Arrived for a family holiday for 10 days with 2 toddlers. Staff have been amazing, very friendly and attentive with the boys. Rooms spacious and clean. Reception staff very helpful with booking excursions, and recommending things to do /see. Big shout out to Gino the resident photographer, we have some beautiful pictures to remember the holiday by he was also very engaging with the boys. We found the location ideal with lots to do and keep the little ones entertained. All round a very good holiday had by all - Tenerife we will see you again soon.

Lovely rooms. Great location. Staff very nice. We had a bottle of bubbles put in the room for a birthday surprise which was a lovely touch. Pool crowded but we are v near beach so we went there instead most days. Enjoyed our stay

Great stay with our family, all inclusive is worth it. I saw bad reviews about food however we had no complaints, pool bar staff are awesome and Ramon goes above and beyond and has a great laugh with everyone. Entertainment staff are great Addy and Camilla amazing with kids and a good laugh with the adults. Our second time staying here and there will definitely be a 3rd

Me and my partner couldn't of wished for a better stay. Room was always clean every morning and the cleaning team were brilliant friendly and accommodating. We had a fridge, kettle and balcony views which was nice.All entertainment, facilities and staff were amazing. Was also perfect location as near lots of places to eat and go for fun. Also out the way of the strip so had a peaceful night's sleep :) will deffo be visiting again.

I stayed at this hotel for a week with family, about a few days ago and everything seemed good till we got to the food. Now, my stepmother, one of the family members I went with, is lactose intolerant. Which means so can't have any milk. So for the majority of the holiday she ate soup and bread. But that's not why I'm complaining. I'm complaining because when my stepmother went around looking at the food information cards to see what had milk in it or not. She was lied too. One day a certain food said it had milk in it, the next day that same food said it didn't. She had very bad stomach aches. And I'm not even over reacting when I say that when I was looking at the desserts I say that apparently this creamy pasty had shellfish in it. Me and my family are certain that the chefs have no idea what is in the food they serve. Oh and that's not the only thing, the food was COLD!! No matter how early you got to the food whether it be breakfast or dinner the food was cold and if you were lucky you might have got something lukewarm. That not even the worst. When some members of my family and I were waiting for the chef to be done with the eggs. We watched the chef not even FLIP THEM OVER TO COOK THE OTHER SIDE!!! That could cause someone to become seriously ill. I MEAN FOR A 4 STAR HOTEL THIS FOOD WAS SHOCKING. I'm sorry you had to read all of that. ⚠️Do not stay here if your looking for a hotel with good food⚠️
