Lovely hotel, the area is right on the main straight and 2 minute walk from the beach with lots of Restaurants and shops. literally round the corner from the excursions bus pickup. Rooms are average but you can opt for a pool view. Restaurant is decent with a good assortment, if you've got a kid that won't eat nothing but chicken nuggets then I suggest you find a local restaurant that sells them as la siesta don't do them often. Been here twice now and always have fun, it's a cashless hotel so it's easy to get carried away at the bar. I keep my receipts and put away everyday what I've spent in the safe. The hotel in general is clean and both times ive been here, the maintenance is good. Tenerife is a lovely, very lively island and do enjoy going. I'd say the only bad point are people, leaving towels on sun beds whilst they go mooching about.

Wonderful family holiday! I have just come back from a week at this hotel and overall it was great we went with our 9 and 6 year old. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful particularly Lianette And Ramon who runs the pool bar who works extremely hard and he was great fun. We had a pool view room which included the spa facilities which was a nice addition. Our room was cleaned daily and the hotel overall was very clean. We went for the all inclusive option and over all the food and drink was good enough for what we paid. The hotel is situated in a really good location 5 minutes from the beach and we also enjoyed a few nice meals out near the Hard Rock Cafe where the main shops and restaurants are. I highly recommended if you are travelling with children to visit Siam park which was amazing and lots to do there with young kids, there is also a free bus service which you can catch from around the corner of the hotel. One of the things I like most about this hotel was the layout of the pool area so we could see the kids are all times and there lots of facilities for the children as well. There was also a mini disco and entertainment on every evening in the show bar.

Really nice hotel. I spent 10 days here, the food was great, although it was a bit the same same, Rooms were perfect, and the beds were comfy. Very hard-working staff that make the experience fun and entertaining. Beautiful setting and very clean

Great hotel for families. Entertainment for kids really good. We went half board which was well worth the extra £70. The staff also super friendly. Big mention for Ramon who always has a smile and makes you feel so welcome. Will be back for sure

Great hotel with amazing staff. Traveled as a couple and there was always somewhere in the hotel to be away from much noise. There is an adult only rooftop and the dining hall is quite large. Whilst there all of the staff went above and beyond. I saw a man help a little boy pick out his breakfast fruit from the buffet, Ramon in the pool bar was super kind and patient with my broken spanish and Antonio, during the dinner service, was super helpful. Staff really completed the experience and it's nice to know they are so helpful with any situation. I would definitely return.
