The staff was very friendly. There was a game room for small kids and for slitly bigger kids. Pool tables inside and outside. Swimming pools inside and outside and lots of sun beds with umbrellas perfect for a tan. My little brother (who isn't a huge fan of the water) loved being in the swimming pools. Everything was very clean. Lots of different shops close to the hotel including the beach. The food was amazing, with many different options with lovely desserts like ice cream, cakes and many more. We stayed here for a week but wished we'd stayed longer, definitely recommend for families with small and big kids.

We spent a week at this well located hotel next to the beach. The hotel rooms were very comfortable, buffet and bars were great. Staff very helpful. The animation team was excellent, The activities where really well run and the team where always smiling and funny, My young daughter really enjoyed the kids club. In short we had a wonderful time and planning to come again soon

Had a great fortnight here. Lovely hotel with lots of plants to make it feel cool and relaxing. The pools and spa are lovely and there are plenty of sunbeds and chairs to relax on. The gym equipment in the spa could use a bit of maintenance but it was usable. The food was varied with themed nights from different countries and plentiful. The evening entertainment was fun, some acts better than others. The hotel is centrally located and near to the seafront which is great for a cocktail while watching the sunset or beer and sports bars, whichever is your thing. Reading earlier reviews I was a little worried about noisy nights from nightclubs but we were there in early March and didn't have a problem with nightime noise. It may be a different story in the summer though as you are close to a nightclub. The staff were friendly and helpful. We will return again soon.

Very nice and comfortable hotel. Food does get repetitive and some ingredients are cheap. Fruit doesn't look best quality. Meat is mainly chicken. Very strange breakfast ingredients. Green beans...ratatouille..chips...roast potatoes...but that said they cater to several nationalities and you can make a half decent meal. The drinks waiters are very efficient. Pool areas are fab with loads of beds. Would definitely ho back here

Sent 5 emails and called them requesting a quiet room. Gave us one next to main entrance next to a pool table. People slamming doors all night and kids screaming. The jacuzzi is full of kids all day and you won't get in. Stayed full board. Food is average. Cold soup at serving time is not ideal. Right next to Veronica's. Dangerous area. Rooms cleaned to a high standard.
