I had an outstanding experience at this hotel in Dubai. The room was modern, spotless, and incredibly comfortable, but what truly set the stay apart was the phenomenal room service — easily some of the best I’ve ever seen. Every request was handled quickly, professionally, and with genuine care. A special shout-out to Shamaun and Ranjith, who were exceptional in attending to my room. Their attention to detail and friendly attitude made the experience feel even more personalized. The view from the room was another highlight. Whether morning or night, the skyline looked absolutely stunning — the kind of view that makes you stop and appreciate where you are. If you’re looking for a hotel in Dubai that combines top-tier service, great comfort, and an unforgettable view, this one is an easy recommendation. I’d happily stay here again.

​Great location for shopping! ​The hotel is beautiful, clean, and spacious! And the smell! It's truly enchanting! ​The rooms are perfect (or beyond 5-star)! They are very big and have the most beautiful view of the Burj Khalifa and the fountain! The room cleaning service is just perfect; John does excellent work! It truly feels like home! ​I'll definitely come back and highly recommend it!

My stay at the Address Hotel Dubai Mall was absolutely amazing! I was traveling with my 3-month-old baby, and the staff went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable throughout our stay. They were incredibly accommodating and attentive to every detail, which made our experience so much more relaxing. A special mention goes to Lutfor from housekeeping, who was exceptional at his job. He was always polite, efficient, and ensured our room was spotless and perfectly arranged for our needs. His thoughtful service really stood out and made a big difference during our stay. Overall, I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The location, the comfort, and the level of service were all outstanding.
