Alexandre Hotel La Siesta

Wonderful family holiday! I have just come back from a week at this hotel and overall it was great we went with our 9 and 6 year old. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful particularly Lianette And Ramon who runs the pool bar who works extremely hard and he was great fun. We had a pool view room which included the spa facilities which was a nice addition. Our room was cleaned daily and the hotel overall was very clean. We went for the all inclusive option and over all the food and drink was good enough for what we paid. The hotel is situated in a really good location 5 minutes from the beach and we also enjoyed a few nice meals out near the Hard Rock Cafe where the main shops and restaurants are. I highly recommended if you are travelling with children to visit Siam park which was amazing and lots to do there with young kids, there is also a free bus service which you can catch from around the corner of the hotel. One of the things I like most about this hotel was the layout of the pool area so we could see the kids are all times and there lots of facilities for the children as well. There was also a mini disco and entertainment on every evening in the show bar.

3rd year in a row back here - and will be back again next year. Hotel is very clean. And seen improvements to the hotel every year we come back. Staff are lovely, very helpful. Seen some negative reviews regarding the food.... ?? I dont get it. Food is very good. Plenty of choice, and good quality. To the negative food reviewers, what are you expecting from a hotel that has to cater for hundreds in one sitting??! Another great holiday at La Siesta, thank you and cant wait to return again next year.

I decided to book this hotel because of the location, heated pool, and spa, I thought it will be a place to have a great day and go out on the night so just booked the bed and breakfast. The hotel is absolutely amazing! It is spotlessly clean. The cleaners were spot on. The staff are the most friendliest I have ever met on holiday, they are either great actors or they genuinely enjoy their jobs, either way they just made the whole experience five stars. The only downside was that the door handle on the roof top sunbathing space (solarium i think its called) kept giving us all little shocks every time we went to open the door... that's the only criticism I can give you. It was amazing, thank you so much!

Hotel is so nice. But Ramon (staff) makes the stay even more lovely! He treated our family so nice and always had a smile on. And a tip! He makes the best drinks at the pool bar! Recommend la Siesta for all familys.
