It was a truly exceptional experience. Everything about the stay was perfect — from the moment I arrived until I checked out. Service & Staff: The friendliness and professionalism of the staff stood out the most. Everyone was always active, responsive, and ready to assist with any request. Housekeeping and room service were impeccable — always prompt, always perfect. Dining & Food Presentation: Every meal was delicious, served on time, and beautifully presented. The variety, care, and attention to detail in the food truly elevated the stay. Room & Cleanliness: My room was immaculate. Daily housekeeping left it spotless and cared for. The overall environment (common areas, pool, dining) was well-maintained and inviting.

I had to update my previous review since I’m unable to post another one. The water has now been off for over 24 hours!!!! Is this really a 5-star hotel? I’ve asked several times when it will be fixed, but no one seems to have a clear answer. Between the ongoing construction and now no running water, I strongly recommend reconsidering your stay here. 👎 Hopefully, when I get back from work, there will finally be water. I can’t believe I’m experiencing this at such a highly rated hotel — truly disappointing. 👎 Still have 2 weeks left before check-out, and I feel completely stuck.

I had a great experience with the Room Dining service during my stay. The food arrived on time, was nicely presented, and tasted delicious. What truly made it special was the friendliness and professionalism of the team. Every order was delivered with a smile, and the staff always made sure everything was perfect. They were polite, quick to respond, and always ready to help with any request.
