The rooms where nice but my room was also infested with ants (2036) Which was quite a let down, but apart from that the beds where really comfy, and rather clean. The food in the resturant was mid at best the Pizza was easily the best item there. During our stay we also experienced a wildfire and there was no communication between the hotel and guests for evacuation, the guests where all confused since there was no assembly point sign which go put up the day after evacuation!

Had a great holiday here. The room was much better than expected (luck of the draw perhaps), clean, pool was great although slightly cool, staff were all great and they offer a free shuttle bus into Kardamena which was great. The only negatives were there wasn't much to do around the area, but if you have younger children the animation team have more than enough to keep them occupied. Would definitely recommend

We've had a fab stay here at the hotel. The staff here are absolutely amazing and work so hard, the food is what you would expect from an all inclusive plentiful and of a good quality generally.
Drink are bar service and self service, beer and spirits are good, cocktails maybe a little lacking.
Rooms are nice and clean.
No hot water in the mornings for our whole stay unfortunately but it has to wait for the sun to warm it up.
Free shuttle bus into the village which we used loads of times.
Food and drink always available.
Small shop on site but the one just off site near the beach is also very good.
Wouldn't have a problem staying here again.

More like a 3 star. We wouldn’t go Back. Food is so bland and boring. Adults only area is not great for choice of food. Even worse than the child friendly side of the hotel.which was also bland but had more variety. Pizzas were nice. And you have to book the day before if you want to go in there in high season, whoever had to book a buffet for a 5 star hotel. Long waits for drinks that were badly watered down. Everyone we spoke to said the same. We had to go for days out to get real drinks and decent food. Private Pool was green on arrival and we had to wait two days for them to get it cleaned enough to swim in. Ant invasion had to be dealt with 3 times throughout the week. In the bed, on the floor and in the bathroom. Coming through the drain in the bathroom. Outside by the pool was riddled with ants too. But they never dealt with those. Mini bar wasn’t filled the 1st day or the 2nd day til I complained and finally it was stocked on the 3rd day. Staff were lovely it’s not their fault they have to put up with the complaints of the hotel itself. No lolly pops just ice cream, No crisps or peanuts unless you buy them. Paid a lot of money for a very poor standard room.

Very nice hotel, 2 decent size pools with entertainment through the day. Staff were very friendly and always made me laugh. Food had a large variety but the same stuff every day. Free shuttle bus down to town and a 2 euro bus to kos. Plenty of trips and lots to do here. I would definetly come back here and the rooms are nice with air conditioning
