I had an unforgettable experience at Al Maha, a Luxury Collection Desert Resort & Spa, Dubai. From the moment I arrived, the service was exceptional, and the staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. The resort itself is breathtaking, offering stunning views of the desert landscape and luxurious accommodations. The private villas were beautifully designed, providing the perfect mix of comfort and elegance. The spa treatments were relaxing, and the dining experience was top-notch with delicious, high-quality food. If you're looking for a peaceful, luxurious retreat in the heart of the desert, Al Maha is the perfect destination. Highly recommended!

I normally don’t give reviews. But we just left this hotel today and had such a good experience that I absolutely have to! This is one of the rare hotels in today’s world where they ensure that you have the very best experience. Rooms are very well maintained. The private villas gave us an amazing view of the dessert. We really enjoyed sitting on the pool deck and having our coffee in the morning. Most of the people there have worked there for a long time. Several went out of their way to cater to my husband’s vegetarian restrictions. Joel, Anjal, Remy, Chandra, Swarnali were all extremely attentive and made our dining experience one of the best we’ve had. Mansour was also excellent with follow up and ensuring that our stay was perfect. The restaurant’s manager Prakash was very knowledgeable and the Exec Chef Piotr went over and above to print out recipes for me. And each recipe he printed was so tastefully done with pictures. The food is excellent and it’s a very laid back atmosphere so one ends up having a 3 hr dinner. We enjoyed our sand dune excursion with Rose who was very knowledgeable. All in all, I was a bit skeptical before we got there as I’ve never stayed in a hotel that’s part of a nature conservation program. But this Hôtel surpassed all my expectations. They excel at customer service and this was definitely one of the best stays we’ve had within the Marriott group.

We just went to Al Maha for dinner, not to stay at the resort. The location is stunning, and the staff is incredibly kind and attentive, which made the experience enjoyable. The food itself was just okay—nothing particularly memorable, but the prices were reasonable for a place like this. The dessert was definitely the highlight and the best part of the meal. If you’re looking for a beautiful setting and great service, it’s worth a visit. Just don’t expect the food to blow you away.

Our stay at Al Maha was absolutely unforgettable! Nestled in the heart of the desert, this resort offers breathtaking scenery and ultimate relaxation. The suites are beautifully designed, featuring a private pool and stunning views of the dunes. The service was impeccable – the staff was incredibly attentive and ensured that every detail was taken care of. One of the highlights was the range of activities offered, such as falconry, a sunset camel ride, and desert drives while spotting wildlife – truly unique experiences! If you're looking for the perfect combination of luxury, nature, and serenity, Al Maha is the place to be.

Floating breakfast anyone? This is a very special place with a phenomenal staff. It is like going on safari, but it is so close to Dubai! This is an extremely unique, luxurious, experience. It is such a relaxing environment—yet full of so many wonderful experiences and things to do! Excellence in details, service, food, atmosphere, and thoughtfulness! It was exciting to arrive, and hard to want to leave.
