The hotel was perfect! It was clean with comfortable beds and excellent housekeeping. We enjoyed free coffee and dates in the lobby, and the authentic vibe was delightful. The location is great with ample outdoor seating. In our room, they provided pots, cups, and outdoor seating, allowing us to enjoy a good cup of tea. They offer a free golf cart ride to Canopy Hotel from the middle of Old Dubai. Definitely try this! The service was friendly, the water pressure was good, and the sheets and towels were soft. The wooden window covers were a nice touch. We had a hiccup for talking with the hotel on the phone prior to arriving and I really wanted to cancel the reservation but super glad I kept it and tried this amazing place!

Loved every moment of my stay from check in to check out. I was lucky to have been given an early check in at 11:30 a.m. The room was cool and threw me back into the past with rustic wood panels, oil-lamp like lights, bakelite rotary dial phones by the bedside and in the bathroom. The buggy service on check in and check out were handy. The reception staff were ever polite. I recommend this hotel if you want a break from the typical tinted glass, centrally cooled, carpeted hotels and wish to soak in some conventional and rustic decor but without losing creature comforts.

I had an amazing vacation at the Al Seef Heritage Hotel! I didn't want to leave, they really meet you like at home here! Very beautiful, clean room, every day the cleaning managers made me surprises, a special delight was caused by the elephant from the towels on the bed 😍 I want to thank manager Mohammad separately, he made my vacation really amazing! He was responsive and friendly, not only with me, I saw how he tried to pay attention to all the guests! He recommended me amazing excursions and helped me buy tickets at a good price - Safari Park, Global Village, Art Museum 😍🤩 thanks to the entire hotel team for this magical experience!

Special thanks to Shaiq who helps us with our New Years Eve plans and then went to a lot of trouble to help us ship some things back to Sydney on a public holiday (which was no easy task). The décor transports you back in time, making you feel like you've stepped into a different era while still enjoying all the comforts of contemporary living. One of the highlights of my stay was the breakfast. It was simply the best I have ever experienced! The variety of options was impressive, featuring a delightful mix of local delicacies, traditional English fare, and even some delicious Indian dishes. There was something for everyone, and it truly set the tone for a wonderful day ahead. While the hotel does not have a pool, I found that the unique atmosphere and exceptional service more than made up for it. I would highly recommend this hotel to families and couples alike, as it offers a unique opportunity to experience what life was like in the 70s.
