headed back to reception to explain the situation and the receptionist were not responding, we made multiple calls to hotel manager and other number but no use, we got a small replacement room to stay at 4 am morning and next day we vacated , because of the condition of the rooms we had to find another place to stay and it costed us more, we stayed in oceanic beach resort and part resort in week , I'm still not got back the money from this all sense Nautica and I'm behind love Holidays to get the money back , please don't book this hotel if you are going to Rhodes, this hotel use the old photos and attract the people , don't ever booka this place by seeing the pictures. I hate leaving bad reviews as others have said but this place is not good and needs updating. It is over priced and we were charged 80 euros for a really awkward pedicure/manicure where the poor girl working didn’t seem to have a clue. Staff at the reception are not welcoming either unfortunately.
