Excellent hotel with the best hotel breakfast I’ve ever had. So much choice, really tasty food. Only negative is that the pastries look good but aren’t quite substantial (feel a bit like empty pastry shells). The staff is extremely helpful, polite. The gym has very high-standard machines (but could do with an extra treadmill, it can get busy in the mornings). The pool is small but stunning, the numerous restaurants/bars and good room service make it really easy to not have to venture outside if you don’t need to! Loved the decoration, roomy room, impeccable room service (and free minibar!). Highly recommended. My only notable negative feedback is that the main entrance lacks a proper pavement/pedestrian access when the weather is cool enough to make it possible to walk to the hotel.

I had a wonderful experience at 25hours Hotel Dubai. The overall service was excellent, and the staff made my stay truly comfortable. I would especially like to mention Zahid at the front desk, who was extremely professional, welcoming, and very helpful throughout my stay. His assistance and positive attitude made a great first impression. The room was clean, well-maintained, and very comfortable, reflecting the high standards of the hotel. Everything was well organized and up to the mark. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and will definitely be coming back again soon. Highly recommended.

Never disappoints. I’ve stayed at this hotel many times, and every visit brings something special that makes me feel at home all over again. I arrived the day before New Year after a long, exhausting flight, very early and completely tired. I was welcomed by a truly wonderful person at reception Brenden, who kindly upgraded my room and arranged an early check-in. His kindness meant a lot to me and made a difficult arrival feel warm and easy. Every single staff member was lovely from the doorman to the concierge,housekeeping, and the reception team on duty always smiling, caring, and ready to help whenever I needed anything. Thank you, 25hours Hotel family, for always making me feel so welcome. Until I see you again 🤍

I had a great stay at 25hours Hotel in Dubai. The hotel itself is very stylish with plenty of facilities, and you can really feel the unique, creative vibe everywhere. The atmosphere is relaxed but still professional, and there’s always something to explore. A special thank you to the staff — everyone was friendly and helpful, especially the reception team who made check-in smooth and welcoming. I also want to highlight Ilyas from Room Service, who was incredibly kind and made sure everything was spotless throughout my stay. His attention to detail and warm attitude really stood out. Overall, a very nice hotel with great service. I’d happily stay again!
