The big review is on trip advisor
Info: We are a couple in our late 20s and booked this hotel for two weeks half board. This was my partner's first ever holiday abroad, I have been on lots of different holidays.
The short version is that there is NO AIR CON, it is not an adults only hotel as stated with On The Beach and the food is pretty rubbish, the facilities and entertainment are very poor and staff seem miserable.
GENERAL:
NOT AN ADULTS ONLY HOTEL. In the 2 weeks we were here, we saw at least 3 families with children. Children are not an issue for us, but we had booked specifically an adults only hotel.
OVERALL:
Defo not a 4* hotel, maybe a 2* or 3* at best. Big hotels do not always mean better. Don't book here.

Really spacious suites. Huge pool. The gym equipment is tired and it's a bit of a walk to the centre of town but if you are looking for a good value place to chill for a week this is a good spot.
However just been in the bar and if a cocktail is not on the menu. They won't make it for you #not a proper bar.

Pleasant adults only hotel, set away from the bustle of the seafront. Lovely room. Clean and well maintained. Food good with nice choice each evening. Receptionist very pleasant and spoke good English. Majority of clientele appeared to be German, but some Brits evident. If you want a lazy, poolside break this is ideal. If you seek something more lively, try one of the hotels along the seafront. Finally, I hope that one day all hotels will be smoke free within their grounds, both here and Europe wide!

Rooms are large enough, clean, and in good shape. The airco didn't work.
The doors could open, so it would still be just fine in the room.
There's enough food to last the day, lots of variety too! The people who work here are very nice and friendly!
The pool is big, and really nice.
Close to the beach, and next to a supermarket.
Love the fact that there's no children.

my first and most annoyed complaint is the annoying music that is played at the breakfast. It’s early in the morning and there is always some kind of rock and roll music, not something I want to hear in the morning. Also at the poolside the whole day is repeating trumpet music, like in the ‘50s music. Why can’t you just play some happy Spanish music, that gets you into the holiday mood? This is such a huge turn off for my holiday. At other hotels they play summer mood vibe music.
Positives are: clean room, decently sized room, decent balcony, good breakfast, friendly staff. Pool side is very nice. Can easily stay there for the day and order cocktails or other drinks. Gives you the holiday vibe.
Don’t take the all inclusive, very strict eating times, so definitely a waste of money. I’m glad I only took the breakfast included.
Cocktails are kind of weak, almost no alcohol. Food overall is pretty decent. Aperol spritz is very good here though, so if you like that, it’s great here.
No kids, als very huge plus.
