Worst customer service front desk staff!! If your room faces Financial Center Street, don’t stay there, every single car that crosses the bridge hits the metal expansion joints, and the sound is so loud and constant that it feels like cars are driving through your room. Sleeping is almost impossible. I went to the reception and explained clearly that the noise is unbearable because there’s no sound insulation. Instead of fixing the problem or moving me to a quiet room, the receptionist started trying to sell me an upgrade for saying I’d have to pay more! Honestly, this is shocking for a premium hotel like Kempinski. A five-star property should care about the guest experience, not take advantage of the situation. He could’ve simply said, “We’ll move you to the opposite side right away” but instead he played around trying to upsell and wasted my time. I left the desk frustrated and decided to escalate to the manager because no one should have to experience this level of noise or attitude. If you think you can handle it by turning the AC fan to full speed good luck. You’ll just lose your sleep and your peace of mind. Unacceptable experience for a so-called luxury hotel.

Great location next to Dubai Mall, excellent breakfast with plenty of variety, and very attentive staff. The pools were calm and never overcrowded, and the beds were extremely comfortable. However, the facilities fell short of 5-star standards: our room wasn’t fully prepared for two guests, the bathtub was never properly cleaned, and the iron/board was left out for days without being cleared. There was no minibar, just an empty wine fridge, and the coffee capsules provided were the cheapest available (not even Nespresso) and not replenished. Some fixtures like drawers didn’t work properly despite staff efforts. Overall, good location, but the room setup and facilities did not live up to Kempinski’s reputation.

The Kempinski hotel is very beautiful and located in a very convenient area. It’s connected to Dubai Mall. The staff were very friendly, professional and kind. Breakfast was very delicious and there were good selection of food. We really enjoyed our stay overall. Now comes the cons of the hotel which was only the bathroom really, it felt a little old and worn out. The bathroom sink was leaking, we didn’t complain because we were only staying at the hotel for 3 days. This hotel used to be the Address I just wish it was up to the same standards as the other ones. Something was missing but overall it’s still a great hotel.

Amazing hotel, great rooms and close to Dubai Mall. What i found more impressive is the service from the staff. Stayed for 9 days for work, and always felt welcomed each time I walked in. A special call out to Tommy who not only made my check-in seemless (at 2am in the morning) but also had a good humour. To Hanna and Ahmed who waited o me each morning - a special thank you for your attentiveness, politeness and also for entertaining my humour. Definitely will come back

The principle is simple: customers should always be informed beforehand. Unfortunately, I was not. Instead, a staff member named Mohabat—who claimed to be the supervisor and that “no one is above her”—chose to interfere in matters that were none of her business. She overheard my private phone call, in which I was expressing dissatisfaction with the service to a friend, and decided to confront me with an attitude. This is highly unprofessional and completely unacceptable, especially in what is supposed to be a five-star hotel. The overall service, staff behavior, and hospitality standards have clearly declined. This property is no longer what it once was under Address Hotels management—the difference is like night and day. When a receptionist feels entitled to eavesdrop on private conversations and interject with rudeness, it reflects extremely poorly on the hotel’s standards. It is disappointing to see a reputable name being tarnished by unprofessional staff who risk damaging its reputation. I would not recommend this hotel. This message is shared as a warning to others, as I have little to no confidence that such behavior will actually be rectified.
