If you’re looking for a luxury family friendly hotel in Downtown Dubai then look no further. This hotel was perfection. The staff are incredibly and extremely attentive. They called beforehand to ask our arrival time and helped us get early check in. They also set up everything we needed for my baby and toddler in the room which was immensely appreciated. The hotel itself has fantastic views and facilities. The kids club is great and as are the kids pool and splash pad. I used the gym which had all the best equipment and was very clean and well maintained. The cafe has some of the best cakes and the overall food I had there was fantastic. It’s also connected to the mall so you just go down to level 1 in the main lift and you’re in the mall which was very convenient when travelling with kids so you could go out late for dinner without having to deal with getting in and out of taxis all the time. The staff really make this place though. Phenomenal service from minute we entered to minute we left. We will certainly be returning.

Hands down the best hotel I have ever stayed at , and I am well travelled and stayed at many a hotel! My husband and I stayed at this hotel in December 2023 for our wedding anniversary and my birthday. We were well looked after by all the staff throughout, our room was beautifully decorated for us and we were gifted a cake which was a lovely gesture. The rooms were absolutely stunning as were the bathrooms. Breakfast buffet was wonderful with so many choices and varieties to suit all diets and preferences. The room service was great and we had the housekeeping cleaning our rooms daily twice in fact! They even knocked randomly to ask if anything was needed, never had that happen anywhere else. You could access Dubai Mall from a connecting bridge which was super easy to come and go several times and so convenient to drop off bags etc We visited the library area where I discovered a grand piano, the kind staff there didn't mind me playing a few pieces, they were very friendly. I would highly recommend this hotel and given the chance would absolutely visit again.

As a rent-a-car service provider, we've encountered various hospitality venues. Unfortunately, our experience at Address Downtown was less than satisfactory. The valet service, overseen by Supervisor Ahmed, was notably disappointing. We observed instances where cars, regardless of their appearance or value, were handled carelessly, with some even being kicked by staff members. Moreover, our team was surprised by the lack of accommodation compared to other luxury establishments where we frequently deliver cars. At other prestigious hotels, we're accustomed to seamless service and a warm welcome, regardless of the vehicle we deliver. However, at Address Downtown, there seemed to be a disregard for ensuring a positive experience for all guests and service providers alike. In summary, while Address Downtown may boast an upscale reputation, our encounter with their valet service, particularly under the supervision of Ahmed, left much to be desired. We hope that they will address these issues to maintain their standing as a premier destination for both guests and service providers.

Having stayed at thousands of hotels around the world this is a unique experience. This hotel is a 4 - 5 star hotel (depending on your travel experience) in terms of location, cleanness, general staff and service; however the second you want true five star service (or any decent service) which is driven by great experienced and friendly management it goes downhill very quickly! The concierge is really not that helpful. Don’t blame them because Dubai is very expensive and they don’t have much first hand experience on attractions, restaurants etc…so you are much better off to google stuff. We booked a deluxe suit which is clearly marked on their website to accommodate 2 adults and 2 children under 12. Upon arrival we found out that their rooms only have one king bed and they will provide one extra bed. We asked where the second kid should sleep and they had no answer and kept repeating that this is the room configuration. The rooms are also smaller than advertised. Basically our second child had to spent 6 nights on the sofa! Not a pull out sofa - just on the sofa. If you advertise for four people then you have to have two queens, a king and double sofa bed or a king/queen with a single pull out sofa bed and an extra bed… Not going to bother listing the long laundry list of issues starting with the reservation team’s left hand not talking to the right hand, but the general staff are very nice and helpful (at restaurants and cleaning staff etc), the buffet is nice and good selection, however if you run into any issues that you need to deal with the revenue team, reservations, or management expect your typical $70/night motel service or a very robotic service that reads and re-reads from a script. It can totally ruin your stay….the management team of the check in and the management team of the reservation team has long to go….

The Hotel and facilities are first class. Top quality. The staff are attentive and helpful. Spending time at the pool is so relaxing with excellent food and service - the guys look after you well - Arup, Ibrahim, Khadija, Melvin, Rifat, and Joseph - always there to help and keeping everyone happy. Excellent overall.
