The room was spacious, elegant, and equipped with amazing amenities that made my stay extra comfortable. Dining at the hotel was a delight — the food was lovely, with a breathtaking view overlooking the Burj Khalifa. Whether enjoying dinner or just sipping a cup of coffee at night, the atmosphere was simply perfect. The breakfast buffet offered great variety, and the staff were attentive and friendly throughout. The location couldn’t be more convenient — directly connected to Dubai Mall, making shopping or grabbing a quick bite effortless. When it was time to check out, the front desk kindly extended my stay by a few hours so I could finish some errands before heading to the airport, which was a thoughtful touch thanks to Khalifa & Aya for your support. Overall, The Address Dubai Mall combines luxury, comfort, and exceptional hospitality. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Dubai!

We had a wonderful stay at The Address Dubai Mall Hotel. The team went above and beyond to make our experience comfortable. They were extremely accommodating and even offered us another room to rest in after our checkout since our flight was at 11:00 PM and my friend wasn’t feeling well due to a fever. This thoughtful gesture meant so much to us and truly reflects their exceptional hospitality. I stayed at address Dubai mall. It's beautiful. The rooms are wider than before and the service is amazing as always! At the lobby, we were served great drinks by Sameh and got very worn welcome. Also in the tea lounge, Nazira assisted us and served delicious afternoon tea. Hussein helped us in to check in and it was wonderful . Thanks for the heart-worming service

I had a wonderful stay at The Address Dubai Mall. They allowed me to check in really early after my morning flight and handled a booking mix-up quickly and professionally. The hotel itself is beautiful — clean, modern, and super convenient. The gym is fantastic (with a sauna, which was a great bonus!), and the breakfast buffet was definitely my favourite part. The only small downside was the club lounge food, which could have been better, but overall my experience was excellent. I’ll definitely stay here again on my next visit to Dubai!

Truly 5-Star Experience! Our stay at Address Dubai Mall was nothing short of amazing, and one of the key reasons was the exceptional service we received. I would like to give a special shoutout to Ranjit, our room attendant. He was incredibly kind, efficient, energetic, and always had a warm, friendly smile. Every time we returned to our room, it was spotless, perfectly arranged, and filled with thoughtful touches. It genuinely felt like he anticipated our needs before we even asked.
