The rooms are spacious, clean, with a nice panoramic view and well-lit with natural light. However, the bed mattress is hard and uncomfortable. Housekeeping is top-notch, always maintaining cleanliness and tidiness. As for the food and drinks, I found them to be below satisfactory. It felt like a waste of products, and honestly, my 12-year-old could cook better. For example, the lasagna and mac & cheese were soupy, the rice was sometimes undercooked, and the macaroni seemed to be cooked in the same pan as the meat and tomato, making it not vegetarian-friendly. The only food I ate was vegetables, fruits, and boiled eggs, as the options were limited. Moreover, sometimes I had a feeling that they used remaining food from the previous day to cook some of the dishes for the next day. While there are many restaurants in the area, they all seem to prepare the same food with minor differences. However, the kids enjoyed the French fries and pancakes. There was always a long queue for scrambled eggs. On the bright side, the hotel offers a great view, a romantic atmosphere, quiet surroundings, and is kid-friendly. The swimming pools are excellent, with spots always available. The previous evening, the receptionist asked me to call for the luggage buggy 20 minutes before checkout. However, when I called, the receptionist complained that it was too early, so I had to call 10 minutes before checkout. During checkout, the receptionist requested that I sign the feedback form without filling out the review. I signed it to avoid any delay for transport.

Beautiful 5 star hotel with plenty of flowers and greenery, and very clean, Attention to detail was excellent. Rooms were spacious and very modern with excellent air conditioning and cleaned to a very high standard every day with fresh towels and bedding etc. Unfortunately the majority of guests were very rude, and had no concept of other people's personal space or enjoyment, and seemed to always expect priority service.! Staff were extremely helpful and polite but seemed under a lot of pressure from management! Rules of the hotel, and treatment of the staff and the hotel facilities were not respected by a lot of guests.

Great resort with everything you’d ever need. Entertainment is the best with day and evening shows. Got a chance to speak to Disco the entertainer and can say that he’s a great guy and put up such a great show every day. Facilities are great from the many pools to slides, beach, diving-snorkelling and many more. Food could do a bit better in my opinion but there is plenty of it and drinks are ok and at all times available. Tip if u like to be looked after from the waiting staff. Overall very pleasant 11 day stay and I strongly recommend is you’re a family.

Amazing resort with the warmest, friendliest staff that provide fantastic service from start to finish! Our family stayed a week & really didn't want to leave... boys (aged 9 & 13) are already talking about wanting to go back! Food & drinks were delicious, varied, good-quality & in abundance! Rooms were huge with really comfortable beds & pillows & our seaview was stunning! So much to do if you would like to or alternatively there are quiet areas & pools too. Highly recommend for families & couples alike!
