Staying at 25hours Hotel Dubai was honestly one of the highlights of my trip. From the moment you walk in, the atmosphere feels creative, welcoming, and effortlessly cool. The rooms are spacious, spotless, and thoughtfully designed, with super comfortable beds and little details that make a big difference. I especially loved the mix of modern style with quirky touches—it feels fun without trying too hard. The staff deserve special mention: genuinely friendly, attentive, and always happy to help without being intrusive. If I’m not mistaken, the reception night-shift staff member named Mayer was especially professional and helpful, making the late check-in smooth and stress-free. The breakfast was excellent, with plenty of variety and high-quality ingredients, and the overall food and drink options throughout the hotel were impressive. The location is also perfect—central, easy to get around, and close to major attractions.

Special thanks to Riyad from housekeeping — he is doing an excellent job and always makes sure our room is spotless and perfectly organized. Never disappoints. I’ve stayed at this hotel many times, and every visit brings something special that makes me feel at home all over again. I arrived the day before New Year after a long, exhausting flight, very early and completely tired. I was welcomed by a truly wonderful person at reception Brenden, who kindly upgraded my room and arranged an early check-in. His kindness meant a lot to me and made a difficult arrival feel warm and easy. Every single staff member was lovely from the doorman to the concierge,housekeeping, and the reception team on duty always smiling, caring, and ready to help whenever I needed anything. Thank you, 25hours Hotel family, for always making me feel so welcome. Until I see you again 🤍

Amazing stay from start to finish. The hotel is extremely clean and well-maintained, with a unique and stylish design. The rooms are very comfortable, and the location is excellent, close to many key areas in Dubai. The staff are friendly, professional, and very welcoming, which made the experience even better.
