Great location in Bur Dubai, with rooms facing the creek and the souk.
Rooms are a good size. However, the shower was not draining well and the complimentary coffee was not replaced when used. We also ran out of shampoo and it was not refilled either.
Room was little too dim.
The hotel has a great buggy service. However, I felt the team at reception was unfriendly and you didn't feel welcomed. Don't undervalue the power of a smile!
Breakfast was fine but not outstanding.
Room was a bit noisy until 11pm because our room was facing the Starbucks.
We'll stay again in this hotel next time, location and atmosphere are unbeatable.

Excellent stay, the breakfast and dinner buffet was very good quality and friendly staff. Service was very friendly. Will definitely stay here again! Quick 20 min walk to the metro station to get anywhere you need to go but good location to stay if you want to feel immersed in the culture. It does not have a pool but very easy and fun golf cart ride to canopy to use the pool there.

Very nice hotel. Wonderful service. The buffet breakfast was delicious. Definitely recommend. Great location because it’s walkable to the train station and the old markets. However the only downside is that our room face a restaurant that played live music and drums til 23:00!! When we called and asked the front desk, they said there was nothing they could do. Our friend was in another room that he couldn’t hear the drums so if your sensitive to noise like I am, ask for a quiet room. You can also hear the voices of everyone walking by which is hard to avoid in this part of town.

Feel like mixture luxury and antique collections of dubai.
Prepare for everywhere to be quiet and a lot of places closed if you’re visiting early in the week, but it’s still a great spot to admire the view over the water and relax. Everywhere is modern and clean with plenty of seating, with photo opportunities galore. The bustle of the market is worth popping down for and it’s a great place to grab a bite to eat. With a less touristy vibe to many other areas I’d highly recommend!

A great, out of the ordinary, hotels located directly inside the old (reconstructed) souk of Al Seef next to the creek. Great room design giving an essence of the 50s, with seamless service with quick response despite the fact that the room are spread in different locations in the market. As you go out of the room you are directly into the market! A few min walk there is the Al Fahidi neighbourhood with the cafes and the galleries as well as the docks to go to the spice and gold souk. They offer free parking and valet service which is a big plus in this area. Great choice for the ones that are looking something different than the usual glass facade hotels.
