Every word written on the signs truly touched my heart — it felt personal and meaningful. The details were beautiful throughout the event. There was also a lovely girl from the Marketing team who kept checking on us to see if we needed anything, always smiling. I believe her name was Fatma. The sunset yoga session at the ladies beach on the 13th of Feb, was honestly the highlight of my day. The setup, the calm atmosphere, and the organization were perfect. It felt peaceful and well coordinated. Thank you to the organizers for making it so special. ❤️

Currently here in a suite 752. Have a walking disability. Staff are great, but facility is not. Examples: three steps up to lobby, no ramp or hand rail. Kids pool steep slope with no handrail. All toilets in beach are up steps. Ordered twice from family pool for lunch and service is absolutely awful especially given price of food. First time took almost 2 hours to get served. Second time had to turn waiter away we had waited so long. Third time waiting over an hour. Walking is not easy for me.

An incredible stay at an incredible hotel. Can't praise the staff enough for looking after our every need and the property and location speak for themselves. The breakfast was filled with numerous choices and we had the pleasure of dining during the seafood night which was truly delicious. The spa and beach facilities were also very good, there is nothing negative I can say about this hotel and we are already planning our next trip back! Thank you once again to the whole team!

We stayed at Al Bustan Palace Hotel for a family holiday over the Christmas period 2025 and were absolutely delighted with the facilities and the service. The rooms were very good size and were cleaned regularly twice per day. The staff were incredibly helpful and always served with a smile and went the extra mile. The breakfast and evening buffets were absolutely amazing. The hotel certainly ranks amongst the very top of the 5 star hotels I've stayed in. I would definitely go back! 2 members of staff were truly exceptional - Mohammed Al-Wahaibi at Front of House and Ali Al-Wahaibi at Al-Khiran Restaurant. Thank you both for looking after us so well.
