I rarely write reviews, but this hotel truly exceeded my highest expectations. Everything here was exceptional, and the atmosphere is created first and foremost by the people who work here. Every single member of the staff was incredibly kind, warm, and genuinely helpful — it really makes a difference. The hotel is not too large, which makes it perfect for anyone looking to relax and truly unwind. It has a wonderful chill-out vibe, a heated pool, and a beautiful sandy beach. We stayed in January and never once had a problem finding sun loungers by the beach. The breakfasts were outstanding — high quality, beautifully presented, and delicious. This place defines luxury at the highest level, but in a relaxed, effortless way. I will definitely come back.

We had a welcome party of my niece on 11th January 2026 with 25 family members at saray Ajman.The service was awesome—especially the manager Sami and supervisor Ibrahim was very cooperative. The entire staff was very cooperative and truly delivered 5-star service. The food was outstanding specially buffet dinner and the seating arrangement was perfect for our group of 25 for dinner. Overall, I would rate the experience 10/10. Highly recommended. Must try the dinner buffet

The hotel is stunning - the ocean views, the beach access and the architecture. Rooms are extremely spacious and views gorgeous. But the F&B is an absolute shit show - breakfast eggs had hair in it, Mejhana food overhyped and beach food okayish to say the least. Recommendation would be to eat at the local restaurants outside the hotel

Great hotel right on the beach in Ajman. Short ride from DXB. Good location and very nice hotel. Room was really nice with large bathroom and ocean view. Pool was really nice and wait staff came around. On site restaurants were great and main buffet did not disappoint. Great value highly recommend

We recently hosted two weddings in our family at Saray Hotel — my sister’s and my brother’s — and the experience was extremely disappointing. The planners assigned to us, Razan and Hajer, were uncoordinated and maaaaaaaany important details were mishandled. Communication was weak, and follow-ups were very very slow throughout both events. What upset us the most was the complimentary sand writing with the bride and groom’s names. Even though it was a complimentary gesture, we were genuinely excited for it and it meant a lot to us. We confirmed it several times — yet for both weddings, it was simply not done. No explanation was given. It may seem small to them, but it mattered to us and was part of the memory we wanted to create. For a venue that promotes itself as a wedding destination, this level of attention to detail is unacceptable. These are once-in-a-lifetime moments, and the service we received did not match the importance of the occasions. I truly hope management takes this feedback seriously so future brides and families do not go through the same disappointment.
