My kids and I enjoyed our stay here. The staff starting from front desk to Islam that cleaned our room everyday to staff at Restiro restaurant, special thanks to Mahmoud Arafat the amazing restaurant manager Ahmed Ali, they made my kids so comfortable and enjoy their every meal. And you’ll immediately notice how amazing the life guards are and how much they take kids safety seriously. Overall our experience was amazing! We will definitely be coming back!

Muhammad is a very good cleaner (2231), he has performed very well doing it regularly at the same time. Overall, we have had a good impressions of our stay since it is the second time we chosen this hotel. The value for money is one of the best in Egypt if you’re planning to stay with children under 10 years.

Great resort with everything you’d ever need. Entertainment is the best with day and evening shows. Got a chance to speak to Disco the entertainer and can say that he’s a great guy and put up such a great show every day. Facilities are great from the many pools to slides, beach, diving-snorkelling and many more. Food could do a bit better in my opinion but there is plenty of it and drinks are ok and at all times available. Tip if u like to be looked after from the waiting staff. Overall very pleasant 11 day stay and I strongly recommend is you’re a family.

Everything is perfect , the main restaurant is marvelous specially the workers and chefs are very friendly. Would like to take this opportunity to thank Mr Islam Mohamed from the house keeping to taking care of our room where our vacation become perfect also special thanks to Mr Ayman from the Guest relation where he was able to solve our issues during the check in which turned our stay to a perfect one. Beautiful 5 star hotel with plenty of flowers and greenery, and very clean, Attention to detail was excellent. Rooms were spacious and very modern with excellent air conditioning and cleaned to a very high standard every day with fresh towels and bedding etc. Unfortunately the majority of guests were very rude, and had no concept of other people's personal space or enjoyment, and seemed to always expect priority service.! Staff were extremely helpful and polite but seemed under a lot of pressure from management! Rules of the hotel, and treatment of the staff and the hotel facilities were not respected by a lot of guests.
