Our family is just concluding a 9 night stay at Adagio. A few takeaways. 1). The room and hotel in general is impeccably clean. 2). The staff is wonderful. We are usually very low maintenance travellers but had quite a number of things come up on this trip. The response time for housekeeping can be measured in seconds. 3) We did the half board with breakfast and dinner provided in the hotel restaurant. The service there is great but the abbreviated menu for such guests gets old after a few days. 4) location is quite nice if you want to be on Palm Jumeirah. Hotel is surrounded by more expensive resorts. 5) my only issue is that our room was on low floor and faced the main road. There is a U-turn right in front of our window and the traffic gets snarled up. The horn beeping on weekend was omnipresent. (Try to get room not facing east)

It was really pleasant and comfortable stay! The rooms are fresh, pillows and bed also comfortable. I loved beach area. Only one thing - food by the beach is not good . We had early check in and later check out , thanks to guys from Reception 🙏🏻really they were helpful and nice.

I had the most incredible experience at the Adagio during my week-long stay! The staff went above and beyond to create a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The check-in process was quick and flawless, and the staff even took care of my luggage and escorted me to my clean and fresh room, which felt brand new. In the morning, the breakfast staff greeted me with big smiles and friendliness. They were incredibly courteous and made me feel special and welcome. Anna, in particular, welcomed me with a warm and friendly smile and promptly found a table for me. Salmon was also very nice and made me feel welcome, serving me coffee and tea and clearing my table. It was wonderful to see such a diverse and international mix of staff members. I will definitely be booking with the Adagio again because of the exceptional service from the staff. Even the cleaning staff were polite and always had a smile on their faces. Well done to the brilliant team for their outstanding effort. I will be recommending this place worldwide!

His attentiveness and friendly demeanor made our time at the beach even more enjoyable. From setting up our beach chairs to ensuring we had everything we needed, Mansoor went above and beyond. **Scenic Beauty:** The beach itself is a hidden gem. The soft sand, crystal-clear water, and lush palm trees create a picturesque backdrop. Whether you're sunbathing, building sandcastles, or simply taking a leisurely stroll, Adagio Beach offers a slice of paradise. **Family-Friendly:** Adagio Beach is perfect for families. The calm waters are ideal for kids to splash around, and there are plenty of shaded areas for parents to relax. We appreciated the clean facilities and well-maintained surroundings. **Overall Impression:** Our visit to Adagio Beach was a delightful escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. We left feeling rejuvenated and grateful for the wonderful memories we made. If you're looking for a serene beach with excellent service, I highly recommend Adagio Beach. 🌊☀️

Perfect location if you’re looking for beach side. The rooms are pretty big with a living room / kitchen/ bathrooms x2. It’s perfect for 3 ppl ! The staff were amazing. The breakfast is decent.
