I had a wonderful stay at the hotel and truly enjoyed the overall experience. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the atmosphere was welcoming from the moment I arrived. The staff were professional, friendly, and always ready to assist with a smile. I would especially like to highlight Nour from the Guest Relations team. She was incredibly helpful, attentive, and made sure everything during my stay was perfect. Her positive attitude and willingness to go the extra mile truly made a difference. She handled every request efficiently and made me feel valued as a guest. Thank you to the entire team for the great hospitality. I had a wonderful experience at Address Creek Harbour, and a big part of that was the exceptional service provided by Hazel at the Club Lounge. She was incredibly warm, attentive, and professional throughout our visit. Hazel made sure everything was perfectly arranged, regularly checked on us, and went the extra mile to make us feel comfortable and valued. Her friendly personality and genuine hospitality truly stood out and made our stay even more memorable. The Club Lounge itself was elegant, relaxing, and well maintained, with a great selection of food and beverages. Thank you, Hazel, for your outstanding service — you are a great asset to the hotel. This was my first time staying at this hotel, and although I initially encountered a small issue, it was handled exceptionally well. Mr. Johnny, the manager, was extremely kind, professional, and attentive. He resolved the matter promptly and made sure everything was taken care of smoothly, which truly reflects excellent management and customer care. The rooms were very clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the overall service throughout my stay was outstanding. The staff were welcoming and supportive, making the experience very pleasant. I truly appreciate the professionalism and hospitality shown, especially by Mr. Johnny. I would highly recommend this hotel and would gladly stay here again.

The serene environment and top-notch facilities are worth mentioning, but what truly made my stay stand out was the exceptional management. Very good hotel, but the service could be more organised - I’ve been waiting for my laundry for 4 days and only received it after a second reminder on the 4th day, luggage helps takes so long, if I knew I’d rather take it down myself, at the breakfast it also can take long for the waiter to take and bring your order and the taxi service is not very organised as well. In general the hotel is super high quality and the staff is super helpful, but those things could be improved. I enjoyed my stay, thank you.
