My stay in a Beach Pool Villa (May 2026) at Al Baleed Anantara Salalah was nothing short of exceptional. The villa was breathtakingly beautiful, secluded, peaceful, and wonderfully serene. Waking up to uninterrupted sea views and having a private pool with perfectly warm water made for an unforgettable experience. The villa itself was spacious and thoughtfully appointed, with luxurious Amouage amenities, a rain shower, and smart TVs that allowed seamless mirroring of personal devices. What truly sets this resort apart, however, is the outstanding service. A special thank you to Gabor, who went above and beyond to ensure every aspect of my holiday was perfect. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and his attention to detail made me feel genuinely valued as a guest. Thank you also to Hussain, who cheerfully chauffeured me around the resort in the golf buggy and even helped search for my misplaced iPad charger. Every member of staff, from housekeeping to the restaurant team at Meekong, was attentive, warm, and friendly throughout my stay. I particularly appreciated the personalised touches. I mentioned my love of young coconuts, and Gabor arranged for fresh coconuts to be sent to my villa daily with just a call to reception. The breakfast team delighted me by preparing fresh, hot puri that wasn’t even on the menu, giving me a taste of India. They also happily accommodated my request for dosa each morning for the duration of my stay. This was my second visit to Salalah but my first stay at Anantara, and the hotel team has completely won me over. Their genuine hospitality, combined with the stunning surroundings and luxurious accommodation, created an experience that has been etched into my heart. I have no doubt that I will be returning in 2027

I would like to share my wonderful experience at Al Baleed Resort Salalah by Anantara. We were delighted to receive a generous upgrade to a pool villa, which made our stay truly special. Even though the resort is celebrating its 10th anniversary, it is clearly meticulously maintained and cared for, retaining its sense of luxury and charm. Our dining experiences were exceptional, starting with a superb dinner at Al Mina accompanied by pleasant, unobtrusive live music, followed by another fantastic meal at Mekong. The breakfast was incredibly rich with a wide variety of choices, and the in-room dining service was both high-quality and impressively fast. We also appreciated the room amenities, where in addition to the standard minibar, coffee machine, and tea kettle, we were provided with a generous supply of complementary drinking water in eco-friendly glass bottles. We were very impressed by the staff, who were consistently attentive, helpful, and professional throughout our stay. It is evident that the resort prioritizes excellence in every detail, and we already look forward to returning in the future.

The quality of food, presentation, and overall experience exceeded expectations. This is not just a hotel, but a destination in itself. If you're looking for top tier hospitality and luxury, don't look further. Al Baleed resort by Anantara is definitely the best resort in Salalah. We had an amazing week with the family in 2 suites. They are well located to the beach and pool. We were in close contact to all personel, which were absolutely great, especially mr. Gabor, he arranged our whole stay. You know you're in a top tier resort when everything is possible. For example, because of renovations the breakfast restaurant at the pool was closed for breakfast. But we really wanted to enjoy the morning sea breese at breakfast. So the amazing FB manager Zaher and mr. Gabor arranged that we could have breakfast at the beach. This was such an amazing gesture we will never forget! So thank you to the whole team and you will definitely see us next year. To other travelers: don't forget to spend time in the activity center and plant your own Luban tree and see it grow over the years!
