Wonderful hotel and staff. Nothing was too much trouble. The two boys in reception at night (we arrived at 3am!) were lovely. Very attentive. Gave us a drink, our room then phoned to check everything was okay. (Unfortunately I did not get their names). Anne in the restaurant in the evening, was very nice and helpful too. She told us our room number after the initial night - fantastic memory! Another restaurant server in the morning (again I forget her name) but she was also lovely, chatting and seeming genuinely interested in the guests. She also never stopped working; cleaning tables, aiding guests and ensuring everyone had everything they needed. Not a great half board food selection. But we did not go hungry. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

I had a wonderful stay with my family at Adagio Premium The Palm. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcome and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was special. They surprised us with complimentary birthday and Father's Day cakes, complete with beautiful room decorations, making our celebrations truly memorable. The service was impeccable and impressively fast. The staff were incredibly nice and always ready to assist with a smile. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, contributing to a relaxing and enjoyable experience. We couldn't have asked for a better stay. Thank you for making our family vacation unforgettable. We will definitely be back!

I had a fantastic stay at Adagio Premium the Palm! The location is stunning, right by the palm-fringed shores. The rooms were luxurious and well-appointed, offering breathtaking views of the surroundings. The housekeeping service was exceptional, with rooms impeccably cleaned and maintained daily. The staff were incredibly attentive and friendly, ensuring every detail of my stay was perfect. The facilities, from the pool to the dining options, were top-notch and added to the overall experience. I visited Dubai for the first time and immediately guessed the hotel 👍🏻 We were warmly welcomed at the reception! We were provided with a clean, cozy double room, cleaned and changed towels every day! The breakfasts are insanely delicious, always fresh products, pastries, desserts! For dinner, the menu changed every day, the only thing I would like to add to dinner is tea, coffee or juice. I would like to especially mention sweet Annette, who always greeted us with a smile and took care of us. She was wondering if everything was okay, in general, all the staff in the entire hotel are very polite and attentive! One of the advantages, which is very important, is that the sea is within walking distance! We will definitely return to Dubai, namely to this hotel!!
