The hotel is wonderful, I would even say luxurious. Incredible service, daily clean towels and bedding. A large selection of dishes for breakfast and dinner. Various fruits, cakes and pastries are always given for dinner. This was my favorite part of the day.🥰Big, spacious rooms with beautiful views and a nice, modern bathroom. Tea and coffee machine available. That incredible terrace where you can spend romantic evenings. There are also several pools with salt and normal water and many sunbeds. Special thanks to the hotel for the birthday greetings, it was very nice and unexpected. 🥳 If possible, I will certainly use the services of this hotel more than once

Beautiful, spotlessly clean hotel with lovely respectful staff. We only had bed and breakfast but the food was great and well cooked/prepared and presented. The beds were super comfy and spacious and showers were amazing! The area was really good. That said if you are there to party then I'd choose another area as this hotel and section of coast were chilled out and quiet with fab restaurants 10 min walk. The two lower pools were warm instead of freezing to get into, there were always sunbeds available and subbed towels and room towels freshened daily. Absolutely fantastic, will definitely be back!

My wife and I visit Tenerife regularly . This year, we decided we needed a more relaxed holiday, and my wife chose this hotel. It was more than we expected an absolutely fabulous hotel it's a luxurious, peaceful run to a very high standard hotel. The staff are very friendly and welcoming and can't do enough for you. The restaurants and food are to the highest levels. The pool and outside area are very tropical also including a rooftop lounge area with a small pool with fantastic all-around views. Would we stay here again, definitely.

We arrived late after a minor flight delay ( 23.30pm). We were fatigued, but were met by a kind porter who sorted all our luggage and took us to be checked in at reception.
First impressions were well beyond our expectations truly a WOW moment.
After a very efficient check in we were taken to our room by the porter.
Again, we were absolutely impressed.
The reception had told us they had arranged some food and so we went down to the restaurant to be greeted with a cheerful Hola from the waitress ( don't forget its midnight by now) the food was superb fruit meats cheeses fresh bread seafood all freshly prepared.
Always the staff were cheerful and very friendly, truly they were the hotels best asset. I could name many of them, but will say they all deserved high praise rather than individual, they are superb people.
The premises are absolutely spotless, cleaning was to a high standard.
The Chef and his staff turned out a massive array of food everyday to a very high standard. Amazing puddings, ice cream, fruits, cheeses and beautiful cold meats and many local cuisines as well.
I personally thanked him for working so hard in his kitchen in 30c heat of the day.
The pools were all clean, the lower two were rather warm, but the roof pool with its stunning views was cooler and became our choice.
There was a jacuzzi at the pool end, which we enjoyed free of charge laying back while looking at the mountains.
We loved the roof top surrounded by glass screens with plenty of sunbeds.
Only constructive comment I'd make, is the sunbed bagging that we witnessed was rife and needed to be policed more effectively.
Some people would place towels on beds then not appear until midday, which was highly annoying.
They ( the management) advertised this was not allowed to be done through signs everywhere on the premises, but ignored the fact it was rife and the rule was being abused.
The room had a mini Fridge with complimentary water and on the desk some Pringles. There were 4 coffee pods for the coffee maker and Tea bags for the mini kettle all free supplied equipment. The flat screen TV allows us and other nationalities to enjoy programs in their own language, it was a large quality flat screen on the wall.
The bathroom was top end with a choice of shower heads, both were used, but I preferred the rain head.
The shower unit was massive with sliding doors and all towels supplied with complimentary dressing gowns and slippers. Also complimentary comb and soaps and gels. The hairdryer was very welcome all in a standard room.
The public areas were luxurious with glass tables and comfortable chairs and sofas. The marbled flooring kept a cooling ambiance to the area.
This place is four star and it is well deserved. I'd personally say it's was 4 star plus.
Adrian hotele group are certainly among the best in terms of luxury and value for money.
I recommend you don't hesitate to book this hotel, its management and staff are all professionally aware of what constitutes towards an excellent holiday with excellent service and a quality experience.
We if we come back would certainly book the Hotel Colon Guanahani again.

Great stay at the Hotel Colon Guanahani. Adults only so nice and quiet. If you're looking for somewhere restful and relaxing, this is the place. If you want loud and buzzy, go somewhere else. Two pool areas - bigger pool surrounded by the hotel buildings, but smaller pool on a roof terrace with sea views (our favourite). Rooms are nicely decorated. Bathroom had a nice big shower. Walk in wardrobe area with safe which was free to use. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Hotel was very clean and housekeeping were efficient and accommodating. Good location close to the beach and bars and restaurants. Close to more than one shopping centre.
