We stayed at the hotel in May, they were not ready at all for the guests and there were a lot of guests. Did not have any activities at all. There were not enough sunbeds in the first days, they brought more after. The food was same for the 3 nights we stayed, and still there was not enough of it. For example you hade to wait 20-30 min in the morning just to get simple fried eggs or crepes. Every evening they run out of beer 1 hour before closing of the bar. The hotel could be great but I think it is very badly managed.

This hotel is a great choice for families with small children. There are plenty of family-friendly amenities and activities available, making it a perfect spot for a family getaway. Our experience was remarkable, and we're already planning to return this year. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a wonderful stay! The hotel is Ok, it is not a 5 star, closer to 3 star hotel, but the managing of the hotel is for 0-star. We had a booked HB for 3 nights, and the food choice was same, for the 3 days, not variety at all. And beside this there was not enough food, you had to wait sometimes 15-20 min. in line to get what you want. For example, in the morning there were not enough fried eggs, not enough sweets and cakes. Another negativity was some guys from kosovo, were playing loud music from the room, they were aggressive and rude, they did not respect the hotel rules, but none of the hotel employees reacted. And this hotel is supposed to be family-friendly. I definitely wouldn't recommend it and would never go back again.

We had a wonderful stay at Alexandros Palace in Tripiti. The hotel has stunning views! Special thanks to Natasa at reception for her warm welcome and prompt answers to all our questions, Stelios in the restaurant for his friendly and attentive service, and Dima at the beach bar for his great energy and good vibes. Overall, the staff at Alexandros Palace made our holiday extra special. The location, amenities, and cleanliness were excellent, but it’s the people who truly made the difference. We’ll definitely return!

Our family had the pleasure of staying at Alexandros Palace this summer, and I can confidently say it’s a wonderful place where you can truly relax and enjoy genuine Greek hospitality. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the spacious, tastefully decorated rooms that were immaculately clean and offered the most beautiful views. The grounds of the hotel are exceptionally well-maintained, featuring a great beach and expansive areas for lounging. The staff were a highlight of our stay—helpful, polite, capable, and professional. Their dedication and attention to detail ensured that our experience was both comfortable and pleasant. This resort is perfect for families with children, boasting a fantastic splash park with water slides, multiple pools, and fun entertainment options like a mini disco and playground. The kids had an absolute blast! Speaking of fun, the dining experience was a highlight as well. Breakfast and dinner were nothing short of perfection, with a huge selection of fresh fruit and vegetables and delicious Mediterranean dishes that tasted just like homemade meals. The kids' menu was also impressive, ensuring that everyone in the family was well-fed and happy. In conclusion, our stay at Alexandros Palace was an absolutely amazing experience, and we can't wait to be back next summer! !
