I had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The staff were friendly and professional, making check-in quick and easy. My room was clean, stylish, and very comfortable—with great attention to detail. I especially loved the cozy bed and quiet atmosphere. The amenities were excellent, from the delicious breakfast buffet to the well-equipped gym and relaxing spa. Every staff member - Ashraf, Nor and Andrea. I interacted with went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable. Overall, a top-notch hotel that I would happily return to. Highly recommended!

I really like this hotel. I’ve been staying here for several years now. I especially appreciate the hotel’s location. The service is excellent, and the rooms are very comfortable. I would also like to highlight the housekeeping staff who cleaned our room — specifically Ali and Bishal, under the attentive supervision of their manager Edgar. The cleanliness was absolutely perfect every single day. The staff is very polite and professional.

We had a great time. The room was spacious with everything needed to have a perfect stay: cooking tools, gas plate, microwave oven. all you need to feel almost like home. The cleaning service was very good. the breakfast was very tasty with variety of food. The hotel is located 2 min walk from the beach that was very comfortable: service and cleanliness. It’s a nice place to come back to.

Wonderful hotel! We really enjoyed our stay — the rooms are spacious with high ceilings, and everything feels fresh and modern since the hotel is only 4 years old. The food is excellent — delicious, varied, and high quality. The staff is always willing to help and goes above and beyond to make your stay comfortable. I would especially like to mention Anu — she was always there for us in the restaurant and truly made our vacation outstanding. The only thing missing at the beach is a shower and a toilet. I hope the hotel will add these facilities by the time of our next visit. Other than that, everything was perfect. Highly recommended!

I recently stayed at Adagio Premium The Palm and would describe the overall experience as decent but not without its drawbacks. One of the major advantages of this property is the apartment-style setup, which is especially handy in Dubai if you don’t want to eat out every day. Having access to a kitchenette is convenient, though it’s worth noting that there is no oven – something to keep in mind if you’re planning on cooking more elaborate meals. Unfortunately, cleanliness and pest control were significant issues during my stay. My original room had an ant infestation, and upon moving a bin, I discovered a hole in the wall from which the ants were entering. To the staff’s credit, they were kind and helpful, and they promptly moved me to another room. Sadly, the second room also had insect problems – I noticed bugs crawling on the bed and in the toilet at that point I didn’t bother requesting another room as I was to check out the next day. This suggests there may be a broader cleanliness or pest management issue at the property. The property is also not very soundproof, constant banging on walls and noise in the hallways, whilst at reception alerting staff of the ant infestation another guest came to report the constant noise. Despite these concerns, the breakfast provided was decent and a highlight of the stay. However, due to the issues with hygiene and pests, as well as ‘thin walls’ I personally would not choose to stay at this location again.
