We felt that this hotel was truly the best in Downtown Dubai. It has a luxurious atmosphere, the staff are exceptionally kind, and both the sauna and gym are available for unlimited use. If you are considering breakfast, I highly recommend adding it as an option—absolutely worth it. At the breakfast venue, Mr. Binso provided exceptional service. He welcomed us every morning with a warm and genuine smile. For room service, Mr. Roomany offered elegant and refined hospitality, always bringing our drinks at the perfect temperature. Overall, the hotel staff are extremely well-trained, and although the price is on the higher side, it offers an experience you can enjoy only in Dubai. It was truly an unforgettable experience and one of the best stays we have ever had in Dubai.

From the moment I checked in, I knew I was in for a treat. The staff were warm, welcoming, and incredibly attentive, making sure that every need was met and every request was fulfilled with a smile. The room was a haven of comfort and luxury, with impeccable cleanliness, a plush bed, and stunning views of the city. The amenities were top-notch, with a well-equipped gym, a relaxing pool area, and a breakfast spread that was simply divine! Speaking of breakfast, I must give a special shoutout to Derrick, the waiter who served me every morning. He was exceptional! Always on hand to refill my coffee, offer a warm smile, and make sure I had everything I needed to start the day off right. His service was top-notch, and his friendly demeanor made me feel like a VIP. But it wasn't just Derrick - the entire staff at the hotel were fantastic, from the front desk to the housekeeping team. They all went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was nothing short of amazing. The location was also perfect, with plenty of great restaurants and shops within walking distance. I loved being able to explore the city and come back to the comfort and tranquility of the hotel. All in all, I would highly recommend the Hotel Address downtown to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay in the city. It truly is a gem, and I will definitely be back! I recently visited the restaurant at Address Downtown Dubai, and it was an amazing experience. The food was absolutely delicious every dish was fresh, well-presented, and full of flavour. From starters to dessert, everything felt premium and carefully prepared. A special mention to Binso, whose service truly made the experience even better. He was friendly, attentive, and made sure we were comfortable throughout the meal. His professionalism and hospitality really stood out.

I recently stayed at the Address Downtown Dubai, and my experience was truly outstanding. The hotel perfectly combines modern luxury with exceptional service. The rooms are beautifully designed, the breakfast selection is excellent, and the overall atmosphere feels elegant yet relaxed. A special mention goes to Shuvo and Nir from the housekeeping team, who went above and beyond every day. Their attention to detail, friendliness, and genuine care made my stay even more comfortable. I had some issues at my stay, but the way the hotel staff handles it was extraordinary. The service was a bit slow, but the in-room dining food is delicious, as well as their breakfast buffet. The night view of Burj Khalifa from your room balcony is extremely beautiful during December weather. Will definitely come again due to the staff who runs this place.
