I arrived at the hotel at night and the reception was exceptional, very helpful and caring. The hotel is very clean and gives warmth and coziness. The rooms are large, a huge and luxurious bed, it feels like sleeping on a cloud. A well-equipped shower with huge and cozy towels. Room service is available at any time and is welcoming. Excellent breakfast with a very rich buffet and very gentle waiters. The hotel is located near the Dubai Mall and Burj Khalifa. Everything is within walking distance. Parking is in the hotel parking lot. Parking is done by hotel employees.

"I'm sorry for what I'm about to say, but the hotel's location and area are actually good. The only thing I didn't like was how the manager in charge treated us. After all, you can't say that only one race comes to the hotel – there are many different nationalities and ethnic groups who visit here. We had an event there that day, but the manager in charge really didn't treat us well. I hope when you choose managers, you pick those with good manners and behavior. That's all."

I really liked this hotel a few years ago when it was still The Address. But now… honestly, it’s disappointing. The biggest issue is the noise. For almost $1,000 per night, I got a room facing heavy roads, and it was very loud. You constantly hear traffic, even at night. For this price, you expect proper sound insulation and a calm, comfortable stay — not road noise. The room itself also felt a bit tired and outdated. Even as a GHA Platinum member, there was no room change or any real effort to fix the situation. For this kind of money in Dubai, you can definitely find better.

I cannot recommend this hotel especially for special occasions. From the small employee to the manager or supervisor they lack knowledge in their job. They need to attend intensive training and seminars specially the lady who manages the events She is very rude, she should be taught good manners and learn how to respect clients or even non-clients or anyone inside the hotel. She should be taught how to respect other nationality…
