My stay at this hotel was truly outstanding from start to finish. The service was impeccable, with every staff member showing genuine kindness, professionalism, and attention to detail. The rooms were beautifully designed, spotlessly clean, and extremely comfortable, making it easy to relax and feel at home. The food was another highlight—delicious, varied, and of excellent quality. Whether at breakfast, lunch, or dinner, every meal exceeded expectations. The facilities were also top-notch, offering everything needed for both relaxation and entertainment. A special mention goes to the team and specialy mr reda for making us feel welcomed throughout our entire stay. Their warm hospitality and constant willingness to help made this experience unforgettable. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a memorable and exceptional stay. We had a wonderful experience at this restaurant! The atmosphere was very comfortable, especially for families with young children. There is a great kids’ area that kept our little one entertained, which made our visit even more enjoyable. A special thank you to our waiter, Muhamad Safwat. He was incredibly attentive and showed genuine care for our one-year-old child. His kindness and professionalism made our evening truly memorable. Highly recommended for families!

My overall experience at your hotel was great! The food was varied and I mostly liked the service of you stuff. It was nice to see how everyone spoke different languages and it made communication way easier. The thing I liked the most about your hotel and my stay was your animation stuff. We stayed for 8 days with our family, and we were absolutely thrilled with the hotel. The entire property feels modern, elegant, and luxurious. The service is excellent, you feel like royalty from the moment you arrive. One of the biggest highlights for us was the impeccable cleanliness. The rooms, common areas, restaurants, everything is spotless, perfectly maintained, and always fresh and fragrant. It really adds to the comfort of the stay.
