Just back from a wonderful week on Palm Jumeirah. We made absolutely the right decision in choosing the Adagio Premium Aparthotel. It offers excellent value for money and is equipped with everything you could wish for a comfortable stay. Despite being in the second row, the Adagio Premium has its own beautiful stretch of beach and there are plenty of comfortable sun loungers and parasols. A towel and catering service also add to the feel-good factor. We had a modern and spacious room with a balcony, which was cleaned thoroughly every day. We can also highly recommend the breakfast buffet. There is a generous selection and everything is freshly prepared. The coffee variations are also delicious. However, the absolute highlight of this hotel is the people who work there! They are extremely courteous, helpful and super committed in all areas. With their charming manner, they make a special contribution to making guests feel comfortable and welcome! Special thanks go to Amelia, Gihan, Zin, Nang and Chootan from catering, as well as the reception staff and the very dedicated team on the beach. As a suggestion, we would like to note that a small changing room on the beach would be very useful for changing swimwear comfortably, which would be particularly beneficial for older guests. We had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The rooms were impeccably clean, and the service throughout the property was excellent. The staff were incredibly kind and attentive, always going out of their way to make our stay comfortable. A special thank you to Darshana and Hashan at the pool – they were absolutely delightful, attentive to every need, and made our time by the pool truly memorable. Their warmth and care added so much to our experience. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing and welcoming stay.

just back from a week half board at this hotel and wow it was amazing. i got really good last minute deal a week before flying to dubai. The team here are always wanting to ensure you have a fab stay 24/7 reception staff always greet you and available to help. The location of this hotel is absolutely perfect with the private beach and great for some lovely walks. The breakfast is outstanding fresh daily coffees and teas fruit pancakes waffles and omelettes and even lots of cakes you didn’t go hungry. the team again are there straight away making sure you have everything you need. lily and amelia where standouts the good option at this hotel with half board is you can pick lunch or tea so great if you fancy a tea out you also get water and cordial available which isn’t always included in half board. i would say the tea option lacked variety and wasn’t always hot in the warming plates so i don’t think i would choose half board again here but for the price we paid it was a nice option to have. we stayed in a one bedroom apartment as there was 3 adults and a child we had 2 balconies and 2 bathrooms which wasn’t expected and having the added kitchen was also a plus the room was cleaned daily by ali edgar and dunam and nothing again was to much trouble. the pool was also great it was small but could always get a bed the 2 life guards i’ve unfortunately forgotten there names were fantastic always happy and made my little girl feel special haves her some toys to play with in the pool. The only thing i would say that let the hotel down is the road noise at night when it was busy the rooms are not sound proofed so you can here constant beeping of cars which only seemed to happen on our stay friday and sat evening around 10pm-2am for what must be party drop offs and pickups we were in a room directly at the road i’m not sure if you were at the back of hotel this may make a difference but if i stayed again i would take ear plugs to block the noise. hitesh sorted our activities again nothing to much trouble great service in the hotel. overall a fantastic week in dubai would recommend this hotel and would definitely stay again.

We had an excellent stay at the hotel. Everything was very well organized, comfortable, and welcoming. The cleanliness throughout the property was outstanding — the rooms, common areas, and facilities were spotless and carefully maintained every day. A special mention goes to Sajjad, Edgar, and Chitih, whose dedication and attention to detail truly made a difference. Their professionalism, kindness, and commitment to keeping the hotel in perfect condition contributed greatly to a pleasant and relaxing experience.
