I had a really great stay at the Pickalbatros Palace Hotel. The room was always super clean, and the housekeeping team did an amazing job every day. Big thanks to Khalaf Talat,Khalid Waleed at the Culina restaurant, they really looked after me and my family,and made sure everything was perfect throughout my stay. They always went above and beyond walking distances to serve drinks to my family and assisted us all the time. These men work extremely hard and leave their famillies behind, and they deserve recognition, give them a promotion will you? What I loved most was the little surprises in my room. Every time I came back, it felt special — from cute towel decorations to fun touches like a crocodile made out of pillows and even a surprise waiting on my bed. It honestly made my day every time! A special thanks to Ahmed Mohammed who use to clean room 1411, a special chap and needs some recognition, give him a promotion will you? He is a gem. The restaurants were also great, with plenty of variety and really tasty food. Everything felt well organized, clean, and welcoming. Overall, I had an amazing experience and felt really well taken care of. I’d definitely come back again and recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing and fun stay!

We had a wonderful experience at this restaurant! The atmosphere was very comfortable, especially for families with young children. There is a great kids’ area that kept our little one entertained, which made our visit even more enjoyable. A special thank you to our waiter, Muhamad Safwat. He was incredibly attentive and showed genuine care for our one-year-old child. His kindness and professionalism made our evening truly memorable. Highly recommended for families!

We stayed for 8 days with our family, and we were absolutely thrilled with the hotel. The entire property feels modern, elegant, and luxurious. The service is excellent, you feel like royalty from the moment you arrive. One of the biggest highlights for us was the impeccable cleanliness. The rooms, common areas, restaurants, everything is spotless, perfectly maintained, and always fresh and fragrant. It really adds to the comfort of the stay. Compliments to all the resort staff, especially to MOHAMED KARAM and Mohamed Ahmed. 🏆🥇👌 The animation team is fantastic as well—friendly, energetic, and always creating a fun atmosphere without being intrusive. Our family enjoyed their activities every day. The food selection is also good, there are plenty of pools, and the whole resort is beautifully designed and very family-friendly. We felt safe, relaxed, and well taken care of throughout our entire stay. We highly recommend Pickalbatros Palace Sharm to anyone looking for a perfect holiday. We will definitely be returning!

Great with kids as they love the water park and swimming pools. A few pools are heated so we can still enjpy swimming in December. We stayed in a seaview family room (1401). Sayid Aldawey did a good job cleaning the room and made interesting towel art- kids were happy to see them. Food is ok. The live cooking dishes like grilled fish and prawns, grilled meat are better than others.

Good hotel with lovely grounds to walk around. Plenty of sun beds on the beach or pool, good selection of food in the restaurants, desserts need improvement. Staff generally friendly and helpful, entertainment staff should be more engaging to other nationalities rather than prioritise Russian guests only. Aqua park and kids facilities were good, lots of things in close proximity to the hotel if you want to get around Sharm.
