I reached the hotel and used the laundry service which has been delivered by a respectful person called Ganesh from laundry. He is so helpful, kind, respectful and did the job within no time with a smile that didn't leave his face

I cannot believe the rating for this hotel. It must be bots. Room, I have a suite, is very bland and actually stark. Bed was so lumpy I asked them to change the mattress, which they kindly did. There doesn't seem to be enough staff. The communal rooms are lit like an airport lounge, glaring white lights. The club lounge is the worst, honestly depressing and the food on offer for the evening happy hour is dreadful. They have an independent restaurant/bar serving the pool area, good thing I happened to have my wallet with me because I wasn't allowed to charge to my room. They never told me when I checked in, nor was there any information in the room to explain the outside ownership. It was very odd. It could have been embarrassing. The pool area doesn't get sun in the afternoon. The staff they do have here are very friendly and are trying their best, but it's really not a 5 star experience.

Great hotel and facilities. The staff are very good and very helpful. The spa is very good and the team in the men's spa, are very diligent and keep the place spotless. The customer service from the main attendant in the Spa (Mr. Rabuil) is impeccable and is he is great asset to the hotel.
