Perfect for a low-key staycation or family visits.
The location is ideal and far from crowded and touristic spots. Very accessible and close to the road, but still one of the quietest rooms (also, the swimming pool area is very relaxing). The only improvement I would suggest is the quality of the breakfast buffet.
There is a wide selection of products and fresh bakeries however, the savory options weren’t the tastiest.
We especially loved the attention to cleanliness and how the staff maintains a high standard of service.
In our case, the room booked online wasn’t available upon our arrival, although the staff managed to find solutions.
We appreciated the effort and kindness of Kathia. She managed the situation in a very professional way.
Thank you again; we’ll surely recommend Zebeel House in the future.

A delightful hotel that made us truly feel welcomed and at home. From staff upon check-in to the chef at the breakfast buffet and waitress to the super efficient and thoughtful housekeeping staff and valet. Although labeled as a 4-star hotel the service from the humble staff was better and more genuine than in many other 5-star hotels I have visited.
The hotel is located at the pleasant area of the greens, which is far from downtown but is a relaxed area with the Dubai marina not being too far. The nearest metro station is Dubai Internet City but is a 10-15min brisk walk away.
The room we had was the large corner room dubbed the apartment and was very comfortable with ample space a comfortable bed, an excellent shower, and tub. Some walls of the room were too empty and could do with some more of the nice artwork already seen on other areas of the room. The lighting switches and electric outlets were not as many as expected for such a room. Light controls were mostly just a master switch which was a bit confusing to get the proper amount of lighting.
Minor issues noticed in the room was reported to the front desk who were apologetic and thankful to have been told and dealt with it immediately and professionally without concern.
Indeed an excellent stay and look forward to visiting again.

Nice hotel and had a great stay in the Apartment - one bedroom with lounge. We had an extra bed brought in for my daughter. Modern with all amenities. Oven but no stove plates in the kitchen, which is understandable, and a full fridge.
Big bedroom with matching bed, ample storage space.
Negatives, i.e change from 5 to 4* review:
- couch is not comfortable at all
- place felt cluttered
- switches is very high-tech, but took time to figure out. The lamp switches remain unsolved, and was switched at the wall.
- markings on taps illegible. Same comment as for light switches. Ditto for elevator buttons. Should be backlit. (Note, I am tall, so a child would be ok).
The highlight is the very popular Lah Lah restaurant and outside seating / dining area around the pool.
The hotel theme and decor is lovely, earthy with an Indonesian / Hemmingwayish feel to it?
Place is dark inside, but maybe because nobody else figured out the light switches yet. It is charming though, not murky.
I’ll be back !

Amazing hotel, the staff are extra friendly and very accommodating. If I have a note; checking in took a relatively long time. Not a big issue though.

Booked relatively last minute for work. Charming, good vibes hotel with thoughtful touches but not really suitable for a business stay.
Sleep is difficult as the rooms are noisy with thin windows which face a busy highway and restaurant downstairs. On a bad day, like the one I’m having, there’s the sound of construction well past midnight which echoes into the room. Makes sleep very difficult.
They also have no irons available if they are near capacity so you’re forced to use an old and dirty communal board. You’ll also need to get your card re-authenticated to use it it’s on a different floor. Just extremely inconvenient.
Staff are friendly and try to rectify these issues but they are fairly significant flaws.
