Saif I

Great to see good staff tending to guest needs. Saif was very hospitable in the gym and Spa. I did not see one moment he was sitting still, constantly taking care of the guests and in between ensuring the place was extremely clean and tidy. Even for the smallest things, like a comb, he went out of his way to get it while asking me to sit back and relax with refreshments and snacks. He truly elevated the Spa experience.

I had a wonderful stay at the Address Downtown. The hotel location was fantastic. It's located just next to the Dubai Mall and the Dubai fountain. The service offered was also exceptional. Special thanks to Abbas!! He was flexible enough to accept the early check-in. We were also impressed with James at the front door —his kindness and helpfulness made our trip truly memorable. Even though it was less than 24 hours, my experience at Dubai was beyond my expectation.

I recently stayed at Westminster in Dubai Mall, located in the same building as The Address Dubai, and unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. The location and view are exceptional—directly in Dubai Mall with stunning views of the city at night—but the room’s condition left me questioning the hotel’s quality and safety. The entrance door to the room had issues closing properly. It required significant force, making it difficult for my wife to close it on her own, which was both inconvenient and concerning from a safety perspective. Inside the room, the walls were cracked in multiple places, especially near the ceiling, which gave the impression that the building itself might not be structurally sound. This feeling of instability was unsettling throughout the stay. In the bathroom, the fixtures were rusted, including the lamp and soap holder, adding to the sense that the room was poorly maintained and neglected. I have included photos to show the extent of these issues. To add to the frustration, during previous stays, a tablet was provided to control the TV, which was essential as the TV cannot be operated fully without it. This time, however, the tablet was missing, meaning the TV only displayed an advertisement for Dubai, rendering it practically useless. Overall, it was disappointing to think that other guests might have been enjoying well-kept rooms while I was given one in such a poor state. This experience left me feeling misled and dissatisfied, as the room did not meet basic expectations of comfort or functionality. Unless management makes serious improvements, I cannot recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and safe stay in Dubai.

It’s the most beautiful and amazing place to stay at. The costumer service goes above and beyond to accommodate your stay and makes you feel welcome. The view at night is mesmerising, the breakfast is very diverse and includes all type of cuisines can’t wait to go back again

We had a wonderful stay at the Address in Downtown. The room was fantastic, and the service we received was exceptional. Special thanks to Eden and the team in the lounge access area, as well as the chef who ensured everything was perfect. We were particularly impressed with Shahid—his kindness and helpfulness made our trip truly memorable. We’re incredibly grateful for the outstanding service provided by everyone, and we would highly recommend. The staff were so accommodating to our daughter and gave her loads of attention which was amazing.
