I will try to give a fairly extensive review. This was our second stay and this time we stayed Sunday night through Friday morning. To start, check in ALWAYS takes forever and they are pretty pushy with upsells and trying to get you to take a tour. I said "no" to everything. When we finally got to our room (2 bedroom condo), our keys didn't work and we had to call security to get us in. We also called the front desk, who said they would drop new key cards off before 8am the next morning. The next morning we left for Disney and hadn't received new key cards. However, we figured out that one of our 5 cards did work, so we took that. When we came home (LATE) that night, our key now didn't work... and of course, my 3 year old decided that she had to pee, so that was a fun experience. Called security again, they came to let us in. We found new keys inside the condo (they dropped them off while we were gone) and they had deactivated the one we had. Just kind of a nightmare. There was someone smoking pot the first night which I think smells horrible, thankfully security took care of that amazingly fast and we didn't have an issue again, so I was really happy with that. The 2 bedroom unit is super nice! Nothing bad to say at all really. Pizza from the resort is OUTRAGEOUS $$$. As for the water park, there's a lot of nice areas, especially by the lazy river, the pools and splash pad were clean. The negative was the lazy river, it was dirty, and not just like leaves in it, but oddly colored. Both my daughter and I got a bad rash after being in it, and it's now been almost 5 days and I still have it... GROSS. They didn't give any instructions of what to do at check out, but we remembered having to do some things with dishes and towels, so I had to call for that information, which was frustrating. Housekeeping showed up on check out day at 9:45 and knocked on our door. She barely spoke English but I tried to tell her we didn't have to leave until 10am, so she literally sat outside our door until we left, kind of tacky if you ask me.

This place does not act like a typical Hotel. Our rooms were not cleaned and there was no clean towels. I complained to the front desk and they told me this is a time share facility. They do not clean rooms or change your towels. Only do this every 10 days. Actually they provide you a vacuum, and detergent and expect you to use the shared laundry machines in the hall way to clean your bath towels. I didn't see on the website anything mentioning a time share nor that guests are expected to wash their own towels!! So beware, you are not really on vacation, you still have to clean, and do laundry!!

Immaculate rooms and interior design were wonderful. Though the paper towels were not the best, the other features were top-notch. We only saw one cockroach! Cable TV was great, except I needed access to close captions because of my hearing loss and the closed captions, we couldn't figure it out how to set it up.

I went here from Jan 27th to Feb 3rd, it was a very relaxing experience at the resort. The room was very large in size and had all the necessities. The pool was huge and was quite nice. The location itself also has many things small distances away including Disney, around 3.5 miles away. There are many nice places to eat and explore nearby. There's mini golf course close by the resort, but the resort has one already anyway. We stayed at River Island, the newest area and it was quite nice indeed. All in all, a pretty good vacation. 5 stars ⭐😊

If you want to spend a lot of money, and get nothing but disappointments in return, come here! No room service. Zero amenities (unless you want to pay ridiculous fees). Takes an HOUR to check in/out. Falema at the front desk is a LIAR, and wouldn’t active our room key unless we agreed to go in a two hour time share presentation. She was extremely rude, demanding I tell her personal information such as my income, my relationship status, and who lived in my home. That’s NONE of her business! By the end of my 5 day stay, I spent enough money to go to an all inclusive resort in the Bahamas for a week. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. Falema and this place are TRASH.

My family and I got the day pass to enjoy the pools for my birthday yesterday. We had an absolute blast! Probably one of my best birthdays. My 2 y/o son was the happiest little guy ever and enjoyed the kids slide so much! Im so happy he was able to go on. We spent 5 hours in that area alone. The service was wonderful and prompt. Prices are what you would expect at a resort. The resort grounds were very well maintained. My husband and I agreed next time we go we will have to get ourselves a room and check out the area a bit more! So much better than crowded theme parks. Cant wait to go back.

I enjoyed my stay at The Omni Orlando Champions Gate Resort. The Hotel offered many activities. Multiple restaurants and other places to enjoy a cocktail(s). The pools and lazy river were a nice surprise. I thought they might be overcrowded but that was not the case. Plenty of places to relax and unwind. I was not in Orlando for the typical theme park experience so the hotel provided a nice escape. Great Resort. Looking forward to my next stay.

This Resort is nice. It definitely needs updating in certain areas. The area we are staying in is the lesser priced rooms versus higher priced newer areas. The resort area again is nice but needs updating. The lounge chairs are hit or miss on cleanliness and whether they are ripped. The lazy river could use a little more oomphf and the design of the trees that weep into it, was an oversight. Wave pool is nice. The new top golf was fun and nice. They are still ironing out kinks over there which is to be expected. The resort could be power washed outside- like awnings and roofs. It is a fine resort and I am happy with it based on what we are paying. All in all this is a great trip for a family. Staff has been helpful. Things are a bit expensive but to be expected I guess. This is a great middle of the road family resort.

Highly recommend for at small to large group. This resort on 800 acres has it all from golf, an interactive high end golf driving range, lacrosse/soccer fields to pickleball/tennis and basketball courts. Plus adult pool, wave pool and lazy river. Most importantly the staff from bell service front desk housekeeping banquets restaurant to the sales and managing director you will have memorable experience. Close to all Orlando parks, sites and airport.

Power outage! All systems down! I worked in hotels for over a decade. I’ve never seen anything like this happen. Everything is down. BUT the entire staff are handling everything great! I can’t imagine what they’re having to go through. They haven’t missed a beat. Still smiling and so helpful. We were walked to our room anytime we needed to get in. The front desk woman who checked us in, can’t remember her name, but she went to law school I believe. She was incredible. I hope guests haven’t been too hard on the staff. It’s out of their control and they’re doing everything they can do! Bravo to all of you and your continued efforts to show everyone a great time still!

The hotel was under major renovations not disclosed in booking it only mentioned minor renovations. The entire courtyard was unusable. The staff did a great job trying to accommodate our week long stay however the construction kept us from napping in the afternoons. The ice machine in the west wing near our room in 3332 had leaked. I can send a video of the noise from our room from the construction. Access to the pool was difficult, not all the restaurants were open and access to the walking path was blocked most of our stay. They also over charged us at the pool by not disclosing that gratuity was already included. The highlight was he pizza at Sal's the staff and security at the boat and captains were above par. Also the communication with the hotel cleaning staff was amazing. Overall I did not think this trip lived up to our expectations. I would be willing to try this place again only after the renovations are complete. You should indicate on the universal site at the state the true nature of your current renovations to set proper expectations.

I apologize for the lengthy review but wanted to share the details of our recent stay. I read so many reviews upon booking, especially all all the negative ones regarding the construction. My husband and I were hesistant based on some negative comments but decided to come here instead of the Hard Rock as we were debating between the two based on proximity to the parks and the unlimited express passes. I have to admit , upon entering the resort, it was a but upsetting and alarming to see scaffolding around the entire exterior. Once we pulled around to the front to valet the car, the hotel was beautiful. We have stayed at a ton of hotels and I have to say the service here was top notch from arrival to departure. I have to give a shout out to Kristen and Tina at the bar , who remembered my name and drink throughout my entire stay after only telling them once. Our room was beautiful and had windows (I saw some reviews saying there were no windows). room was very spacious and clean for our family of 4. The staff all around were extremely helpful and sincerely nice and genuine. we wanted a 5 star hotel and we definitely got that. The pool was so nice and quiet and not affected by the construction at all. Yes, you will hear drilling depending where you walk and you will see scaffolding in areas. This did not affect us. The walk to the parks is a gorgeous 15 min or a 5 min boat ride and the unlimited express passes are so worth it as we waited no more than 15 min for a ride during spring break. I cant wait to come back and see the resort after renovations.

I went to stay for my birthday with my mom, it is a beautiful hotel, with all the comforts, everyone is very friendly, the room super comfortable, super large, the option they have to add the express pass to the parks is sensational, thanks to the express pass I took advantage of the whole park, I didn't miss anything. I loved the transport of the boat to the parks, it's super nice and you see the whole landscape. The only complaint I would have is that they were under construction and you could not appreciate the architecture of the hotel well or take so many photos, otherwise everything is excellent !!!

Our stay at Portofino Bay was a perfect spot to stay for a visit to Universal. The hotel provides "unlimited express passes", an impressive financial perk, a ticketing counter for your daily passes, and a quick water shuttle to the Universal entry. It is also an easy 15 minute walk along the water to the entry. Check-in was efficient and the reception staff were friendly and helpful. Our 2 bedroom/3 bath suite was very comfortable for 4 adults and 2 kids. The daily room service was excellent and if you didn't need it, you would still receive a text to see if you needed anything. The primary pool area was kid-friendly with a fun water slide, and an adjacent bar/food area for lunch. We would not hesitate to stay here again in the future.

Wander And Travel

Wow, such a wonderful resort to stay at. The staff is very helpful and cheerful. The rooms are clean and spacious. The views from the rooms are incredible. We booked the club access level room with the upgraded pass to Universal Studios and it was well worth the price. The water taxi takes you direct to the City Walk so getting between the hotel and the parks is a breeze. There are eateries and coffee shop nearby so that's always a plus. In the evenings, sitting outside near the water was very serene and relaxing. I recommend you give this place a try. It's not the cheapest, but it's well worth the price.

I love love love this hotel. I usually book a room here and its worth every dollar spent. Today I purchased a day pass on Resort pass app. It was fantastic Jacob was awesome and attentive , spent the day hanging out by the pool with my girls. The food is great , drinks are strong, i have zero complaints . Going to make this my go to spot atleast twice a month. The bartender was also super sweet we got some food and drinks from her before actually sitting by the pool.

Some rooms don't have the best (luxury) view... But a nice hotel nonetheless. Got locked out of our room due to a malfunction in the key reader which was not handled with the tempo and urgency I would have expected from a luxury brand. Food and atmosphere is great.

We love this hotel. Like truly love it. We've stayed at the Waldorf Orlando a handful of times now and I keep expecting to run into a snag or two during our stays but they just keep wow-ing us. The resort is top notch, laid back and updated. The rooms have all the features you'd expect from a modern resort with that extra twist of upscale that they deliver consistently. Their room service options for breakfast and late night snacks are unique and delicious, as is their coffee...which is tough to find anywhere on Disney properties. This particular stay we had some issues with our meal at La Luce, at Peacock Alley AND from our room all that were handled promptly, kindly and with no hesitation. The staff across the board from the front desk to the valet and room service are all exceptional. We continue to make an effort to stay here when we visit and we'll be continuing to do so.

Our family was 100% satisfied with our stay here during our vacation to Orlando. Every employee we interacted with was friendly, courteous, and always asked if there was anything we needed to improve our stay. The outdoor pools are immaculate, and the wait staff there were also great. The use of the Disney shuttle was also very nice, as we didn't have to worry about any of the driving to those extremely busy areas.

My husband had a conference at this hotel and it was such a wonderful experience. The staff is very attentive and helpful, the food is incredible and the space is very luxurious. I would recommend the Waldorf to anyone who wants a wonderful and carefree experience. Close to lots of activities, on site golf course, spa and pools, Disney parks are very close and several shopping options within 15-20 minutes.

This was my first time staying here, and I was in love with the room's and resorts location. I booked a resort view room and got a great view of the lake. I loved the updated decor in the room. However, it looked like they skipped the bathroom full update and did some minor updates. One major con of the rooms is the lack of soundproofing. I could hear people on the boardwalk, the boats, people -kids in the hallway at 1am, and the people next door very clearly. You also know when all 3 parks are doing their fireworks, Hollywood Studio was the loudest , then Epcot and even MK. The pictures i got were of MK fireworks. The beds were very comfortable, and the rooms were cleaned daily.

This was our second time here and we love it. Have stayed at probably about half the Disney hotels and in every category, and this is our favorite. Being able to walk to two parks really gives it the edge. The entire walking area and over to the boardwalk is so nice. Not only the location to two parks, but its center for the other two. If you stay in one of the bay lake deluxe hotels, you’re a pretty good drive away from three parks. It’s a very quiet resort. Even when you’re by the pool it’s not nearly as loud as the pools at the value resorts. It has such a laid back feeling. We love the contemporary also, but the yacht club just feels so much more laid back. The ambiance of the lobby and common areas is calm and relaxed. The restaurants at both the yacht/beach are good. The little food court could have some better options, but that’s really the only downfall. The rooms are spacious with enough space to store everything you bring. Nice big bathroom. Everything was clean and in working order. We asked for some extra coffee and body wash, and requested a bath mat, and all was taken care of quickly. Bell services brought our luggage to the room quickly after helping us unload the car. Beds and sofa/sofa bed were all comfortable. The bus transportation works well, never really had any issues. Boats are nice and relaxing, although if in a hurry it’s much quicker to just walk to Epcot and Hollywood Studios. Stormalong bay pool is amazing. A few hot tubs, a deep lazy river, nice slide, sandy bottom in areas. Even though it’s crowded you can find a spot with room to yourself. We actually enjoy the quiet pool. There are very few people there and it has its own hot tub. There is a laundry facility there so we do laundry while swimming or just sitting by the pool. We paid a little more for water view this time and loved it. Made sure to be back at the room a little to sit out on the balcony. Requested a view of the boardwalk and we had a view straight ahead center. If you’re comparing it cost wise to other non Disney hotels, it’s not worth it. Just know that going in. But if you compare it in cost to the Disney owned hotels we think it’s the best spot to be for its location, ambiance, and comfort.

Disney Yacht Club continues to be a marvelous resort with rooms refreshed every couple of years. Rooms are modern with wood-like laminate flooring (much preferred to sister Beach Club which has carpet). Yacht is in my mind the best of the Epcot resorts with a great little store and food location and a more chill atmosphere than sister Beach Club- while sharing the great pool etc. And of course it's a 5 minute walk into EPCOT! one other amazing item - i left my coat in the room when checking out. Filed a lost and found report on the Disney online system - and several days later I received it in the mail (shipped free of charge!)! Thank you for the great Disney service! HIGHLY RECOMMEND

This has always been my dream resort. Many say Grand Floridian is the best, but I think Yacht Club is the true pinnacle. Situated just outside of EPCOT's international gateway entrance (UK Pavillion) and the newly constructed Skyliner transportation center, this hotel sits on Crescent Lake and is the crown jewel of the other EPCOT hotels: Beach Club, Boardwalk, Swan and Dolphin. Decor is what you'd expect by the name: Yacht Club. Maritime pieces adorn the lobby, rooms and hallways but very tastefully done. Amenities include a 5-7 minute walk to EPCOT, the largest pool feature on property (featuring a water slide, lazy river, several pools with a sand bottom, 2 whirlpool spas and 1 adults only whirlpool spa), 2 restaurants, several bars, quick serve restaurant and store, ferry boat to EPCOT, Hollywood Studios and Swan and Dolphin. Parking options are a self-parking lot or valet. Complimentary bell services are available when checking in and leaving. The store is a shadow of itself. Most of the area is taken up by the quick serve restaurant. What's left are very basic items and only 3 pieces that are Yacht Club exclusive and are the smallest sizes imaginable. I was hoping to get a windbreaker or something similar with Yacht Club on it but nope. I had to settle on a pin from Pin Traders in Disney Springs. We had dinner at Yachtsman Steakhouse and was left rather disappointed. I was there years ago when it was an intimate, exclusive steakhouse. Now its decor is plain rather than exclusive and loud rather than intimate. Food was just OK for the astronomical prices. The only things we really enjoyed were the onion popover rolls and gratin potatoes. The steaks were chewy and not prepared properly, even after sending them back once for being purple inside. We won't be eating there again. If you do eat there, request Miguel from Bolivia for your waiter, he was wonderful! We upgraded our stay to the Club Level which is on the 5th floor. Access to this area requires a reservation and a valid room key to select the 5th floor in the elevator. Once there, extra amenities include 2 private concierges (wonderful people who are always willing to help), large luxury balcony rooms, complimentary candy jars in the hallway, and a small eating area (you can see Magic Kingdom fireworks from its balcony!) with complimentary meals and drinks. Coffee, breakfast, light refreshments and a hors d'oeuvres and cocktail hour is offered throughout the day from 6:30am until 9:30pm. You can request cocktails, soft drinks and light refreshmebts from the staff until about 10pm. The wait staff and bartender are fabulous people and fun to talk to. If you're unaware, like I was, there is a feature on the My Disney Experience app to leave a cast member a compliment. Touch the 3 stacked lines and scroll down to the bottom of the page. Touch Cast Compliments to leave a compliment for a cast member. Be sure to remember their name and hometown on their name tag or else they won't receive the compliment! All of the cast members we interacted with made our stay magical! Chris & his manager (front desk), Vincenzo, Michael, Hyacinth & Ireland (concierge), Allie (waiter) The room was recently updated and was very nicely appointed. The pics I took don't do it justice so I didn't post them. Most of the rooms face the parking lot, but ours faced the lake which was magical to sit on the balcony at night and watch the EPCOT fireworks with a cocktail. Strangely enough, they don't have an option to pipe in the soundtrack in the room. The beds and linens are very comfortable, an in-room safe and complimentary robe and slippers are in the self-lit wardrobe cabinet, a Keurig station is available, the Hey Disney! tablet, large screen TV personally welcoming you to the resort, towel art waiting on the bed and a rather useless chest of drawers. The drawers are so shallow you can barely fit anything in them. This was my second stay at the resort and it won't be my last. We're taking advantage of the "bounce back" incentive and we're excitedly returning in October.

Large room with balcony and much more storage than value and moderate resorts. We had a view of Epcot fireworks which was great, and it seems like a lot of rooms would have a fair view. Pool is very large and good for kids and adults. Ale and compass to go was great twice. Can walk to Epcot and Hollywood, long walks but good to have the option. Busses every 20 min to MK/AK.

If I could give it 10 stars I would. Fabulous experience from start to finish staying here. Beautiful, clean, comfortable rooms and the decor throughout the hotel was amazing. Great restaurants, food in Whispering Canyon particularly fab. Loved getting the boat to Magic Kingdom from the pier. Highlights for us included the pool, toasting marshmallows and the outdoor cinema one evening when we wanted to chill out, with a view of MK fireworks in the distance. Just perfect 😍

Gorgeous resort with a lot of Native American decor and artifacts. An absolute gorgeous resort and you have to try Storybook Dining! The character interactions were done off the best at any character dining we’ve had. The food is outstanding as well!

Amazing resort! Rooms were clean and comfortable. We had a great view of the Magic Kingdom fireworks every night from our balcony. The CM’s were very friendly and helped answering all our questions. Highly recommend you visit!

Absolutely gorgeous! Spacious, warm fireplaces in the winter, comfortable and the staff is beyond magnificent! Bathrooms are well stocked and clean. The ceilings are so high! I love the totem poles! Plus, this is where Artists Point restaurant dining with Snow White is and that is an amazing experience of itself. I love resort hopping Don't miss out on this lodge!

The Wilderness Lodge is a contender for the most beautiful resort on property. From the moment you enter you know you've entered a special place. Our room was a courtyard/water view and although you had to crane your neck to see a glimpse of water, we liked the location and the balcony. The room was spotless and was renovated recently so everything looked new. The in-room Keurig with a selection of coffees and teas makes for easy mornings getting your coffee fix. We sat in the lounge one evening and enjoyed some drinks and "Bacon on a Wire," which was four slices of house-made bacon and deviled eggs. We also had dinner at the Geyser Bar outside and I had a delicious bison burger. Get there by 9:30pm and you can watch the electrical water parade! My only complaint is that bus service can be slow, as some of the routes include stops at Fort Wilderness and/or the Contemporary. For example, Disney Springs is a 10min drive from the hotel but with a stop at Fort Wilderness it took over 30min to get there.

We stayed theme park view two nights on the 10th floor and then club level one night. The rooms were great and the club level experience was very nice. All the staff were amazing. Thanks to Presley & Kelly for the great service. There are some things I would maybe add as perks to club level, but that would be a change for Disney to make. We really enjoyed how close this resort is to Magic Kingdom, the on site dinning options and being on the monorail line.

This location is amazing. If you’re staying here for entering the Disney parks, I would recommend getting the park hopper. We visit the other parks most mornings and then drop our stuff off/take a mid day break at the hotel and then we spend the rest of the evening/night at Magic Kingdom. They have an outdoor pool with a water slide and splash park. They also have quite a few options of restaurants and shops. Our room is located in the main tower facing the Magic Kingdom - we can literally see fireworks while lying down on our bed! It is a 10 mins walk to the park or you can use their monorail getting to Magic kingdom. They also have frequent shuttle buses to other parks and Disney Springs. Services - acceptable.

I love the two bedroom suite layout! Two bedrooms (one king with bathroom and jacuzzi tub and then two double beds with bathroom) then a third full bathroom for guests sleeping on pullout couch. Full kitchen and laundry room. Great amenities in Bay Lake Tower and at the Contemporary proper. Fast walk to Magic Kingdom or monorail to Epcot, Magic Kingdom or Transportation Station. Great service at all restaurants and bars and of course it Disney so all allergies are taken seriously. All cast members are extremely helpful and you never have to hunt them down, they are everywhere!

Great location next to Magic Kingdom. Nice pool area as well. Chef Mickeys and the California Grill are both great spots. Rooms now have modified Amazon echos that you can order towels, food to room. Monorail is right there which makes getting to other parks easy. Great views of the park and the bay.

We didn't stay here, but we wanted to see the Easter eggs created by Disney cast members. It's soooo beautiful and smells so good in there. I haven't stayed here yet. Maybe one day I will get to, but we just can't afford it, unfortunately. While we were touring, we ran into the cutest photo pass opportunity with Cinderella's glass slipper. My family had the first trip to Disney World, they chose the beach club resort and the experience was incredible. I chose the club level and it's great they serve you breakfast, snack, dinner and dessert. Food that benefits us a lot for every time we had a break from the parks, they welcomed us with delicious food. The cleanliness of the rooms is impeccable The attention of the workers exceptional, diversity of culture. A full room hotel, beautiful swimming pools, restaurants, elegant where we could celebrate birthdays and more, I can't wait to enjoy this wonderful place again.

4/8/2024-4/11/2024 I'm not actually staying here but I'm visiting everyday to connect with fellow cast members in town for work. We have visited Martha's Vineyard which is good and having access to the boardwalk and Epcot is great. Security does its job so well that even showing my badge wasn't enough and took a few minutes to gain access to parking even for our team event. The pool looks awesome and I hear the main restaurant is good. My team is mixed on the rooms. Some say they are great and some prefer animal kingdom.

Our family would happily move into Beach Club permanently. We had a joyful week- long stay in a club level room for spring break. It was our first family trip to Disney, and staying at the Beach Club ensured that it was an absolutely perfect trip. Beyond that beautiful lake view and walking privileges to epcot, the people at Beach Club are what made our experience so joyful. We were treated so well, and with such sincere kindness, by every single person we encountered. We're ruined for other trips, now, and already are working with our travel planner to return to Beach Club as often as we can. There are times in which you spend ridiculous amounts of money and feel absolutely no regret-- this is the very best example I have.

This was a great hotel with friendly staff. The location to Epcot was amazing! The pool area was fantastic, and my boys loved the slide and sand bottom pool. We would definitely stay here again.

Beach Club is one of Disney World's upper tier resorts and can definitely be on the more expensive side as a result. The room we had was nice and the location just outside of Epcot is fantastic. You also have good access to transportation and the boardwalk area. The location is definitely the biggest perk of staying here. As for the resort amenities, they were alright. There is one large pool area that is shared by Yacht Club, Stormalong Bay. Despite its large size, it's very broken up and disjointed. We honestly weren't fans of it. Aside from that area, there are two smaller pools. The other amenities in the resort itself were fine, but nothing that really stands out. A lot of areas of the resort were definitely showing their age as well. Overall, we had a good stay, but I don't know if we would return to this resort.

Do yourself a favor and plan a stay at Grand Floridian, even if it's just once! And splurge on the park view resort rooms ;) You'll thank me when you're sipping a glass of wine, sitting on your balcony, singing along with Happily Ever After. The rest of this information is probably in every other review...the location on the monorail is perfect. The resort is absolutely stunning. The renovated rooms with light Mary Poppins theming are breathtaking. Oh, and lastly, the room service is a wonderful experience! We enjoyed breakfast one of the mornings of our stay and it was the perfect way to luxuriate in the room and have a bit of a slow day.

The hotel is great, the staff…I wanted to extend my stay by one more night. It was my daughter’s first time coming to Disney world. The gentleman looked online and called someone, he comes back and tells they are fully booked and they only have a very expensive suite available. I had to ask twice for a price because he had to reassure me it’s a significant amount increase. Like he was judging me like I could not afford it. I looked past this tone and assumption. I said no worries and thanks for your time. I went on my phone to check their availability and they weren’t fully booked at all. Called reservations but they said they can’t see what is available lol that I would have to fully click on pay to see if it will go through or not. Finally had enough and asked for a manager and they called back and wanted to book the room for me with no apologies! Just blows my mind that they lied to my face and no one from Disney can own up to that in their end. Very disappointing and not that they care but it will really make me consider not renewing my Disney season pass and also discourage other from stay at the grand Floridian.

Luxury Resort. We loved everything about our stay and wish we would have stayed longer. The lobby , the grounds , the hallways, the rooms all screamed luxury. Decorated in “older” decor but in a modern way. Everything was super clean. Our family of 5 had plenty of room with the two beds and pull out couch. Loved having a balcony! The walk to magic kingdom was so peaceful and beautiful. We watched the fireworks from the dock which was a great view and they played the music. The small beach area is beautiful! Our kids spent hours in the pool with the large slide while we enjoyed some specialty drinks from the pool bar. We made a last minute reservation for the cafe restaurant onsite which was delicious and perfect! The outdoor movie on the grounds was so cozy and beautiful for our kids. We stayed at a different Disney hotel prior to this resort and a big difference in what you can hear outside the rooms. We couldn’t hear anything once our doors were closed. Loved our stay and will be back!!

What a gorgeous hotel! I spent a day resort hopping and the Grand Floridian was my favorite. Beautiful, clean, friendly staff even if you are just walking around enjoying the ambiance. Beautiful water views. A MUST visit!

I was here for a wedding. Everything was beautiful and the service was great. The only suggestion is transportation from the different areas, especially for elderly guests of the wedding. From the first look, to the wedding chapel, to the reception, out to the fireworks, and back to the reception. That is a lot of walking.

Spent the day resort hopping and really like the Polynesia. Emma at the front entrance was SO sweet explaining to me everything I needed to know about the resort. Loved the Hawaiian feel, felt like I was in Hawaii. Very clean, good food (even though couldn't get a reservation on such short notice at Ohana or Trader Sam's). Captain Cook's had one of the best pulled pork sandwiches I had ever eaten. Definitely recommend this as a stop on your Disney vacation. The views of the fireworks from the castle are also great.

Went only for special breakfast with the characters. Can't speak about the rooms. I haven't stayed in them since 1982. The Lilo & stitch character breakfast at ohana was fun. We also enjoyed a few minutes in the sand. I was disappointed to see that the swimming pool had the waterfall and lava slide removed when they relocated the pool.

4.5 stars actually. This is a great venue, with a wonderful location on the water rail. The roads have mostly been updated, at the restaurant dining, due to capacity and demand very scarce. Recommend making reservations 90 days in advance. Cost is also another factor here, very expensive, but they don’t seem to be having any issues selling their room, so, clearly it hasn’t crossed the threshold where people aren’t willing to pay. Wonderful ambience, great staff, and and iconic and memorable experience.

We visited the hotel to have a character breakfast dining at the restaurant and was great! It was my son’s birthday and he got a special birthday card and some other little things. Food was very good too! Important to make reservations in advance.

Hotels just don’t get better than this place. People working here are fantastic. Hotel is modern and luxurious. Rooms are sparkling clean and large. Food is great. Fantastic place to spend time if you want to be near Disney. Even the valet guys were great! Didn’t wait more than 5 min for my car. Worth every star!

Want to feel like a Disney princess? Visit here! My only criticism was valet. The employees were very abrasive and hit my car into another car. I asked them not to roll down my windows and they did. You don't have an option not to valet, so I'm unsure how to navigate this in the future. Other than that, the rooms are so beautiful with sprawling views of Disney. The food at every restaurant was fresh & yummy. They have character breakfast & the characters have the cutest custom outfits on. There are loads of amenities everywhere such as sunscreen, water, gifts, games. The pool is exceptional. There's multiple pool areas including a lazy river, hanging baskets that hold an entire family, & pool games. There's an adorable coffee shop off the lobby with cozy seating inlayed into the wall. It's a large property to stroll & admire the art as well. So well done & worth the cost. Plus the entrance is in Golden Oaks which is so cute!

We stay here every year sometimes twice a year. We decided this year to try the new Conrad down the road as it was a little cheaper. Boy did we regret it! It is well worth the extra money to stay at the Four Seasons. The service, quality of food, activities etc… just can’t be matched. We have stayed at five star resorts all over the world, and this is the best one of all. We decided to checkout early from the Conrad and spend the rest of our stay at the Four Seasons. Don’t make the same mistake I did and try to save a few hundred dollars a night at the Conrad. It’s just not even close

The staff, in true Disney fashion, was amazing. Stayed here a few years ago but highly recommend. Pricey, but the saying goes, you get what you pay for, which is absolutely true in this case. You will not be disappointed spending extra money, if you have it. Great for a family trip.
