My husband and I have just returned home from spending 2 weeks at this wonderful hotel. We arrived at 2.30am to be greeted with a cool drink and speedy check in. Our room was beautifully prepared and very spacious. We were on the 4th floor with a sea view. Each day was spent lounging by the pool. There was never a problem getting sunbeds. The pool guys were very efficient and attentive. Parbat always greeted us with a smile and a chat. The poolside waiters were constantly checking to see if anything was required without being too pushy. Special thanks to Wube and Pasha both super guys. We ate most of our meals in the Vista buffet restaurant. Plenty of choice for both breakfast and dinner. Again the waiting staff were helpful and cheerful. Special mention to Aye Chan and Jony. There was no evening entertainment provided but that suited us because we usually went for a walk at the creek joining the locals. At no time did we feel unsafe or uncomfortable. Would we return to this hotel? Definitely!

Ajman Saray luxury hotel. This is my second stay at this luxurious hotel in the span of one year, and I can honestly say it does not get any better. I have traveled around the world, staying at many five-star properties, yet Ajman Saray stands out as the pinnacle of refined luxury. From the moment you arrive, you are welcomed by the door staff with warm smiles and impeccable professionalism. A concierge greets you at once, guiding you to an assistant who provides a thorough walkthrough of the hotel and its amenities. Once everything is explained, the same person accompanies you to your room, where your luggage is already waiting, ensuring you are completely satisfied before you settle in. We were lucky because we had Raphael taking care of us. The room itself is a dream: spacious, pristine, and outfitted with a luxurious bath, a separate shower, and an overabundance of upscale touches that make you feel pampered the moment you step through the door. The morning breakfast experience is equally memorable. The breakfast spread is expansive—every imaginable option is available, and the level of service is extraordinary. There is a palpable sense that every staff member is there solely to ensure you have the best possible start to your day. The restaurant manager, along with the leadership of the hotel, creates a culture of attentiveness and hospitality that elevates the entire experience. A standout among the team is Fizer, who oversees the restaurant and much of the hotel operations. He goes above and beyond to ensure you feel completely satisfied, and his dedication shines through in every interaction. There is a doorman Nelson (see the picture above) his smile is to die for! Ajman Saray offers two beautiful pools and a pristine Jacuzzi just 20 meters from the hotel, with the sea only about 50 meters away. The poolside service is immaculate: attentive waitstaff, lifeguards, and towel attendants are all on hand to ensure comfort and convenience. The pools are heated, and there is a well-equipped fitness center with a gym and spa facilities, inviting you to unwind and indulge at every turn. If you ever decide to venture out, hailing a taxi is seamless—simply request assistance from the doormen, who will arrange a taxi for you, ensuring a fair rate and a transparent experience. What stays with me most is the genuine warmth of the staff. The team consistently greets you with a smile, and that simple, heartfelt gesture travels with you long after you leave. It’s a memory I carry back home to Sweden, a reminder of how hospitality should feel at its finest. In short, Ajman Saray is the kind of place where luxury meets effortless service. For travelers who crave exclusivity, thoughtful details, and a welcoming atmosphere, this hotel deserves nothing less than five stars. I can’t wait for my next visit.

Had a super nice stay. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were always clean, and Ashitosh, that took care of our room, went the extra mile to make us feel special. He also surprised us with a birthday gift. If you go, don't forget to try out the Shisha from the competent hand of Moamen.

An exceptional family stay! We spent 12 days at Ajman Saray Luxury Resort with our child on an all-inclusive basis, and everything was perfect from start to finish. The hotel is stunning, with a private beach that feels like paradise and a peaceful atmosphere, perfect for relaxation. Our room was spacious and impeccably maintained every day, offering all the comfort we could wish for. The dining is a real highlight: varied, refined, and always delicious meals that made our holiday truly memorable. But what really sets this place apart is the staff – incredibly kind, attentive, and professional. The meals and service are simply the best in the Emirates. From the moment I arrived, I felt completely looked after at this resort. The staff’s hospitality was exceptional – every interaction was warm, attentive, and genuine, and they consistently went the extra mile to ensure my stay was perfect. One of the highlights of my visit was the spa. The masseuse was not only highly skilled but also incredibly kind and friendly, which made the treatment both relaxing and enjoyable. The room service was excellent . Overall, this resort is a gem for anyone looking for great service, relaxation, and a truly welcoming atmosphere!
