I stayed at Resorts World Las Vegas this week and unfortunately the experience fell far below expectations. I arrived on a Tuesday at 2pm, and despite the hotel being quiet — no major events, nothing hectic — I ended up waiting two full hours just to check into my room. For a property of this scale, it was surprising and honestly disappointing. I never felt taken care of or prioritized.
I had issues setting up the TV. I called guest services at 10:40pm, was bounced to GetStreaming for troubleshooting, and then sent right back to guest services… who then had me wait 45 minutes for a tech to never arrive. The explanation was that there was a “shift change.” I get that people don’t want to overlap tasks at the end of a shift, but it really felt like a basic logistical miss for a hotel that claims to offer quality care. Any decent hotel would’ve handled this without making the guest feel like the inconvenience was theirs to absorb.
The hotel itself is new and visually appealing, which is a plus, but even that was overshadowed by small details that signal a lack of care — like the stains on my curtains. It doesn’t match the level of hospitality and attention to detail they advertise.
Overall, I’d rate the service at a 2 out of 5. There’s potential here, but the basics — timely check-in, responsive support, and attention to room quality — just weren’t there.

I had a really good experience here overall. The rooms are impressively quiet, honestly some of the quietest I’ve had in a Vegas hotel. You can hear a little hum from the A/C, but nothing major. Wi-Fi is solid and free (around 30 down / 30 up, which is pretty standard for the strip I guess), with an option to upgrade to 50/50 if you need faster speeds. The TV has decent sound and Chromecast via hotel wifi and a qr code, which was a nice touch. Gotta use apps on your smartphone to stream though. YouTube works!
The shower water runs more on the warm side than hot- probably for safety, but the lighting throughout the room is well done and feels comfortable. Check-in took about 20 minutes, but the front desk staff were genuinely friendly and welcoming. Online check-in with a QR code and apple wallet resulted in a room key on my phone, but it didn't work and just gave me a redirect error on their website when I clicked check-in. Reception at check-in was friendly, appologized for the issue with the website, and gave me a physical key without issue. You can sign a waiver to either unlock the minibar, or keep it locked if you have minors in the room.
There’s a Starbucks right in front of the theater that opens relatively early (5 AM), though I paid about $16 for a tea and some okay oatmeal. They were out of toppings that day. For a better breakfast, Bagelmania, Peppermill, and Denny’s are just across the street and worth the quick walk.
All in all, a solid Vegas stay. Clean, comfortable, quiet, and modern, one of the better experiences you can get on the Strip.

For a somewhat a new hotel this place was kind of a dump… the strip view I got was hardly a view must of the windows was covered with led advertisement that you couldn’t enjoy any views just a tiny little window everything else was blocked…the carpets in the room extremely dirty had to have socks on at all times or your feet would be black gross 🤮 they need to pay their employees better because a lot of them are begging for tips… or maybe they need new workers… had a horrible experience at sassy sips from buying a single muffin that’s pre packaged and Nilo R being rude because as he said… oh you didn’t tip… dude flagged me down when I was walking with my family saying the room charge never went thru and thought i was gonna run off with the muffin even tho this was hours after purchasing it… ridiculous I left a 450 dollar deposit so people like Nilo R couldn’t say shit….I told him I like to tip for service I’m not tipping on a single muffin that’s pre packages… some workers will asked you for tip so be prepared… rude staff all together went to get food at michos tacos and the Cuban employee was talking mad shit about a customer that was right there in front of me just because he didn’t speak Spanish and was black… but I could understand everything smh I would never go back that’s what’s keeping people away from Vegas service is shit everything is overpriced and the vibes are off.. Wynn was my go to place but it has also lost its touch but 100 times better than resort world.
Asking for basic amenities was difficult aswell had to call multiple times just to get some towels waited way over hour and half to receive them. The food court was decent but everything else just not up to standards I stayed at the 59th floor as an invited guest.
Wei-Ai Tai
On the surface, this Hilton at Resorts World has all the important vacation amenities: fancy spa, sprawling gym, large outdoor pool area, massive and affordable food court full of diverse international cuisines, a high-end steakhouse, numerous name-brand shops, and a rooftop bar with a panoramic view of the Las Vegas strip. However, the room was extremely underwhelming, as the carpet area around the closet was damp, and the room had a strong and strange odor to it. Shower door got stuck due to the worn plastic strips, and the door lock battery expired during my stay, leading to three different visits to the front desk and finally a security guard “fixed” the issue. The annoying room issues would have been magnified if I had spent more time in the room, but alas this was in Vegas so Hilton still gets an average rating.

A great location for a non-smoker in Vegas. The "city view" rooms did have a nice view of the strip, but the windows and bath surfaces had noticeable handprints on them from previous guests and that was quite off putting. If you recieve a "hotel beverage credit" of $100 it was a bit of a hassle to actually get it credited at check out. We were told to charge fees to the room and our credit would be applied. We did as instructed and downloaded the Grubhub app to charge our beverages to the room and at the end the clerk was asking us to settle the tab, then wanted partial payment, until we demonstrated the itemized bill contained beverages which were eligible for the hotel beverage credit and needed to be refunded. Otherwise room service was speedy, the app was convenient, and the location was good - slightly off strip but close enough to get to destinations easily.

I'd probably give this a 4.5 if that was an option but as the staff were so good I've rounded up.
The rooms are very modern, a good size and well equipped. I wouldn't call them luxury but they're comfortable and have useful things like a fridge for leftovers and a smart TV to connect to your phone.
The staff in my experience were superb with the exception of one surly woman in Buns and Suns who ignored my request to eat my food in. In particular the chap who checked me in was great, I'd just arrived in Vegas and he made me feel very welcome.
The location is very far north of the strip, I'm quite happy walking a bit to get somewhere and as a first timer here doing so was a good experience for me, others may feel differently.
I loved that the casino floor has water dispensers to fill your bottle up with cold filtered water.
The poker room is very good, probably the most comfortable chairs I played in during my time in Vegas and the staff there were all great. I probably slightly preferred playing in the Venetian but it was close. The tournaments are a good format too, not a hyper-turbo bingo set up.
Everywhere I ate on site was great, loads of options at Resorts World.
If the price were right I'd gladly stay here or at any of the Resorts World properties next time I am in Vegas.
Finally the gym was the best equipped hotel gym I've seen.

My wife and I stayed at the Conrad for our honeymoon and it was easily the top place to be in Vegas. If you are looking for a spotless, clean resort with endless dining options, this is it! A huge shoutout to Nique, who was incredibly helpful and went above and beyond for us during our stay. It made our celebration even more special. You must stop by!

I had very high expectations for Conrad Las Vegas at Resorts World, but unfortunately this stay was a major disappointment.
The service was consistently poor from start to finish. Several staff members were rude and dismissive, which is unacceptable for a hotel that positions itself as a luxury brand. Any time we needed assistance, it felt like an inconvenience rather than a basic part of hospitality.
Room service was another issue. We had to call multiple times just to get basic items restocked, something that should never require repeated follow-ups at this level of hotel. Requests were either delayed or overlooked entirely.
To make matters worse, unexpected extra charges appeared on my bill at checkout, which I then had to take time to dispute. That alone left a bad final impression and made the entire experience feel sloppy and untrustworthy.
Overall, this stay fell far short of Conrad standards. Between the rude service, lack of attention to detail, and billing issues, it felt more frustrating than relaxing. I truly expected much better and would think twice before staying here again or recommending it to others.

This is a very nice hotel for a reasonable price. We went to Awana Spa which is a MUST if you like to spa! Also, The Peppermill is right across the street. The reason the service is low is because we could not get connected to the streaming service. We don't gamble and came for rest and the spa. No coffee but their is coffee places as soon as you get off the elevator towards the casino. This place has three Hilton hotels. The regular Hilton, Conrad Hilton, and Crockfords (upscale). They all have their own lobbies and area. I was impressed and prefer this hotel to any other I've been too.

My husband and I stayed on two separate occasions. Both times were fantastic. Staff was super helpful and kind in every situation they could be. The lights were a little funny to work with. The first visit was on a high floor, amazing view and natural light. The second visit we stayed on the pool level, and while the natural light left much to desired, the room itself was far better designed. The lighting in the bathroom was amazing, every selfie was perfect 👌, speaking of bathroom, this room had a bidet option!

Moorea is such a fun place to relax and meet new friends. We rented a daybed and everything went very smooth. Colton was great to work with and went above and beyond our expectations. The pool is smaller than I thought but it was a lot of fun and people are easy going. My wife got a massage pool side and she said it was fantastic. All and all, we enjoyed it so much that we went back the next day and walked away super happy. This will be a staple each time we are in Vegas.

Topless beach club. Two main pools. Will need to pay to rent a day bed (11-6). Staff are happy and attentive. Food is pretty basic but tasty! Love the 5 cans of wine!!Draws a curious crowd. I’ve enjoyed a fun time around the pool and also had occasions when people (read: the ladies) just be wasted. I prefer when people are there for a good time. Enjoy the diverse crowd and young/older mix, singles and couples. Atmosphere is pretty club ish… myself I always prefer a DJ and notice things like the same music mix tap being played two days consecutively.

The experience we had today was not fully satisfied because we couldn't find Juice at the store, only at the Bar and it was way too overpriced! Our kids was a little below the 48 inches and they didn't allow me to take them to the wave pool and made me go to another pool so they can swim ! It wasn't too bad of an experience the place just needs a little more work !

I've stayed here before over the years. Previous trips were better. The hotel is showing its age. My room was just ok. Carpet a little worn, no coffee makers in the room and the elevators have a scary squeak to them that made us all nervous.

i haven't been here since they changed from Delano but no complaints. It's exactly the same. Same rooms, same decor, just a different name.
There's no casino downstairs so it was definitely less smoky, not as noisy, and a nice place to stay at if you don't want that Vegas-style hustle and bustle. Parking is plenty and it's easy to access the rideshare area.
The suites are nice. I didn't end up using the living room but I appreciated that they had a wet bar. The bed was comfy and I could have laid around all day if the curtains weren't so terrible. Not only were they on tracks and not automated, there was no way to close the curtains 100%. Sunlight and street sounds easily penetrated the room. One thing I did love about the suite was the soaking tub. Grab some bubble bars and/or bath bombs from Lush and have yourself a nice soak. Bonus: 1.5 bathrooms.
All in all, W Las Vegas ain't too shabby. If you don't mind being further away from the center of The Strip, you can definitely relax here comfortably.

We upgraded for $50 a night from a 2 queen in Mandalay Bay to a 2 queen suite with a living room & extra toilet. I think it was worth it but a pullout couch would’ve been nice for the kids. The MB pools were great, didn’t go to the W pool. I do wish they provided floats though, there are so many left every day & I think they just resell them (for $35!). We went to CVS & got some for $6. They do have an inflation station, which was nice. Probably the only free thing, even coffee in the room was not included, which felt super cheap to me! I have never been to a hotel from a roadside motel to a luxury hotel that did not have free coffee. The best thing was the service though, I dropped part of an earring down the sink & called the “whatever, whenever” line. They sent maintenance right away. Nick was the nicest guy, got it out very quickly & even gave us a comped dinner! That was a very nice surprise. I would definitely stay there again. I do think the hotel should revisit their coffee situation though.

I really enjoyed my stay at the W. The rooms are a great size. The corner suite has a cool view. Everything was really nice. I liked the location a lot, super near the airport and the things I wanted to do.
Pros:
1: Very clean with neutral but elevated esthetic
2: airport is super close but the sound proofing is well done so it's a positive
3: two bathrooms were worth it
4: great (maybe best?) sport book
Cons:
1: no mini fridge for you, only for their criminally over priced drinks
2: location is a pro and a con. Its very easy to get in and out of the hotel. However, as it's on the beginning of the strip, everything north can be a hike. Very walkable to the stadium

This hotel was beautiful, just off the strip with plenty to do inside. The pool was amazing, very packed in the summer though! There is a small aquarium connected a little pricey for the size of it, but then again it is Vegas so it’s expected. Along with that there is a Swing Mini Golf club inside and it is very fun definitely recommend for teens and younger children.

Had a wonderful 5-nights stay here last week to celebrate my one year anniversary. Seven Stars check-in area is private and right by the separate Seven Stars’ valet area. We upgraded to the Colosseum Premium Suite. The suite is so spacious like an apartment, with a dining table, living room with big couch, King bedroom with two couch chairs & walk-in closet and a huge bathroom! There’s also a half bathroom by the dining area. The suite was chic and clean. Our only complaint is there was a knocking noise along the wall in the bedroom. I flagged this with concierge and security & an engineer came up but could not figure out the issue—even after we checked out, the issue was still occurring. Hope this has been fixed (room 6027).
This hotel is great—lots of dining options and is walkable to other casinos/shops. This place is always crowded with energetic vibes. Casino is huge! Love it here— we’ll be back!

Absolutely wonderful experience.
We stayed here for two nights and truly enjoyed every moment. We arrived around 12:30 pm and paid an additional $35 for early check-in, but it was well worth it as we were upgraded to an Octavius room with a built-in jacuzzi tub. I recommend to check in online using their portal before arriving here. You can skip a long line and complete check in process using a kiosk in the lobby. A $200 security deposit was required at check-in.
The room was very spacious and faced the pool area, offering a beautiful garden view. The hotel itself is massive and has the Forum Shops attached, which adds to the overall luxury experience. We loved exploring the property, it really feels like living in Rome, with epic and stunning architecture throughout.
They offer a very good buffet (around $100 per person), and I highly recommend signing up for Caesars Rewards to collect points. There's also a Starbucks on-site, perfect for quick coffee runs. The location is excellent, you can walk to most places on the Strip within minutes.
As a nice gesture, they extended our checkout time to 1:00 pm at no extra charge, which we really appreciated. Overall, this was an amazing stay, definitely worth the money and highly recommended.

🤬 Should no longer be considered a 5-star hotel!!! Got the biggest ick.
They no longer do plated in-room dining service. You get your food like any Uber eats order. No robes even though we stayed in a suite. Rooms look mid at best, no elegance. Checked in and the body wash dispenseer was completely empty. No fridge to use for storage, just a snack bar and small drink fridge for overpriced items which they monitor and charge you for. There's a coffee maker but to make coffee, you have to buy the coffee from the snack bar.
You're paying for the decor on the casino floor as the service and experience has gone down. Go elsewhere or go overseas where "5-star hotel" means something, especially at $300-$600 a night.
Upside is its "walking distance" to a lot of things/places. "Next door" means .5-1 mile walking, but it is next door.

Great anniversary and Christmas stay, but disappointed with room view
We spent 5 days here celebrating our 1-year anniversary and Christmas. The hotel is a bit pricey compared to others, but the location is unbeatable—right in the center of the Vegas Strip.
Our room had a nice stand-up shower and tub with jets, plus a double sink. However, the hotel wasn’t busy or full during our stay, yet we were given a room with a terrible view—just the top of an attached building. I had requested a better view and was really disappointed they couldn’t accommodate us when they had availability.
The view was my only complaint! My husband won $350 on the slot machines here—we never win in Vegas, so that was exciting! We had a wonderful anniversary and Christmas stay. We’ll definitely be back!

Its right in the middle of everything so youre able to walk most places or grab a cheap rideshare. The view from our room was incredible. The tub was huge and had jets. The casino is beautiful and the pool area is huge. They have a few different pools with cabannas and a sun dial.

If you're looking for a hotel with; great views, a quiet atmosphere, excellent service, a plethora of amenities/services/conveniences, friendly staff and a safe environment with easy access to explore the city, casinos, attractions and everything else Vegas has to offer.. this is an excellent choice. When you arrive you're immediately greeted by the staff and offered valet parking and bell service, the atmosphere of the hotel itself is vibrant and classy. The Signature at MGM Grand is perhaps one of the quietest and most relaxing resorts we've ever stayed at. You can rest assured that you can enjoy your stay without worry.. the security is very thorough, you can't even access the guest floors without a room key for that floor and if there's ever an issue, you get lost or need help for any reason at all, the staff and security are; quick to respond, friendly, patient and extremely professional.
There's a large array of amenities built right into the hotel; pools, restaurants (including a Starbucks), vending machines on every floor and you can walk right into the MGM Grand without ever stepping outside, giving you quick access to a near overwhelming number of attractions, shops and restaurants.
The hotel has a rideshare area and we never had to wait more than a few minutes for a pickup. There's also an excellent view of the sphere from Tower 1, it's practically right across the street. As far as the location goes, it doesn't get much better than this.. it's a short walking distance from all of the action and you can easily explore the area without the need to drive around.
There are so many accomodations and services I couldn't possibly list them all in this review without writing a small novel.
Overall, i'd definitely recommend The Signature if you want to see the best of Vegas and want a classy, safe and relaxing place to wind down after going out and about in the city.. our trip was made much more memorable and magical because of the experience we had staying here.

We had a corner penthouse suite on the 38th floor. The room was clean and very roomy. We were in tower 3 and it's only a short walk down Harmon Ave. and you're in the middle of the strip! It was nice to have a kitchen in the suite.
The staff is very friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend the Signature. It's nice to be away from the hustle and bustle of the strip but still close enough to walk there. I don't gamble so not having a casino on site was a nice change from the strip hotels too!

We stayed here for four nights. We were offered an upgrade at checkin for a good price & took it, the lady that checked us in was absolutely wonderful. So glad we did! We had a beautiful one bedroom with an awesome view of the sphere & strip from the 30th floor. Everything was perfect in the room. We called for dishes & silverware & it was brought up immediately. Housekeeping was wonderful.
I did read before booking about the walk & figured that it couldn't be so bad. I was wrong, it's the absolute only downside. We were in tower 3 & the walk through mgm is very long. You can also walk directly out of this tower to E Harmon, but it is still a long walk to Miracle Mile even though it looks close. Going out wasn't the issue, it was coming back when you're already tired. I probably wouldn't stay again just because of this, otherwise it is perfect.

I can definitely appreciate excellent customer service which we received from we exited our taxi and was greeted by the bellman. The Concierge, Joseph…was professional, friendly and accommodating!!
His service had set the tone and bar for this experience!! The security at the entrance of the guest elevators was a plus as comfort is important!
The Canyon Spa is beautiful, serene space… my Massage Therapist, Rhyan.. has therapeutic hands. I was so relaxed following my massage on the morning of my birthday that I just wanted to relax for the remainder of the day!!!!
Fitted with many stores and restaurants that if you desired, there was no need to go out.

I arrived.for the February 11 Backstreet Boys concert at the sphere as a vip. I arrived to the Palazzo and was greeted by Dwayne at the front desk. He was so kind and enthusiastic for me because of the concert. He recommended a few restaurants for me to try out like Wakuda and it was the most amazing sushi I have ever had. Dwayne also wanted me to have a nice view and was able to get me one! It was quite the experience to stay at that hotel but for Dwayne to personalize it for me meant everything! And for that, I will never forget this trip! And always stay at the Palazzo when I come to LV.

We had a wonderful stay at the Palazzo and would absolutely return. The front desk staff were friendly, welcoming, and very accommodating, which made check-in a smooth and pleasant experience. The location was incredibly convenient. We were in town for the Backstreet Boys concert at the Sphere, and everything we needed was just a short walk away, including great shopping and excellent dining options.
One feature I especially appreciated was the remote checkout. It made departure effortless and stress-free, which was the perfect way to end a great stay. Overall, the Palazzo offered comfort, convenience, and excellent service.

This was our second trip to Vegas. The first time we stayed at the Venetian July 11th and saw the Back Street Boys opening night. It was a bit overwhelming.
This second time around we stayed at the Palazzo instead and a couple observations.
Much quieter and relaxed on that side.
More adults less children.
Rooms were clean and quiet inside. Slept like babies.
Shower pressure was a bit low but overall well appointed and great view.
The Palazzo Casino was much mellower and Bar Luca is a fun cross section to people watch.
We were there over new years was some very gorgeous people.
It’s just easy and everything is so accessible.
Restaurants were on point as always.
We got married at Planet 13, what a blast and saw the Back Street Boys New Years show. We had a blast.
My number one ☝🏼 observation is how amazing the staff is. They are so friendly and easy to chat with. My wife and I really enjoyed the warmth and inactions we had with them. A hotel is absolutely nothing without an expert staff that knows how to connect with the visitors. From the housekeeping, security, janitorial staff, servers and show runners. The highest of Compliments to them. When we come back to stay there again, they will be why. 🙏🏼

It’s a small one, but it’s definitely worth having. Our room was very quiet, The TV has a nice selection of channels you’re able to sign into your own Netflix account and YouTube account. Morning, noon or night whenever you decide you want to eat, there is always a place open where you could get either good food or delicious food. Great selection of slot machines table games to play! The property is very clean, the staff very courteous and helpful. Plenty of shopping places. Or you can stay in your big comfortable room and do nothing, simply relax! It’s always busy there and there’s always something to do plenty of good entertainment to choose from. My husband and I had a great time there and we highly recommend staying there on your next trip to Vegas!

Experience was horrible. Upon arrival for a reservation that was paid for in advance, we were told our room was not ready and we would have to wait until 6 pm. we arrived at check in time which was 3 pm, they tried to make us wait until I raised Kane and asked for a manager and the corporate number. One hour later, they located a room only after I started complaining that it seemed all of the white patrons were getting rooms. Keep in mind I am standing at the front desk and can see and hear everything going on around me. They were getting the same type of room that we had reserved as well. We finally received a room which was not cleaned!!! A males underwear was left in the room, mirrors were dirty, no trash can liners , so I went to Walgreens and got cleaning supplies, so I would not catch anything. This was suppose to be a five star resort, but was more like a motel 6!!! The best part about staying here was checking out!! Now that I did give 10 stars. I reported it but I am sure no one will reach out especially since I mentioned it appeared the whites were receiving rooms first!!! I would never recommend or stay there again!

The Venetian is a stunning, old-school luxury Vegas hotel that really delivers on the “wow” factor. The rooms are beautiful, spacious and feel genuinely luxurious — one of the highlights of the stay. Even though the resort is massive and the corridors can be confusing at first, everything is well maintained and it never once felt unsafe, which I really appreciated.
The whole place has a classic Vegas feel — opulent, dramatic and a little over the top in the best way. The sunken lounges and grand common areas give it a glamorous, old-school vibe that you don’t really get in newer, more minimalist hotels.
The pool area is very nice and well set up, though it can get quite busy. That said, there are plenty of spots to relax, and the overall atmosphere is still enjoyable and feels like a proper Vegas resort experience.
Overall, I absolutely loved staying here. If you like luxury, big beautiful rooms, and that iconic Vegas feel, The Venetian is a great choice.

Spent a long weekend at the Venetian, beautiful hotel, and shopping center was really nice. Be aware once you enter the shopping areas you will be approached by Hilton vacations, telling you they work for the hotel. The hotel is not associated with them. They offer free, so-called tickets, but they hook you into attending timeshare presentations. Gondola rides inside are about 15 minutes, but it is a nice little break from everything else. We enjoyed ourselves. We also attended the Wizard of Oz at the sphere, that was a highlight of our stay. Great presentation in venue, Price more than a traditional movie ticket, but it is worth the experience.

My stay at Nobu Hotel at Caesars Palace over the Christmas holiday ended in a way that is honestly devastating.
Shortly after checking in, I discovered that the air conditioning in my room was not working. The room became unbearably hot—like a sauna—and I was forced to switch rooms. In the rush of relocating, I unknowingly left a diamond bracelet in the room safe.
I did not realize the bracelet was missing until I returned home and unpacked. I am 100% certain it was left inside the safe. I immediately contacted the hotel, completed all required lost item paperwork, and provided detailed information—including a professional appraisal with photos—showing the bracelet was mine. The bracelet is valued at $7,250.
Despite this, I was told the hotel could not check the safe because the room had already been reassigned to another guest. The bracelet was never recovered.
This was not just a piece of jewelry. It was my mother’s bracelet. She passed away in 2008, and this was the last piece of jewelry I had from her. Knowing that it is now gone forever is heartbreaking.
What makes this even worse is the complete lack of follow-up. I called multiple times and was repeatedly told a manager would contact me. No one ever did. Not a single call back.
Refusing to check the safe—especially when I had documentation and photos that would have made ownership clear—was unacceptable. The people who occupied the room after me clearly took the bracelet, and the hotel’s handling of this situation showed a shocking lack of care, urgency, or compassion.
For a luxury hotel operating at this price point, this level of service and responsibility is inexcusable. I trusted Nobu with my safety and belongings, and that trust was completely broken.
I will never stay here again.

This hotel inside a hotel is dated, small, and overpriced. We had a reservation for a king room. Upon arrival they said our room was given to someone else and only a double bed room was available. The A/C cut off every 15 minutes and required someone to go over to the panel and wave your hand in front of it for the A/C to come back on. The shower dial would not work so water only flowed out of the handheld wand, not the top rain head. The pillows smelled like body odor. The mini-bar was super expensive, left no room for a water bottle, and triggered a $75 charge if anything was moved or personal items were put in there. The hotel did offer a $150 credit, for a 4-night stay in the wrong room, at their Nobu restaurant. That was a disaster too. The bill for four people at the restaurant was $1,007 and we all left hungry. The food was okay, but super small quantity with quality only being marginally better than any normal sushi restaurant. What a disaster. We know better next time, but perhaps this can help someone else. You've been warned.

NOBU staff were very nice and friendly. Was moved here from Caesar's Palace after they oversold rooms and could not guarantee our reservation. The NOBU staff were very accommodating. The atmosphere is very quiet with calm music playing. In the morning they have complimentary tea and coffee. I enjoyed the tea selection- very unique flavors. The room had nice decor and the bed was comfortable. The robe was nice and the provided toiletry kit had a lot of thought put into it.

am very disappointed with how this situation was handled. I reported a gold necklace that I left inside the room immediately after checking out. At that time, no one had entered the room except housekeeping, which makes the situation very clear.
I want to be fair and state that the staff I spoke with were polite and friendly. However, despite this, I was repeatedly transferred to Lost & Found with no real investigation, no follow-up, and no accountability. The matter was never taken seriously.
For a hotel that markets itself as a luxury property, this level of handling is unacceptable. Guests should feel confident that belongings left in their rooms are treated seriously and that situations like this are handled professionally. Unfortunately, that was not my experience.
Because of this, I would not feel comfortable staying at this hotel again.

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE! After an eight hour drive we were frustrated that we added another hour trying to find our way from the garage through the casino to Nobu and getting checked in which was on the 72nd floor. The room was decent, but overlooked a rooftop with vents and ducts. There were dusty nightstands and gross remote control dirt but the bedding was wonderful. Too bad we couldn't sleep as the room was situated above or below one of their bars which had music so loud that we could hear the thumping bass and drums non stop, vibrating on our pillows. It was absolutely maddening and ruined our stay. The noise in general is deafening with blaring music throughout the hotel and casino, even outside, even at 6am, so having to deal with the noise in our room was unacceptable. Despite reporting this twice, there was no follow through. Also, our thermostat kept kicking off and defaulting to a higher temp so we awoke during the night with the room too warm and stuffy. This too was reported, the second time the front desk responded, "what would you like me to do?" Really? Incidentally, these calls to the front desk were from my cell because when I used the phone in the room (only one of two worked) to call the front desk, concierge, guest services, and housekeeping - no one answered, ever. Oh, and be prepared to get up and dressed, and take the elevator to the 72nd floor for a cup of coffee because they charge you if you use the coffee provided in the room. I paid to stay at Nobu, which I thought was a more upscale hotel but it turned out to be no better - and even worse - than the likes of a Hampton Inn. A huge disappointment and marred our few days in Vegas.

I just wrapped up a great stay at Vdara and honestly, it’s a game-changer if you’re staying in Vegas for more than a couple of days.
The Highlights:
- Smooth Start: Checked in online and used a digital key to go straight to my room. Super easy.
- Solid Security: Staff watches the elevators and you need your key to move them, so I felt very safe the whole time.
- The Room: Huge for the strip! Having a kitchen area with a stove, microwave, and a personal mini-fridge (not just the snack-bar ones) is awesome for saving some cash on food. The bathroom is also a win with a massive soaking tub.
- Location: No casino inside (which is nice and quiet), but Aria is a 2-minute walk away. Plus, the bridges to Bellagio and Cosmo make grabbing dinner anywhere else a breeze.
A Couple of Notes:
- The spa massages were wonderful and the staff was super friendly. However, the spa facility is a bit smaller than others in town and had a couple of maintenance issues like a ceiling leak. Also, a suggestion for management: an 80-minute massage option would be the perfect middle ground between the 50 and 100-minute sessions!
- Some of the furniture is looking a little dated/worn, but it didn't really take away from the stay. Overall, if you want space and a kitchen without leaving the Strip, this is the spot. I’ll definitely be back!

This hotel offers a great value for the proximity to casinos and other attractions. The staff is friendly and accommodating. The location is a little off the main strip, but highly accessible otherwise. The rooms are spacious and some have good views of the surrounding scenery. Overall a good stay. Vdara is strategically located at the City Center adjacent to Aria, Crystal Shops, The Cosmopolitan and Waldorf Astoria. It's also connected to Park MGM and Bellagio via walkways. Although it's at the hub of the Strip, it's actually away from Las Vegas Blvd hence less traffic noise from the room.
A portion of the rooms are actually individually owned but managed by MGM. Unit 16032 has great views of the Sphere among other things. It's close to the elevators so there's more noise from the foot traffic but tolerable. The studio layout conveniently separates the entrance with a dining table and kitchenette, a sitting area and the sleeping quarter and the bathroom. It is a good balance between a hotel and an apartment. There's no casino, which is another plus although Aria is just a short walk away with all the actions and restaurants. The best part is you could go to any MGM Resorts' restaurants and charged it to the room.
The marketplace on the first floor serves beverages, sandwiches and pastries. There's also Starbucks and a bar lounge. Cleaning is not included for the stay but is available at a fee and additional towels, robes or kitchenware can be requested through housekeeping. Another advantage is the fact that valet parking is complementary (please tip the attendant), and there's no resort fees, saving $70+ per night.

What a fantastic place. Rooms ironically feel a little dated but linen and pillows are awesome. The property is super clean and easy to navigate. The little store downstairs is 24/7 and a little spendy but super convenient. The property is feet away from Aria which has the Casino if you are into that which is what sets this place apart, no casino. Believe me, it makes a difference and in a positive way. If you want to game, it is a 3min walk.

This hotel is a convenient option if you’re looking to avoid the smoke/noises of a normal Casino lobby. Check in was easy, you can easily access the Bellagio, Aria, and Cosmopolitan within a short walk. Stayed at the panoramic suite room 001 on the 14th floor. The room was spacious, great views, and for the most part clean. There aren’t a lot of restaurant options here, but easily accessible near by. You can also have food delivered to your room, they provide easy ordering with a detailed digital menu. Being right over the Aria Tram, we were subject to pretty heavy road noise. Not terrible, but you will for sure hear everyone on a motorcycle or with a custom exhaust. I personally will try another location on my next visit to explore, but I do recommend this hotel. Hopefully the spa its known for is functional when you arrive. If not Aria right across the street is an alternative.

Had a great experience at the ARIA. Perfect location for the south end of the strip. The reception desk people were fast and efficient and super nice. ARIA Resort & Casino – Las Vegas
We spent a good amount of time gambling at ARIA during our trip. The overall vibe of the casino is modern, clean, and upscale, and the atmosphere felt energetic without being chaotic. The layout is easy enough to navigate, and the people around us—both staff and other guests—were friendly and relaxed, which definitely helped the experience.
That said, luck wasn’t on our side. We didn’t win much while gambling, which happens, but what really stood out was the lack of service from the waitstaff. During the time we were playing, we were never offered a drink—not even a quick pass-by check-in. In Vegas, that’s a noticeable miss, especially compared to other casinos where service is much more attentive.
Despite that, the casino itself still has a good feel to it. It’s visually appealing, not overly loud, and attracts a decent crowd without feeling sketchy or run-down. You can tell ARIA is aiming for a more polished, upscale experience, and for the most part, it delivers on that front.
Overall, there are better casinos in Vegas when it comes to gambling experience and service, but ARIA wasn’t horrible by any means. Good vibe, friendly people, just fell short on service and payouts for us. Worth checking out, but not the top of my list.

Aria is art the hub of the strip, next to Vdara, Cosmopolitan and Waldorf Astoria (used to be Mandarin Oriental). If you're driving, the self park is a bit tricky to find. Instead of entering Aria into your GPS, you should use Crystal Shops instead. The bridge from the parking structure to the hotel is located on the 2nd level. I booked via Amextravel.com and was promised an upgrade when I called a day prior too confirm the reservation but Allen, the check-in staff at the reception was not friendly, the reply was curt when I inquired about the upgrade. The room is nice with smart curtains and a bedside tablet. However, no coffee machine nor bottled water is provided in the room, unless you pay for it. The fridge is primarily used for in-room bar drinks for purchase, you can't use it at all for your own items. And there's an additional charge for housekeeping to provide one for your own use. I forgot my tooth brush and requested it but was told they don't have any (no big deal, there's a CVS a block away). The location is very convenient, it's in the middle of the Strip with easy access to Las Vegas Blvd. There're connecting walkways to the other nearby resorts as well as the Crystal Shops. Several restaurants on-site, although you could go to any restaurants part of MGM Resorts group and charge it to the room, which is nice if you have any F&B credits.

I've stayed in several hotels along and off the strip, Aria was, by far, my favorite. Its up to date, clean and close to everything! In cooler temps there are 3 hot tubs and a heated pool. The elevators were fantastic, as crazy as that sounds! I've been to places where only one was working and I'd wait forever....not here. They were instant!

I am going to start by saying my husband and I are just normal people who splurged on the Bellagio for our 20th anniversary. No high rollers here.. We hadn't even been to Vegas in 17 years. But, from the moment we stepped in, we were treated like we were VIPs. Wine at check in, gracious staff. And then, when asked if we were in town for something special and we said our 20th, and added our first dance had been in front of the fountains (we were married in Vegas), the front desk clerk, Meera, sounded genuinely excited to have us back and called to upgrade our room, which was fountain view, to a higher floor. Then she excused herself to get something else for us and came back with a rose, which was sweet, and I was so excited for that. But she also handed us a voucher for $150 in food and drinks, so we were actually able to enjoy a wonderful brunch at Lago in front of the fountains. Pure class all the way from the Bellagio. I hardly wanted to leave the room when the fountains were on. Forget Sphere, it was fine, but the fountains are the best show in Vegas. It certainly won't be another 17 years before we return, and we will always stay at the Bellagio now, fountain view of course. It was a magical stay, thanks to the staff and care at Bellagio.

From the moment you walk through the doors, the Bellagio’s atmosphere sets the tone. The casino floor is lively without feeling overwhelming. It’s spacious, clean, and well laid out, making it easy to enjoy the gaming options or simply take in the energy of the space. The Bellagio manages to balance excitement with sophistication in a way few resorts do.
One of the highlights is the Conservatory, which transforms throughout the year with new seasonal themes. Each display is beautifully crafted and worth a visit every time you’re in town. It’s one of the most photographed spots in Las Vegas for a reason.
No visit to the Bellagio is complete without watching the fountains. Whether you catch them during the day or at night, the choreography of water, music, and light is always impressive and never gets old.

Great location and iconic hotel to stay at. Friendly staff. Ridiculously long lines at checkin for some reason.
The suite we had was huge, with proper blackout curtains with remote controls and automated+heated toilet was a nice extra.
Shower head was way too small; not having a rain shower really decreased the “luxury” experience.
No breakfast included in the hotel, so you have to queue up at a restaurant (1.5h if you don’t reserve in advance).
No allergens on any of the menus.
Casino floor is big with a lot of tables. 95% of blackjack tables are 6:5 with $50 minimums, rare to find a 3:2 below $100.
Walkable distance from CVS and places like Cosmopolitan and Caesar’s Palace.
Overall we enjoyed it but will probably book elsewhere next time.

Spent two nights at Bellagio in November 2025 and was a bit underwhelmed by the stay. Rooms were nothing over the top or special and, overall, the place is starting to show her age a bit. We had a two queen room in the main tower that had been renovated, but the room just isn't up to par with places like Wynn/Encore. I was expecting a bit more. Dining options are ok, not great. We're not overly fancy eaters, so the lack of casual dining establishments was known going in, but left a lot to be desired. The weather was nice and the pool was full the few days we were there. Pool was nice and up to par. We were on a two nights in Vegas, two nights out and about the desert, and then back to Vegas for two more nights. We were booked back at Bellagio for the second two nights, but canceled and booked Wynn instead. If I'm staying mid-Strip in the future, I'm probably sticking with Cosmo or Vdara.

I especially love the Bellagio Conservatory & Botanical Gardens—each season features a unique and beautiful decoration. It’s always my go-to spot for check-in photos during holidays and special occasions.
The parking is spacious and convenient, with easy access in and out, making it stress-free even during busy times.
Overall, this is my favorite destination whenever family members visit from out of town. We always come here to enjoy the atmosphere, sightseeing, and shopping together.

This was my first stay at Crockfords, and I want to highlight something important: Zach at the front desk made a remarkable difference!
After a long flight, my wife and I arrived tired, and Zach was exactly the kind of person you hope to meet at check‑in: calm, welcoming, and genuinely focused on helping guests feel cared for. His attentiveness and effort to get us settled quickly set the tone for our entire stay. (@Crockfords management: Please make sure Zach knows he stands out with his excellent service!)
Our room was excellent—spotless, spacious, and with great city views. The high ceilings made it feel like a real retreat.
We also loved Alle Lounge 66. The cocktails were great, and Joseph Soul’s live performance added real energy and ambiance to the evening. (@Lounge 66: Joseph is someone worth bringing back as a regular)
Overall, we’d absolutely recommend Crockfords. We’ll be returning on future trips to Vegas!

I've stayed at the Crockfords three times now and it remains one of my favorite Las Vegas hotels, if not my favorite. I've had three different styles of rooms and they each have been very fun. The one in my photo is near the Resorts World sign at the top of the building on floor 66 and I just think it's so cool to see the sign through the window!! I tend to come during the off season, so the rooms have been quiet and I rarely run into anyone. The bathrooms are beautiful and each one of the three styles of rooms has been well equipped with a shower and stand alone tub. Their toiletries smell delightful, and the dental kits and manicure kits are appreciated. I love the drapes that can be controlled with a button, and the multitude of lighting options. They even had a section of the mini fridge that can be used for personal use, a rarity in Vegas. Be careful with everything around the mini bar! I love that I can get a credit for food in the casino, and I have stopped by the light snacks that they offer for breakfast and feel there is something for everyone. I've always had excellent service at the front desk, and when I'm not in a hurry I love wandering around and checking out all the artwork. It's stunning. I brought my elderly mom by and she was just so amazed by all the art everywhere. She couldn't believe how beautiful the room and bathroom were. I spend all of my free Hilton nights here and will continue to do so, as I feel like royalty when I come here. The valet team has always been helpful, and the bell team has brought up my suitcases during times when I have heavy bags. I'm a Hilton fan girl overall, and being a Diamond member helps, but I really love this hotel, it's location, and all of the things Resorts World has to offer.

My wife and I stayed at Crockfords for one night while in Vegas and were very happy with our stay. To our delight, we received a complimentary upgrade for our room upon check in. Our room is on a higher floor of the building, well maintained and has a gorgeous view over the strip.
We really appreciated the staff's attentiveness during our stay: I forgot to bring our tickets for the concert we were going to. I really appreciated the people working at the lobby during that time (Rebecca the janitor and the associate at the front desk) for assisting me and printing out the form I needed to request my tickets to be reprinted.
We also went to the Zouk nightclub after our concert at a hotel nearby. Kaskade killed it as usual. The location of this hotel is very convenient for us.
Next time I am in Vegas, Crockfords will definitely be one of my top choices because of the nice room, attentive staff and convenient location.

I have previously stayed at Paris and NYNY. I decided this time to go with Cosmopolitan, I booked a fountain view suite with a terrace.
Check in was very easy using the MGM app and we had a room on the 30th floor in the Chelsea Tower. I was very impressed with the room, I thought it looked a little tight and cluttered on the pictures but it isn’t. It was spacious, clean and the views from the balcony were amazing. Good wardrobe space, an empty fridge, good quality tv’s and a comfy bed and sofa.
The bathroom was large with a tub, a walk in shower and two sinks, again very spacious.
The bed was comfortable, I liked how easy it was to control the lighting from the bed area.
The lifts were efficient and we rarely had to wait more than 30 seconds for a lift to arrive.
They have some good food options on level 2 and the hotel was exceptionally clean.
We didn’t really have any encounters with the staff as we checked in and out using the app, housekeeping did a good job and I was more than happy to tip them.
I will definitely consider staying at the Cosmo again.

The Cosmopolitan truly exceeded expectations! From the moment we arrived, the hotel felt modern, stylish, and alive with energy. Our room was absolutely beautiful — spacious, well-designed, and with that signature attention to detail that makes the Cosmo feel like a step above. Everything from the bedding to the bathroom setup felt luxurious and thoughtfully put together.
The casino was fantastic as well, with a great variety of machines, table games, and updated equipment that made the experience smooth and enjoyable. It never felt outdated or overcrowded, and the whole space was clean, lively, and fun without being overwhelming.
A huge positive standout was the staff. Every interaction — from the front desk to housekeeping to the casino team — was truly great. Everyone was friendly, helpful, and made sure we had what we needed. It makes such a difference when a property not only looks good but runs well because of the people behind it.
Overall, highly recommend the Cosmopolitan for anyone looking for a stylish, well-run, and exciting place to stay in Vegas. Looking forward to coming back!

Great location but vaping is now the new smoking. At least in the past hotels used to be smoke free - now a lot of these hotels are just vaping ashtrays. If you don't like 2nd hand smoke of any kinda, I would avoid this hotel completely (head to the Bellagio instead). If you love smoking - this is your place to go!

This was my 5th stay at the Cosmopolitan, and somehow, it still managed to outdo all the previous ones.
I booked through Amex Platinum, which gave us access to VIP check-in, and from the very start the experience felt elevated. A special shout-out to the wonderful lady at the front desk who went above and beyond and upgraded us to a Fountain View room - a gesture that truly made our trip unforgettable.
Watching the New Year’s Eve fireworks from our room was pure magic - hands down one of the best experiences of our lives. The view, the energy of the Strip, and the comfort of the room came together perfectly.
A big thank you to the Cosmo team for making this New Year so special. Already looking forward to my next stay.

What a wonderful hotel. First, this is non smoking hotel and Casino. Smells clean, is clean. Jaye front desk gave us service above and beyond what we expected! Quick and courteous check in, found us a strip view room with a very comfy king sized bed. Our room 27317 was pin clean to hats off to the hotel staff who cleaned our room. I cant stress how clean looking and smelling our room was. Best part is out clothes didn't reek of cigarettes like in every other Casino! This is stellar hotel property in Las Vegas and deserves a visit!! Thank you #ParkMGM !!

From the time we stepped into the hotel we were treated like VIP. We received excellent service. The room was magnificent. We extended our stay there with no issue. Will be visiting again. One of the eating areas there is called Eataly it's a bunch of restaurants and the layout is like your walking the streets of Italy. It gets very very busy and crowded in that area. We didn't eat there but the food looked and smelled good. Primrose is another restaurant located in the lobby area. Very upscale, very organized and absolutely wonderful food and service.

I’ll start with the positives
The room was really nice and the bed was very comfortable!
Also the location was great!
Sadly on to the negatives..
I had multiple members of staff lie to me about the payments that would be taken.
This left me with no money for food or drinks and made me have to go to the check in desk twice a day for my whole trip.
I was out there for business so this made my trip far more stressful than it needed to be.
Then on my day of checkout I was told I would have the payments I questioned refunded within 3-5 business days and if I wanted to speed it up I would have to contact my bank.
So I tried to get hold of my bank who said it was the hotel that has to release it and they couldn’t do anything.
I couldn’t have cared less if they made a mistake and fixed it but they didn’t, they lied to me about it and I had to do the running around to attempt to resolve the issue that had left me with no food or beverages.
These are the reasons my review is only 2 stars.
I would recommend if you want a comfortable bed and a nice room.
I wouldn’t recommend if you want an easy stress free time.
Unfortunately I would not visit again after this experience.

We stayed here for F1 weekend. It's the top few floors of The Park MGM and is supposed to be more boutique and European. We had a king suite with two rooms. It had hardwood floors, a bathtub, shower, and toilet that was at the front of the room. Overall it was good and we'd try staying here again.
The issues we had were the walls were super thin and we could hear everything going on in the room next to us and above us. It was odd. I had requested a few things for my wife's birthday and when I arrived it wasn't there. I notified the front desk and they acted like I was making it up? I had to show them the emails and it seemed like an inconvenience for them. They did get it taken care of though after showing emails, etc.
We're hoping it's just due to the F1 weekend so we'll give it another chance down the road. Beds were comfortable, views were great, and location was solid.

TL:DR Version--A very nice, non-smoking, semi-boutique hotel on the Strip, at a reasonable (but not inexpensive price).
Longer version: The NoMad is a semi-boutique hotel situated in the top floors of the Park MGM Hotel towards the southern end of the Strip (across from NYNY, near the Aria and not too far from the Bellagio). The rooms and very, very nice, and sizable. Beds are quiet and comfortable, and the claw-foot tub in the main bedroom was a nice addition. The hotel (and the Park MGM) are both non-smoking, which is a huge plus compared to when we went to shows at the Bellagio and Venetian, which reeked of smoke. Check-in is easy (and, if you are driving up, separate from the check-in for the Park MGM). The decor of both the reception area, the hallways, and the rooms is very dark; I get the impression they're trying to create an ambience. Food options are somewhat limited; unless you leave the property you're limited to a small number of extremely expensive restaurants or places huddled around what they call "Eately", an Italian-themed semi-food-court. Food there is actually quite good, but it's also not cheap. There's also not much in terms of happenings at the resort; no shows, no large shopping areas, so it doesn't have the "wow" factor of the more expensive places like Venetian or Bellagio, nor is there much to do if you don't gamble and aren't into vastly overpriced drinks in the bars. Would I stay there again if I came back to Vegas? Absolutely, but with the understanding that I'd need to walk or Uber to find things to do beyond the casino.

In my opinion, the Wynn is easily one of the best hotels on the Las Vegas Strip. The vibes are unmatched—it’s modern, sharp, clean, and has the best overall ambiance in town. The bars and restaurants are fantastic (though the buffet was a bit of a letdown for us). Between the atmosphere and having the best shows in Vegas, this is officially my go-to spot. I’ll definitely be staying here on my next trip!

Wynn is undeniably gorgeous, with stunning architecture and an impressive collection of high-end designer boutiques. The ambiance is luxurious and visually striking—exactly what one expects from a property of this caliber. However, the overall experience felt somewhat overrated given the price point.
After many phone calls prior to arrival, I was clearly told that pets were not allowed. To my surprise, once at the hotel I saw numerous guests with pets of all sizes—on leashes, in strollers, and freely walking through the property. This inconsistency was confusing and disappointing.
At check-in, we were informed that our assigned room was on the 5th floor and were encouraged to pay an additional $100 per night to upgrade to a higher floor. Considering the room rate was already close to $500 per night, this felt unnecessary and off-putting.
We were also not provided complimentary water upon check-in, and purchasing water on property was extremely expensive—around $11 per bottle. Café Al Teatro, while beautiful, was consistently overcrowded and overpriced, with staff clearly stretched thin, resulting in very long wait times.
That said, the room service and housekeeping staff were wonderful and did their best to be welcoming and accommodating. Unfortunately, much of the burden seems to fall on the staff who clean and serve the rooms, while other guest-facing areas like concierge felt less warm and attentive than expected.
Overall, Wynn is visually stunning and luxurious, but the service and value did not fully match the hype. A beautiful hotel, yes—but one that could greatly improve consistency, guest care, and value for the price.

The Wynn is a very nice hotel. The rooms are spacious, well designed and clean. Staff are friendly and helpful. Our room had a cool view of the sphere and alexa makes turning lights, opening curtains etc a breeze. Would definitely recommend.

First time staying at the hotel as the Walldorf Astoria having stayed a couple of times (and loved it) as the Mandarin Oriental.
The changes are more than just the name. The lobby is now on the ground floor and my friend remembered that, what was dark and foreboding, is now light and airy. The hallways and rooms are similarly brighter and more modern looking although otherwise unchanged (a good thing) with comfortable beds, a great bath, good shower etc
We checked in at 1:30pm and our upgraded room was available for us even though other folks were being asked to wait for their rooms to be ready.
We checked out the pool area and it's a pleasant oasis in the city. There were very few people there at 4pm on a Thursday afternoon in January (!) but it's great. The gym looked well-equipped too though no sauna in the changing rooms (that requires access to the spa).
The hallways smell great and there's a calmness throughout the hotel. Our room (#1809) has been very quiet too with only the occasional loud muffler noise from the Strip.
The absence of a casino, smoking just cement this as my being my favorite hotel in Las Vegas.

The location is great. The hotel is quiet and peaceful. The staff are friendly, but not particularly helpful.
I come to Vegas 10 times a year for work and usually stay at the Four Seasons. I prefer the Waldorf, but had a frustrating experience. I shipped items in advance of my stay and confirmed the protocols with the team. I needed these items for the marketing event I was hosting, so it was stressful when nothing arrived. Every day, I checked with front desk in the morning and in the evening. They kept saying they did not have anything.
I reached out to the hotel after my stay and they were able to find my packages in a matter of minutes. The hotel manager Ozzy said he would be sure to review protocols with the staff, suggesting that perhaps protocols were not followed. He then asked me if I wanted to charge my room to ship the items back with me. I found that more appalling - I had confirming the shipping protocols in advance, paid $200 to ship these items 2day UPS so that they would arrive in time, checked in daily to try to locate the packages, and then have to pay more to return the packages that they could not locate during my stay? Just on principle, that didn’t sit well with me.

I was a big fan of the Mandarin Oriental and had never been back since it changed to a Waldorf Astoria. That was until New Years 2026. I was surprised and impressed at how well this hotel has transitioned into a Waldorf. The rooms, the service, the spa and everything else that goes with the hotel is amazing. It’s the best place to be on the strip without being on the strip. Non gaming and non smoking is key to this vegas experience. Add to that the location to access everything else that is Vegas makes it the perfect way to do vegas and have a retreat from all that.
The only downside was on our first day. We left our room for hours and hours and yet it wasn’t made up by housekeeping until we called multiple times and spent more time in the bar to let them access the room. We are talking 6pm. That was a bummer.
They quickly corrected that though and the service was flawless after that. I do believe they, like many other companies, are experiencing staffing issues which I totally understand. The fact that they corrected the problem and impressed me afterwards gained my five star review. Thank you. I can’t wait to visit again.

In City Center at the heart of the strip, the Waldorf Astoria is a true gem. Gorgeous hotel, beautiful expansive rooms, exceptional service and very good f&b offerings. The spa is very nice, with plenty of thermal features and a whirlpool that overlooks the strip. Services are on par with a luxury hotel, well worth taking a day away from the bustling activity outside. One caveat: this is not a gaming hotel, but Aria is adjacent to the property. I appreciate the fact that there is no casino there, as it reinforces the hotel's poshness and exclusivity. Will definitely stay at the Waldorf again.

Let me start by saying I truly don’t understand the criticism this hotel receives. Fontainebleau is absolutely stunning, luxurious, elegant, and thoughtfully designed. The way they incorporate their signature bow tie everywhere is carefully designed into every part of the property. I previously stayed here with a friend and loved it so much that I chose to return for my anniversary. During my first visit, we experienced the spa, which was nothing short of exceptional. On this most recent stay, I visited with my husband for his first trip to Las Vegas, and he already can’t wait to come back—specifically to Fontainebleau. The restaurants are among the best on the Strip, and between the top-tier dining and free parking, there’s really no reason to venture elsewhere. Our room offered breathtaking views of the Sphere and the Strip, unlike anything I’ve experienced before. The hotel’s high ceilings and smoke-free environment make a noticeable difference; it feels open, fresh, and far more comfortable than many other Vegas properties.
This is, without question, the nicest hotel I’ve ever stayed at. While some may mention the location, I found it perfectly fine, especially considering that most people Uber between hotels anyway. Lastly, I feel the hotel is reasonably priced for how high end it is. I would highly recommend Fontainebleau and look forward to returning again.

It is an amazing hotel and great experience. Rooms are very clean, updated. Bathrooms are amazing, we were at the 52nd floor, and water pressure was much better than any hotel I ever stayed, even better then my house. They provide from razor and shaving cream to mouth wash. Soaps, body wash, even toilet paper is very luxurious. Bath robs, omg, lets talk about resisting to temptation to pack one of those, luckily if you have the budget, they sell them in their store 2nd or 3rd floor, can't remember. We did not had the budget for it at the time. Wearing one of those after a hot shower it feels like you are 8 y.o again and your mom is hugging you...
Bed is very soft and firm same time, come and learn what a "heavenly bed" really is, Westin.
Casino....If you watch any of the review videos, so many complaint about the casino, it being very basic. I played in multiple different casinos in the strip, and I lost around $20 total... guess what? I won around $32 in the fountain blue, so I loved their casino, basic or not...
I definitely will stay again here, and will certainly visit the casino, may be I will play more than $10 this time to win little bigger...
I wish there was a coffee machine or complimentary tea, in the room or lobby. I saw multiple people in their bathrobes at the coffee place in second floor, and I can not blame them, I want to drink a coffee when I get off the bed firs thing, even before putting my socks.

I had an amazing stay at Fontainebleau and would absolutely come back. From the moment you walk in, the hotel smells incredible — the aroma alone sets the tone. The staff were consistently kind and helpful, and the entire property felt clean and well taken care of. There’s plenty to do without even leaving the building, with shopping, restaurants, and a full casino all inside the hotel.
The room itself was a standout. The automatic lights and curtains felt next-level, and the bathroom was huge — a large soaking tub, separate shower and toilet, and plenty of space to get ready. The bed was honestly one of the most comfortable I’ve ever slept on; it felt like sinking into a cloud.
There are a couple of drawbacks to be aware of: the soundproofing isn’t great, so you can hear activity in the hallways, especially louder guests or early-morning cleaning crews. Also, the mini-fridge is fully stocked with paid items, which means there’s no room to store your own food or leftovers.
The location is a bit removed from the main strip, but getting an Uber or driving over was quick and easy.
Despite the minor cons, my overall experience was excellent. The comfort, quality, and service made it a 5-star stay for me. I’d definitely return.

Valet service is too fast!!!!!!! I arrived at about 6:30pm on a concert night btw. I understand they have to move people however I don't want to be rushed so much that I forget something Which...I did...so then you have to take time to get valet and get back to your car. Room service was one hour late and not hot even though it was in a fancy heater thing when it arrived and I paid $100 for it..however coffee was HOT AND DELICIOUS and the Brioche French toast flavor and poached eggs were delicious but cold. I paid ahead for a concert and room bundle and they couldn't find it in their system which was just over $800 then I was charged again over $700 when I arrived. Their Leisure department had to look into it and half was refunded and the other for "incidentals" refunded upon check out. The room and hotel are Breathtaking! They handled my complaint in a timely manner. Staff very helpful and respectful. The rooms are beautiful, comfortable, luxurious, robes..alcohol..munchies..tub and shower. Rooms are quiet. Beautiful view. I would visit again!

The front desk staff was incredibly helpful and welcoming from the moment we arrived, which set a positive tone for our entire stay. Our room was consistently clean and well maintained, allowing us to fully relax and enjoy our time. Whether due to the season or simply the hotel’s atmosphere, it was pleasantly quiet, which made our stay even more enjoyable and peaceful. I’m so glad I chose this hotel for my birthday getaway, it truly exceeded my expectations. Throughout our stay, we felt safe, comfortable, and well taken care of.
We also loved the variety of restaurants located within the hotel. Papi Steak was a standout—definitely try the Briefcase Steak. The presentation was incredibly unique, complete with music, and unlike anything we’ve experienced at other restaurants. Another favorite spot was Le “Bonbon” at Fontainebleau, which quickly became my go-to coffee stop. They always had the best matcha, and it was the perfect way to start our days.
Without a doubt, I would happily choose this same hotel again the next time I visit Las Vegas.

Incredible Room Upgrade & Early Check-in, but Bring a Wetsuit!
I had a really interesting stay at the Westgate. There were some major wins and a few "chilly" downsides to keep in mind.
The Great:
Check-in Flexibility: I arrived way before the standard time, and they were able to get me into a room at 9:00 AM for a very reasonable small fee. This was a lifesaver!
The Upgrade: To my surprise, they upgraded us for free to a massive "party" suite. It was big enough for 6 people even though there were only 2 of us. It was clean, spacious, and felt very high-end.
The Not-So-Great:
The Pool: This was the biggest disappointment. The water was freezing. Even with the sun out, it was too cold to actually enjoy.
Location: If you want to be in the heart of the action, be prepared to spend. It is quite far from the "center" of the Strip. We ended up spending a lot of extra money on the monorail and ride-shares just to get to the popular areas.
Summary:
If you get a good deal and don't mind a short commute to the Strip, the rooms and service here are fantastic. Just don't plan on a long swim unless you like ice baths!

I stayed at the Westgate in Las Vegas this last weekend for NFL Wild Card Weekend and it was absolutely great.
We got a booth for watching the games at the Sports Book and the service was amazing. From the cashiers to the waitresses, the service was great. We even got to meet one of the managers of the sportsbook, John Murray, who went out of his way to check on us and see if everything was good.
Aside from the sportsbook, the blackjack and casino tables were great. All the dealers I had were very interactive, fun, and entertaining. We got to play with Laurie, Ron, Maria, Gretchen, Shekila, and many more that were all so much fun to play blackjack with.
I couldn't recommend this hotel more for sports and casino needs. The rooms were clean and in great shape. The monorail is right outside and takes you directly to the main stops on the strip.

Best hotel ive stayed at ever. The rooms were spacious and perfectly kept up with and the whole casion had a variety of time killing activities. Had some crazy amazing help from an overly helpful security guard Gabriel Cullen, had a hard time finding my room a bit but that man was guiding me around especially to the crazy pool they have he really showed me how spacious it was and what the casio had to offer and made the experience of feeling safe and being there ultra enjoyable. Gabriel made everything unforgettable and will be getting his help always. Will be my top stay any time im here in the city and all the shoutouts to the security guard Gabriel for being the ultra best worker.

Sachi is absolutely awesome! From the moment we were seated, she made us feel so welcome with her warm smile and kind attitude. She was incredibly knowledgeable and even shared the history of Benihana with us, which made the experience feel extra special and unique. Her service was attentive, friendly, and genuine—she truly went above and beyond to make our visit memorable.
Chef Zhanhing was equally amazing—exceptionally talented, funny, witty, and very amusing! He kept us laughing while putting on an incredible show, and the food was cooked to perfection.
Together, Sachi and Chef Zhanhing made our experience unforgettable. Thank you both for such a wonderful night—we can’t wait to come back!

Made my first trip to Vegas about a week ago and was overall satisfied with the experience at Westgate. Always heard that they give you that old Vegas feeling compared to these new hotels/casinos. Rooms were nice and well kept. The customer service was excellent. I spoke with Artem Yermolov and he helped explain their loyalty program and what benefits I would be able to get for my stay. He helped with show tickets for The King Comes Home which was great to see! Definitely recommend staying at Westgate if you want that old Vegas feeling that everyone talks about.
