The food at this hotel is fantastic, I've been to 5-star plus hotels and not enjoyed the food as much as this place. On arrival, we were given our room which was outside the complex. We had issues with the shower which flooded the bedroom and no wifi, after going to reception we were given another room with no issues at all. The staff is fantastic and nothing is too much trouble. There are lots of steps to climb to almost anywhere you need to get to so I wouldn't recommend if you struggle with steps.

I visited Agia Pelagia with a group of colleagues from the UK. We stayed at Alexander House which is a good place for family holidays but visiting with friends was a good experience too. The rooms are modern, clean and spacious with good quality mattresses. My friends opted for an all inclusive holiday and as expected there was plenty of food, drinks and snacks throughout the day. The dinning room is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner at specific times. Freshly baked pizza is available throughout the day as well as cocktails and softdrinks. The hotel managers and all staff were warm and accommodating. They function as a family and tend to be informal. An electrician was called as soon as I reported an air-conditioning fault and I was given a different room for one night until the repairs were completed. The cleaning lady provided us with additional towels and toiletries. The pool is of a good size and there is a smaller one for kids. The area around the pool offers umbrellas and loungers and tends to be relatively busy throughout the day. However, the sea is only a minute away.

Wonderful hotel a couple of minutes walk to the beach Great food with plenty of choice Rooms spotlessly clean serviced daily Great atmosphere with friendly staff who go over and above to make your holiday memorable. The manager even made time to meet us from the transfer and popped out to see us when we were waiting to go home. Every guest was made to feel special by all the staff. Highly recommend this hotel

Rooms are clean but basic, staff are mostly friendly but too busy to be customer focused. Minimal entertainment/activities. All inclusive drinks are like paint stripper. Food is low quality and repetitive and gave me three days of food poisoning. Would not recommend it at all.

Good hotel, nice, clean rooms. We have been her 6 times and everytime we were very pleased staying there. We had all-inclusive 6 times and the food was very good. We will be back
