Spent 10 days here with my best friend for a girls break. On arrival we were given a very warm welcome, a short explanation of the rooms, hotel layout and all inclusive bars/restaurant details. Got up to our room and it was beautiful, well laid out, and a stunning view over the pool and resort. Each day breakfast, lunch and dinner was lovely, buffet style with lots of options. Pool bar and main bar open every day, with good service from some staff, especially Nadia and Caesar. Lots of sub beds to choose from and pool towels provided. Entertainment like live singers every other night, which was nice. Top notch drinks and cocktails. All in all we would return, and recommend to others seeking a relaxing holiday.

We had a fantastic stay for 5 days in October this year. The hotel was immaculate and very quiet. We loved the location of the hotel as bus stop close by and a walk into town only minutes away. The food was really nice and tasty. Going all inclusive helped! Lots of options and cocktails in the bar too. But the main focus has to be on the staff. Incredibly helpful even though they were coming to the end of their season. They were always happy to see us, friendly, professional and made our holiday so much more enjoyable. The rooms were lovely. Well equipped and comfortable. A fabulous hotel which is well worth a visit.

Stayed with my sister for a week all inclusive and would return again tomorrow! It was so quiet, chilled and relaxing with no kids in the hotel!! Just what we wanted, lovely room, lovely large pool area, bring your headphones if you want music, staff very welcoming and friendly. Maid service excellent, very clean public areas, great gym area. Food was varied and great quality, breakfast choices were fantastic every morning. Also plenty of choices available at the dinner buffet -Steak, chicken,pork, paella, salmon, pasta dishes. Lunch restaurant was fantastic, food was top class! Cocktails were well-made, and the singers who entertained were good in the evening. Not too far to beach and promenade, nice little train takes you to the main areas of Can Picafort in the evening. Super holiday!

1st visit here 23rd - 30th October. Lovely hotel, clean, polite staff. Food plentiful and tasty. Very comfortable bed. Only issue we did not like was lunch a la carte. Starters and mains were all brought out same time. My starter was larger than main. I really would not have taken that amount on a self serve, so food was wwasted. Would have preferred buffet and only select the amount we wanted.

Spotlessly clean and the staff were terrific, we stayed in a room with a private pool which was lovely although because of the position there was only sun on our area in the afternoon meaning even in August the pool was freezing, the guests next to us were smokers so we couldn't leave our doors open as the smell was coming into our room. The food could be a lot better, cheap quality and tasteless. The hotel itself was lovely and quiet, although the evening entertainment could be better. That said I would definitely recommend this hotel, maybe bed and breakfast and a different room next time.
