Thoroughly enjoyed the 10 days i spent in the hotel troya. The staff are very hard working and all together amazing and very approachable. Throughout my stay I felt very welcome and nothing was a trouble. The rooms were cleaned daily and the food was lovely every day. The site in general is kept to a good high standard and is a very relaxing venue to unwind . I give 5 stars 🌟 🌟🌟🌟🌟 second time staying at this hotel. Will be back

I have no hesitation in highly recommending this hotel. From the moment my son and I checked in to the moment we left everything was perfect. All of the staff are amazing, always smiling, sharing a laugh and nothing was too much trouble. Varied international breakfast (eggs, pancakes cooked to order) and a different choice of dinner each evening with the meat and fish cooked to order. Two pools plus an infinity pool and no shortage of sun loungers. The beach is literally over the road. Will definitely be returning. Big thanks to everyone

Just arrived home after a lovely time at Troya. Great views from our room 605 which was far better than we expected. The Hotel is well maintained large choice of foods and the pools are great. We loved the Infinity pool and the Spa was relaxing as well as refreshing. All the hard working staff are very helpful so have no negative feedbacks. Already planning our return. Please dont worry about reading about noise from Veronica's its minimum.

We stayed at this resort for the first time. Overall, our experience was quite pleasant. The staff was brilliant and exceptionally friendly, and we thoroughly enjoyed the beautiful sea views and the amazing infinity pool, which was surrounded by numerous palm and banana trees – truly our favorite aspect of the resort. The resort also boasts a lovely and clean spa, complete with a jacuzzi and at least three types of saunas, an indoor pool, and massage facilities. Additionally, there are at least three outdoor swimming pools suitable for both adults and children. For evening entertainment, there is an outdoor restaurant and terrace that hosts a different singer each night. The reason I have left four stars is due to our room. While it was clean and equipped with a nice coffee machine ,comfortable bed and a hairdryer, there was an unpleasant odor emanating from the bathroom, particularly in the mornings. Furthermore, our room had a connecting door to the adjacent room, which unfortunately allowed us to hear everything happening next door.

4 star hotel on the sea front with shops and bars nearby. Hotel staff very friendly. We had a Club Room with breakfast and Lunch or Dinner. Rather crowded at times and difficult to get past people. Food was ok with lots of choice. There seemed to be themed nights but we ate out a few evenings so went for a light lunch instead. Only breakfast drinks included. Pools were great with 2 infinity pools, one for over 16’s only. Lots of sun beds to pick from. Sauna and Spa were included and that was good on a windy day during storm Claudia. We had a Club Room on the 7th floor which overlooked to pool. Unfortunately, the noise from Veronica’s each night was very loud. Not too bad up to 11 as there is a stage and show by the pool each night, but Veronica’s goes on until at least 4am. I do like a good night life but Veronica’s needs some sort of control for the noise like they do in Greece - all bars and clubs must be indoors behind sound proofed doors after midnight. Anyway, overall hotel is great with staff and facilities but unless the town sort out the noise from Veronica’s I won’t be stopping near there again.
