We had booked two suites in the hotel and got a pleasant surprise when we were upgraded to the Presidential Suite. The rooms were amazing with great views of the city and beautiful balconies adjoining both bedrooms and the living room. The bell hop and conceirge service was quite prompt, very professional and took warm care of us. The only aspect that I felt lacked was that we had to call for water each day rather than housekeeping replacing the empty bottles for us. Overall amazing experience and will be coming back! Separately, the hotel has a good connection to the Dubai mall but if you’d like to go to Fashion Avenue, it’s about a 10-15 min walk.

The Address Fountain Views Hotel is perfect in every way. The facilities, location, and overall atmosphere are excellent. However, I had one issue during my stay. I asked the concierge for a single paper envelope. He confirmed that I was a resident, not a hotel guest, and told me to get the envelope from the residence reception. When I explained that the residence reception had run out, he called housekeeping to see if they had one and how much it would cost. Housekeeping gave a price, but when I offered to pay, the concierge said he couldn't sell it to me because I wasn't staying in the hotel. This was disappointing because it was just a plain paper envelope, and the whole process took a long time, only for him to refuse to sell it in the end, despite my polite request. Aside from this issue, everything else about the hotel was wonderful.

Mr. Rai of the reception is ALWAYS the one who makes our stay in your hotel enjoyable because he makes sure that we are being taken care of especially during check in. He already knows what our family’s wants and needs. Truly someone we can always count on and trust. Also, this lovely lady in the club lounge (unfortunately forgot her name) she’s from Mauritius. Its lovely to see a familiar face there and that we are being taken care of. We will always be coming back because we know that we have these wonderful people to welcome and accommodate us.

Ahmed In the hotel Lobby served me a wonderful cup of Arabic coffee and a flavoursome date as well! I do like this hotel for its services, and well appointed rooms.

Hotel is perfect. We have a magnificent suite with a deck and unlimited views of the Burg and fountain. We used the Club a lot. The service was exceptional particularly Hamza who looked after us consummately every day. Further to the above Virginie from Mauritius also looked after us today and did an equally superb job. Top team.
