Stayed with my sister for a week all inclusive and would return again tomorrow! It was so quiet, chilled and relaxing with no kids in the hotel!! Just what we wanted, lovely room, lovely large pool area, bring your headphones if you want music, staff very welcoming and friendly. Maid service excellent, very clean public areas, great gym area. Food was varied and great quality, breakfast choices were fantastic every morning. Also plenty of choices available at the dinner buffet -Steak, chicken,pork, paella, salmon, pasta dishes. Lunch restaurant was fantastic, food was top class! Cocktails were well-made, and the singers who entertained were good in the evening. Not too far to beach and promenade, nice little train takes you to the main areas of Can Picafort in the evening. Super holiday!

Arrived early hours of this morning. Guy at reception was very nice and helpful. No armbands needed, everything is done by room card. The rooms are large and the refurbishment was done very nicely. Breakfast was underwhelming. Had to wait for milk and I didn't bother waiting for bacon. The pool area is lovely and quiet. No problem getting a sunbed at 9:15. Cesar at the snack bar is excellent. I had a massage at the spa with Katherine. Perfect pressure and lasted longer than I thought. Very relaxing.This too is charged to the room. The drinks menu is fabulous and I will enjoy working my way through it. Lunch menu at the snack bar is excellent too. Looking forward to another 9 days of this.

Just returned from a weeks holiday here and it's already on my list to come back to, plus I've already recommended to friends & family. This hotel was beautiful, so peaceful and absolutely immaculate, everywhere was cleaned morning and night, including the pool each morning. Sunbed reserving did happen (as it does everywhere) but before 10am you could always get a bed, and usually from around 3pm there were plenty again, there was still plenty of seating near the bar & pool bar all day too so you did have other options. When checking in we were offered to upgrade to a plunge pool room or a swim up room but declined both of those as it seemed quite alot more money and the room we had (Junior suite with pool view) was fantastic as it was, beautiful decor, lovely view across the pool/hotel and a balcony that had the sun for most of the day, we wouldn't have wanted to change. Staff were all brilliant throughout, everyone always seemed happy and very helpful, nothing was too much trouble, reception staff always greeted you too when you came in/went out which felt so welcoming. Great location.. 5-10min walk to the beach, bars and restaurants and so much choice, also a little train that does a 45min loop around the area and only €4.50. We just stayed bed & breakfast - breakfast was beautiful, everything was always refilled and fresh, loads of choice and again the staff were excellent. Already can't wait to return, one of my favourite holiday hotels to date

Spotlessly clean and the staff were terrific, we stayed in a room with a private pool which was lovely although because of the position there was only sun on our area in the afternoon meaning even in August the pool was freezing, the guests next to us were smokers so we couldn't leave our doors open as the smell was coming into our room. The food could be a lot better, cheap quality and tasteless. The hotel itself was lovely and quiet, although the evening entertainment could be better. That said I would definitely recommend this hotel, maybe bed and breakfast and a different room next time.

Stayed here from 13 - 20 August 25 on the all inclusive package through Jet2 holidays. The whole experience was fantastic, the staff are friendly and efficient, a special mention to Cesar the waiter who was always friendly, polite and funny and would always go out of his way to help you. The pool is huge with a nice swim up bar, it's also the first all inclusive I've been to where they serve beer by the pint! Plenty of sun beds and no need to get up at dirt o'clock to reserve them (I hate that!). Rooms were clean and a good size, we just had a standard room, no pool / plunge pool, walk in showers and his and her sinks came as standard. The food was by far the best I've ever had at an all inclusive. We normally still go out to eat as we get sick of the buffet but the theme nights always had nice food on so we ate in more often. The only slight critique I had was it would have been nice to have some music by the pool in the day, appreciate it's adults only so that's probably why they don't but I like a bit more atmosphere, just my opinion though. Great hotel, great location in reach of the beach and bars, shops etc. I would definitely recommend and 100% go back.
