The hotel is very good in all aspects, I strongly recommend investigating all the directions in the very beginning, as it takes large space and has a lot of not evident routes. The playground is just great, kids under 10 will love it! The two pools are cold and warm, at least at my stay. The food is also very good, and you can go to a number of places to eat around. Service on the reception is friendly and they speak at least Spanish, German and English. I definitely recommend the hotel!

Roca Nivaria is the most beautiful hotel we have ever been to. A huge complex in which every part is beautifully designed. The view from the balcony is fantastic, the staff are so nice and smiling, the food is delicious…cleanliness, warm, large and beautiful pools, everything is simply perfect. This is a real vacation paradise. The only drawback is that our plan was to visit Tenerife, but it's so nice here that we decided to just enjoy in the hotel.

Amazing hotel. We had a junior suite with sea views. Kids room was separate from the main bedroom which was great and made bedtime easier. The service was incredible from all staff.
All excursions booked through the hotel including a hire car and was effortless.
Would absolutely recommend and we will return.

Just returned home from a 10 night stay and already miss the place incredibly.
We were All Inclusive and couldn't fault anything. The hotel grounds and gardens alone are worth the stay...absolutely stunning! So many beautiful trees, shrubs and plants to make the stay more magical.
Service was always superb and we were made to feel very welcome and put at ease by all the staff. In particular, the waiting staff, near the kids section of the main buffet restaurant, were always smiling and nothing was too much hassle for them (Brenda was absolutely amazing with our little girl and made her trips to the restaurant very enjoyable and fun). Plenty of selection for different tastes and we never had any issue with the food-it was all delicious!
In terms of location, there are shops and food places nearby and also a lovely short costal walk, around the hotel. You can take a lift down to the connecting beach, which is quite rocky, however the water is crystal clear and it provides a lovely view of the hotel.
We made good use of the free shuttle bus (which is very regular) to the sister hotel and walked about Costa Adeje from there. Pick up is also free so you manage to save some pennies this way, whilst enjoying some time out of the hotel.
All pools were very clean and the kids area round the back was excellent...my kids enjoyed the different water slides and also the zipline (which you have tol book on the app). The Animation Team, in general, were all fantastic and they were amazing with the kids.
I advise you take some time to walk around the whole hotel, as it really is massive and you'll find some hidden walkways etc on your journey.
My only issue (if you can call it that) is that the night time entertainment is quite repetitive i.e. mainly singers. Thought his is enjoyable, it would be nice to see more acts on e.g. magicians, more dancers or acrobats/stunts etc.

Nice hotel in an amazing location, with friendly staff, huge parking and good restaurants. Also, there are a lot of pools and amazing SPA. Some things must be improved (to renovate elevators and to add more fruits to breakfast). Overall we enjoyed our stay
