Overall a good hotel in a good location, albeit a bit expensive. But take note about few issue before you decide to book this hotel: 1. The pool is available only from 9:00AM! If you have small kids that would like to go to the pool earlier, or if you want to swim in the morning, or if you just want to sit (!) in the pool area - you can’t… actually if you will try to sit next to the pool before 9:00AM, the hotel staff will throw you out 🙁 2. There are dozens of people waiting for the pool starting ~08:00, from all directions, just to secure a seating/sunbed at 09:00. This is really a disgrace that people need to stand for an hour in the heat because the staff doesn’t allow to get near the pool before 09:00. When they finally opened the pool at 09:00, people run to secure a place, and two of them got into a really ugly fight over a sunbed which almost reached a physical fight. What an embarrassment 🙁. Akasha, you need stop this annoying and embarrassing policy. 3. Pay attention to the room location. Some of the rooms in the hotel look like they are in a basement. They have a patio underground... We were given such a room underground… it had a Jacuzzi in the patio but the hotel wanted 50 Euro/day to allow us to use it… since it was a very depressing room and after we complained about it, the hotel was kind enough to offer another room. 4. Breakfast is really good. Dinner has rich variety but some of it is not tasty. After two dinners at the hotel we had to go out to buy something for the kids who couldn’t find something to eat. Maybe kids options will improve the situation. 5. Air conditioning in public areas (lobby and dining room) is really weak. Thanks for the stay. There are couple of things that the hotel can definitely do to improve the experience.

I recently stayed here for 6 nights and it is the nicest hotel I have ever stayed in. The hotel, my room and location are all beautiful. The food was absolutely amazing, I didn't eat a single meal that I didn't enjoy in my all inclusive package. The main thing I must mention though is the staff here. Every single member of staff was so professional, so friendly and were so helpful and always there on hand if we needed anything. Special shout out has to go to a lovely lady called Maria who was absolutely amazing throughout our whole stay. She seemed to work nearly every shift I stayed here and she continued to have a smile on her face every time. Thank you for such an amazing stay, would highly recommend!

This is far the best hotel we ever stayed for 10 nights. Room was spotless, we booked Urban Chic with plunge pool and can’t fault it! Water was very cold but did not complain! Food was delicious! & Id like to raise to a lady called Nada, the loveliest lady I ever met and made me and my partner feel very welcoming and did not make us feel awkward as she was already aware of us being deaf. I will miss her dearly and her kindness! Location was brilliant, very easy to access and we went to Med restaurant for our last night and was only down the road from our hotel! We’ve done so many activities and hired a car too. We’ve had the best time and we will definitely come back again. Thank you!

Excellent hotel in many ways however wouldn't say it was 5 star more like a very good 4 star. Rooms spacious and modern ours overlooked main pool area. Fresh towels/cleaning daily and free nespresso coffee pods. Food was fine, however after a few days became a little the same and if this had been 5 star would have been much better with better choices. Breakfast you get freshly made coffee of choice. Staff were absolutely fantastic and very polite after you got past the reception staff who appeared to think they were better than their co-workers! Pool areas there are 3 and it was fun to watch everyone wait and jostle for the sunbeds each morning at the main area ,seriously these people should go out more as if they had wandered to the pool area by the beach they would have found plenty beds whenever they wanted! Beds and pillows in room were a dream and sunbeds are of excellent standard with thick padding and free beach towels whenever you need them. When you arrive the hotel is on the main street and doesn't look much but when you enter you won't be disappointed as then becomes the look of a quality hotel. Plenty of eating and drinking establishments around the hotel and beyond. If you are checking out late and book a courtesy room beware that they are below ground level with no air con and fairly small and after our shower we were then dripping wet with sweat and couldn't wait to get back upstairs to cool off. Hotel guests was a mix of young and older and lots of so called wannabe influencers who made life entertaining watch them pose time after time then filter the pictures lol despite a few close calls of tripping up on the pose none when I was there actually fell in the pool which would have made my holiday! Overall good hotel but pricey but would return for a few days .

I have recently returned from a week holiday at The Akasha hotel & spa, WOW! - where do I start!: Because this hotel really is as good as it looks in ALL the photos. 😊 My daughter surprised me with this holiday treat due to a significant family death & she literally could NOT have chosen a more perfect hotel or destination. The private beach is kept immaculate, the terrace & the upper swimming pool area are both beautiful too. The food is exceptional with a live cook at both breakfast & evening meal. The choices are phenomenal whether you wish to remain healthy or wish for a holiday treat - there’s truly something for everyone & everything is absolutely delicious! I absolutely have to credit ALL the staff - for such an incredible memory. From the housekeepers to the musicians that played at dinner (we witnessed a saxophonist, pianist, violinist & flutist) that really did add to the ambience - but, literally to every member of staff: you’re professionalism was duly noted! Nothing was too much trouble & every single service was delivered with a smile & in the most dedicated & cheerful manner. Akasha Hotel - you deliver more than could ever be expected! I have no hesitation in recommending you - in fact, I’d like to come back! But, before I sign off, as much as I’ve already highly praised ALL the staff at this superb & beautiful hotel, I’d just like to highlight the most exceptional staff member: Klodiana because she shone so bright! A personal thank you from me 🫶 Thank you Akasha, you may not have known that I am grieving the loss of my son - but a week away at your beautiful location really has helped x
