We were here last March for 10 nights, can't say its 5 star standards part of the hotel was closed due to its not been the busy season. And if you want to use steam room and zona you Have to book in advance and pay for it. We went half board breakfast and dinner. If you want water with your dinner which comes in bottle you have to pay. Drinks are bit pricey when you can get for half the price outside in a nice bar. Rooms get tidy up later than any other holiday we been so if you come to your room just after 12pm after a swim I found it annoying to wait for a fresh towels. You can request calling reception but still we had to wait for a while for it. Food wasn't up to 5 star standards sushi was a disaster, they repeat it another day still same. We stayed in urban city view with swimming pool, Rooms are good size bathroom good. Touch screen lights modern but getting up middle of the night to bathroom hard to find the light you end up switching the wrong light disturbing your partner. Cleaning staff nice, restaurant staff lovely with friendly service. Location good.

Me and my partner stayed here for 1 week 12th-19th October. And I have to say the hotel 100% deserves all the amazing reviews and credit it gets. We went all-inclusive during our stay and it was amazing. Usually when writing a review, you always make sure to have pros and cons. But in all honesty now i don't think I can find any cons. The location is perfect for a holiday. At the front of the hotel, you have a main street with SO many shops (general shopping, gifts, gag gifts, takeout food, restaurants etc). And then behind the hotel having a private beach with so many sitting areas was amazing. 10/10 The Room we booked was the ocean facing room with a jacuzzi which again was amazing. I think i spent most nights relacing in the jacuzzi. Upon arriving in the room, we were given a full walk around explaining how everything works (how to change temp and jets on jacuzzi etc). The bed was soooo comfy and huge. 10/10 The food choice and drink choice were great also. especially when going all-inclusive you want good food/drink selection. Breakfast, Lunch and dinner had so much selection and rotated each day . The staff are always on the ball offering you drinks when they see you don't have one or are empty, Incredible service. And then when going to the bar later in the day again the staff come to you to get you drinks meaning you don't have to move a muscle which me and my partner thought was amazing service. 10/10 The pool options (2 outside and 1 inside heated) amazing when it was warm just to cool off. The water was always clean i don't think i even saw a spec of sand or dust ever floating in the water haha. And of Couse if a pool is not taking your fancy, you have the ocean from the private beach to swim in. 10/10 Around the hotel also along with all the shops are plenty of locations to rent cars, bikes, quads etc. The hotel also have a rental service near front desk. Along with plenty of areas to book excursions during your time away. Really straight forward and simple transactions also. The private beach also has a small shack running water excursions (jet ski, paragliding etc) 10/10. I just myself want to say a HUGE thank you to all staff at Akasha from me and my partner we loved our stay and really did not want to leave. You really feel like royalty when staying here I really could not find a single fault when i was sat here thinking. We will 100% be looking to return in the future.

Welcome drink upon arrival, friendly staff both at reception and in the restaurants. I went half board as I wanted the freedom to explore the area and not be stuck to timings; it was perfect for me. Food was a little lukewarm but was tasty and had a large range of options. Going in October meant that I avoided the sunbed dramas that some other reviewers have mentioned - it was easy to get a bed and other traveller were respectful.

We booked this stay via Jet2 and this hotel was listed as Jet2 Vibe and a vibe it is! We were pleasantly surprised upon arrival at the beautiful interior, the attentive service by all members of staff and the various options for food. No two nights were the same! The spa and the facilities were great. The ladies at the spa were wonderful and helped us feel immediately relaxed at the start and end of our stay. So good we booked twice! The choice of pools were great, our favourite was the rooftop pool overlooking the sea without the need for sandy feet! Special thanks to Nada in the restaurant, service felt personal. The hotel even sent a birthday cake to our room to celebrate my husband's birthday, which was such a lovely and unexpected surprise. Right in the middle of a highstreet with lots of options for food and gifts. Private beach where you really can always get a sunbed! We have already recommended this hotel to everyone we know! And will continue to do so. Thank you for a wonderful holiday!

Positives: The hotel itself and its setting is lovely, the best in the area without a doubt. The staff were all very friendly and hardworking, I cannot fault them at all. Negatives: On arrival we were advised that some guests had eaten at restaurants nearby and had become unwell. This put us off going to any, however, we were all inclusive so thought we’d just eat at the hotel. The evening food was not always hot, and we didn’t feel happy eating things that were being kept luke-warm, but also didn’t want to risk any of the restaurants having been told what we were on arrival. This meant for the evening meal we kept to vegetarian options (and still experienced stomach issues, but this could have been due to any number of things, not necessarily the food) What is not made clear on booking with TUI, is that snacks ARE NOT INCLUDED. Anything you want to eat outside of the buffet times has to be paid for. I have never experienced this elsewhere. We also booked a double room with a sea view, but it was not a kind bed as advertised, it was 2 singles pushed together (room 4104)
