We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The food was tasty, with a good variety throughout our stay. The staff were kind, attentive, and always ready to help. The location is great for a quiet, relaxing holiday. We’d be happy to return.

Absolutely loved our stay here! Everything was spotless and the staff went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. From breakfast to dinner, every bite was delicious. You could really tell the chefs care about quality. The service team was also outstanding — friendly and fast.

5/5 Stars – Amazing Kids' Animator! We were absolutely thrilled with Diana, the kids' animator at Hotel Knossos Royal! She was always kind, patient, and full of energy, making sure our child looked forward to the kids' program every single day. Diana took such loving and attentive care of the little ones—whether through dancing, creative painting, or fun games. Even when the weather was bad last week, her positive and dedicated attitude kept all the children happily entertained. The mini disco was a definite highlight—Diana got the kids excited with music and dancing, creating such a joyful atmosphere. Our little one adored it! We are so grateful to Diana for making our vacation so special and really hope to see her again on our next visit. She is a true asset to the animation team and makes the stay even more enjoyable for families. Thank you for everything, Diana—you’re simply the best!

Wonderful experience – for the second time! This was my second stay at Aldemar Knossos Royal, and once again, everything was perfect! The hotel is beautiful, with clean facilities, a lovely beach, delicious food, and an amazing staff that makes you feel truly welcome. It’s the ideal place for both relaxation and fun. We enjoyed our last visit the most of all times, greatest thanks to outstanding hotel manager Mrs. Elena Kapsokefalou and her team, cannot find words to praise the wonderful personnel of the hotel! We are sending everyone our love and gratitude for the great time we had. It must be admitted that we follow excellent personnel, some of whom we have known and loved for over a decade, and we will continue to do so. Would like to especially highlight Rizes restaurant for dinner and Beach restaurant for breakfast and lunch. The food was delicious and exquisite, every wish was fulfilled, even if it was not on the menu, the personnel was outstanding, but this can also be said about other a la carte restaurants. Have been traveling to Crete since 2008, and believe one can always discover something new and exciting. Rent a car and enjoy, the customer service manager, the car rental lady at the hotel, and every Cretan will help with a recommendation according to your interests. We are missing Cretan spirit and looking forward to returning in September! ❤️❤️
