We had a wonderful stay at your hotel, which is in a great location. Everything was clean and well-maintained, and the housekeeping was top-notch. The staff at the beach were absolutely fantastic and very service-minded. They were always ready to help, especially with carrying our stroller back and forth on the sand. A special thanks to Bhanu, Chanaka, and Shehan for their kindness and assistance. Additionally, Abu was always smiling and extremely helpful with arranging taxis. Regarding breakfast, we have a few points of feedback. We always arrived early when the restaurant opened, but it was never fully ready by 7:00 AM. Sometimes, there were no knives available to cut the bread, or the chef preparing eggs had not yet set everything up. Also, despite coming for breakfast for 11 days in a row, we always had to ask for a high chair for our little boy—it was never automatically brought out when the staff saw us entering. However, we want to give a big compliment to Nang, who was the sweetest and most cheerful waiter. She always greeted us with a smile and provided excellent service. Overall, we had a great experience and would highly recommend this hotel!

I was absolutely delighted with my stay at Adagio Premium The Palm! The location is perfect — everything is nearby: a beautiful seaside promenade, a large mall, and plenty of great restaurants. The hotel itself is modern, cozy, and very comfortable. Special thanks to Elmo, New, and ABU for their kindness, support, and outstanding service. You truly made my stay even more enjoyable. The hotel is perfectly located right next to the West Beach: 2 min walk to the private beach which is very nice! The only thing is that it is the place that might be a bit loud during weekend nights because of the many beach clubs around. That said, with ear plugs this is comfortably and easily manageable! The room was very good, clean and with a small kitchen incl. clean water (important) and the breakfast buffet was excellent!
