Excellent hotel with very good service. The rooms were clean and well maintained, and everything was organized properly throughout our stay. The staff was polite and helpful. Special thanks to Mahmud, who took care of our room 6521 for all 7 days. He did his job very responsibly, was always kind, attentive, and professional. It was clear that he genuinely cares about guests’ comfort. We were very satisfied with our stay and would confidently recommend this hotel to others.

We had a wonderful experience at this restaurant! The atmosphere was very comfortable, especially for families with young children. There is a great kids’ area that kept our little one entertained, which made our visit even more enjoyable. A special thank you to our waiter, Azouz Gamal. He was incredibly attentive and showed genuine care for our 3-year-old child. His kindness and professionalism made our evening truly memorable. Highly recommended for families

I had a really great stay at the Pickalbatros Palace Hotel. The room was always super clean, and the housekeeping team did an amazing job every day. Big thanks to Khalaf Talat,Khalid Waleed at the Culina restaurant, they really looked after me and my family,and made sure everything was perfect throughout my stay. They always went above and beyond walking distances to serve drinks to my family and assisted us all the time. These men work extremely hard and leave their famillies behind, and they deserve recognition, give them a promotion will you? What I loved most was the little surprises in my room. Every time I came back, it felt special — from cute towel decorations to fun touches like a crocodile made out of pillows and even a surprise waiting on my bed. It honestly made my day every time! A special thanks to Ahmed Mohammed who use to clean room 1411, a special chap and needs some recognition, give him a promotion will you? He is a gem. The restaurants were also great, with plenty of variety and really tasty food. Everything felt well organized, clean, and welcoming. Overall, I had an amazing experience and felt really well taken care of. I’d definitely come back again and recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing and fun stay!

Thank you to our now-favorite hotel and the people who work here! This was one of the best vacations we've ever had. We left the hotel with a warm and pleasant feeling. Our vacation was made possible by the people who worked here. From the reception staff, who provided us with excellent rooms without any hint of a bribe, to the room cleaning service (Еad Shaker hello!))), who checked in on us every evening to make sure everything was okay and responded promptly to any needs we had. Animation- we didn't participate directly anywhere, only on the sidelines and not in everything, but the animation team is now magical- they set the mood in general. Everyone is smiling, joking, friendly, and nice. Guest Relations were in touch with us even before the trip, provided all the information, and really took into account our requests for the rooms, not just for show, and helped with the room extension. The security is top-notch, and I've never felt so comfortable letting my children go to the water park or letting my teenage children stay at the evening show without me. They really take care of them. A separate topic is cleanliness- here really everything is washed, cleaned around the clock. There was no feeling of disgust or slovenliness for 10 days never. Thank you very much to the kitchen staff, chefs and waiters- very tasty food, cooked with soul and quality, enjoyed every dish! Liked that there are no queues anywhere, everything is in the access, enough sunbeds in the required quantity always and available change of towels at several points- it's just super! We will definitely come back to your hotel and recommend it to our friends and acquaintances. THANK YOU VERY MUCH! We really enjoyed our stay and were impressed by the overall service. The staff serving beverages and lunch were absolutely fantastic—friendly, polite, and very quick. Everyone we interacted with was courteous and professional. The price–quality ratio was excellent, and the food was good. Room cleaning was satisfactory; however, the hotel should purchase new towels and bathrobes, as the current ones are worn and need replacement. Unfortunately, the shower experience in the spa area was not as pleasant as the rest of our stay. There were no towels or shampoo available, the doors did not close properly, and there was a lack of privacy. On a very positive note, the view and the service in the dining area were outstanding—the staff there truly deserve special recognition.
