My wife and I would like to sincerely thank you for the wonderful stay we had at your amazing property. From arrival through to check-out, everything was managed with genuine warmth and professionalism. The hospitality of your team truly stood out, and every interaction made the experience feel special and thoughtfully taken care of. The room comfort, cleanliness, dining experience, and attention to detail were all excellent, and the overall atmosphere of the resort made the stay both relaxing and memorable. Please extend my gratitude to everyone involved in making my visit so enjoyable. Special thanks to Rochel and Mr. Hussein at the Front Office for the warm welcome and kind gestures, Zain who did a nice tour for me around the hotel facilities, as well as Anastasia from Café Naseem, and Shanti and Chef Suzan for arranging the preferences my wife was looking for. We look forward to returning again in the future.

Last month we stayed in one of neighboring hotels but this time while checking different options and after reading reviews decided to stop in Dusit Ajman. We did not have any smallest regret that our choice was exactly this place. The flawless check in was done by smiley Jayzel, she surprised us with the upgrade for the higher floor, which made us happy, especially me as I enjoy watching the sea from the hights. Fatma helped with check out :) The room was fresh, spacious in a nice design interior. I loved a huge mirror in front of the bed. Room amenities were good. The area of the hotel impressed with very spacious lobby, long corridors, excellent gym and gymnastics room together with spa facilities. Pool and beach area were great as well. Cleanliness was spotless. Food was of great quality, I would say variety was not so much diverse but we prefer the quality to the quantity. Here I wish to mention genuine smile and attention from Svitlana at buffet restaurant. As well I liked the gesture of Arabic chef who approached guests and asked whether everything was good. All personnel were friendly and helpful. One thing that could be improved is the internet connection, which was disappearing in some areas. We thank all team for their efforts to make the experience memorable. Our experience was wonderful and I wish to come back one day.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Although the property is a bit older, it is exceptionally clean, comfortable, and very well maintained. What truly made our experience special was the outstanding service from the staff. A special thank you to Yasir at Reception. From the moment we arrived, he was incredibly warm, professional, and attentive. After learning that my birthday was coming up, he surprised us with a lovely cake and even arranged a complimentary room upgrade. His kindness and genuine hospitality made us feel truly welcome and at home. In fact, our experience was so positive that we decided to extend our stay for another night. Yasir’s exceptional service played a big part in that decision. He is a real asset to the hotel and deserves recognition for going above and beyond for guests. Thank you, Yasir, and the entire team for making our stay so memorable. We look forward to returning in the future.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Everything exceeded our expectations, from the warm welcome upon arrival to the excellent service throughout our stay. The resort is beautiful, well-maintained, and offers fantastic amenities. The beach is stunning, the pools are excellent, and the dining options provide great variety and quality. We had an amazing stay at this resort, especially with the beautiful beach view room that made the experience even more special. Waking up to the ocean right outside our window was unforgettable. We booked a fantastic offer that included a couples massage, a romantic beachside dinner, breakfast in bed, and lunch everything was perfectly arranged and exceeded our expectations. The pool was great, the beach was stunning, and the entire resort had a relaxing atmosphere. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, always making sure we were comfortable. The room was spotless, spacious, and very well-maintained. Overall, it was a perfect getaway and we will definitely be coming back!
