I am having a wonderful experience at Seaview Hotel. I stayed here 2 years ago and this time around my experience is even better than before. The staff is very friendly and always going the extra mile to make us feel welcome, making our stay at the hotel even more pleasant. The food is absolutely delicious, especially the breakfast buffet in particular. A big thank you to Pai Pai for making my second experience at the hotel even better than the first and for being so hospitable. Along with the rest of the staff Ben, Si Tha, Narda, Moon, Ko Khart, Leo and Myo thank you for your great service.
I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a home away from home.

We had a great view of the sea from our room. Decent place. The breakfast is lavish and wholesome.
Something that offended me was the 3000 THB they took at the reception when my entire trip was paid for in advance. The manager at the reception Dadagn was rude and not too friendly (perhaps a wrong position in a 4 star hotel) when I suggested that the deposit was a sign of mistrust and demoralising from a guest’s point of view. He just said that’s how it is here…😟

Beautiful, quiet, and very clean hotel with a charming, slightly classic feel. We stayed here for about two weeks and really enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere. Breakfast was tasty and satisfying, the pool was spotless, and the poolside bar served excellent drinks. The only small downside was that the reception and restaurant staff weren’t very friendly — we didn’t get a “hello,” “good morning,” or a smile during our stay — but this didn’t affect our overall experience. If you want to escape the hustle and bustle of Patong and are traveling with family, this hotel offers great value for money and a comfortable stay.

Absolutely Incredible Experience & Highly Recommended!
We’re currently staying at Seaview Patong Hotel for two weeks, and everything has been absolutely amazing. I can’t speak highly enough of the staff , Pai Pai, in particular, has gone above and beyond to ensure we’re having the best experience possible. Her service has been outstanding.
Special mention also goes to Ben, Si Tha, and Narda , they’re all incredibly efficient, friendly, and consistently deliver top-tier service. The trainees (Moon, Ko Khart, Leo, and Myo) have also been exceptional, showing the same level of dedication and hospitality.
Coming from South Africa, we honestly don’t want to leave this place truly feels like home. Thank you for making our stay so special. I wholeheartedly recommend Seaview Patong Hotel to anyone looking for a memorable and welcoming experience.

We had such an incredible time at this gorgeous facilities! The staff is so professional and go above and beyond to make you feel like you are welcomed there! It is literally 1 minute from the beach and the rooms are super cozy, very comfortable beds, very clean and very well maintained! I would totally recommend this place to stay in Karon beach. Every single staff member greats and smiles when they see you! We absolutely loved our stay and if we are ever back will stay there again! Such a true gem to discover! 31stAug:My stay here was better because of the excellent customer service I received from these young professional adults from Nepal and Myanmar, Krisha, Thant, Anmol, chet, Dave, Amish, Abee, Eugene, Yu ching.They went out of their way to ensure the best customer service. They were attentive, polite,professional and conversed in English very well. Krisha went the extra mile. She saw us waiting downstairs a long time as the bolt drivers to airport kept canceling as the fare was too low for the driver. Krisha came and assisted us to book a ride.
Furthermore andaman seaview is away from noisy pubs and activities. Its a short ride away to these entertainments though.This will definitely be my next stay in Karon again.
20Aug:I have yet to stay here ,but im.already impressed with the great customer service from Ms Yu Ching.She was very polite and professional. She patiently answered my many queries and provided answers as well as very useful information. I have no doubt ,with such professionalism of Ms Yu Ching ,that this hotel experience itself will be amazing.

Room was clean and spacious with tea coffee facilities. We had a swim up pool. Room clean and housekeeping visited daily. Staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast had a good choice of food from Thai to contentintal. What let the hotel down was it looks dated in decor, Wood work is rotting and has been fixed by placing plug over the rotted wood in some places and tiles in pool have been mended.can see when done could be a 4 hotel as advertised but it's showing its age and Needs a bit of a refurbishment to get it back to that level.

- Smell of cigarette smoke drifting from neighboring balconies, despite booking a non-smoking room The room itself was non-smoking, but guests can smoke outside on the balcony)
- The hotel is located on a steep hill — driving in and out can be tricky, so caution is needed

We had an absolutely incredible experience at Orchidacea Resort, and a huge part of that was thanks to the amazing staff. From the moment we arrived, they went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, comfortable, and cared for.
What made our stay truly unforgettable was the level of personal support the team gave me during a very special moment in our lives – I was planning a surprise marriage proposal, and the staff helped me with everything behind the scenes. From decorating our room beautifully with flowers and towel art, to storing the engagement ring and a surprise message in a bottle discreetly at the reception, to coordinating with perfect timing – they handled it all flawlessly and with genuine kindness.
They even helped us with practical challenges like local tips, transportation, and communication with other services. Every receptionist we met was friendly, professional, and genuinely happy to help. We really felt like we were in good hands the entire time.
The resort itself is lovely – clean rooms, great views, and a peaceful atmosphere close to Kata Beach. But it’s the people who truly make it special. Thank you all again for being a part of such an important memory in our lives in a way we would expect from family members. We’ll never forget your hospitality!
Highly recommended to anyone visiting Phuket – especially if you value kindness, warmth, and service with a heart.

One of the best resorts we’ve experienced!
From the moment we arrived, we felt so welcomed. We were offered a lovely room with excellent views, very comfortable beds, and great amenities that made our stay even more relaxing. The staff were incredibly cooperative, always helpful, and greeted us with genuine smiles every day. The resort itself is beautiful, with plenty of swimming options, breathtaking views, and a beach to enjoy. What touched us the most was how thoughtfully they prepared a wonderful birthday surprise for our son — it made the trip unforgettable for our whole family. This stay was truly special, and we are so grateful for the kindness and hospitality we received.

We visited for a family vacation with our 9- and 7-year-old children and had a wonderful stay. Both swimming pools were excellent. The main pool with sand and slides was perfect for young kids, and we spent the whole day relaxing at the beach pool, which had a great seaside vibe.
The room was clean and comfortable, and the twice-daily turndown service kept it spotless.
The Laguna area was convenient with plenty of good restaurants and shops nearby. It was only a 5-minute shuttle ride to Laguna Golf Club, so we could enjoy a morning round of golf and spend the afternoon swimming.
As a golf-loving family, we are already planning to come back next year.

One of my favorite hotel in Phuket. I love the location which is far from busy environment. I could enjoy my vacation time withy friend and the hotel is not too far from the city. About the service, staffs here are super nice, they always help us with kind especially Fuse, Kaow, Jeron and Nan from the front office. Front desk always there for us when we need help. The way they communicate with us are professional and well. The restaurants have many options with various kinds of food. Highly recommend!!!

Beautiful hotel with the best service. I came here with my family for vacation and i received a memorable moment here. At the first time I arrived at the hotel, Fuse warmly welcomed me with a smile. He checked me in and provided me all the information that I need to know. He took care of me so well when I asked him for help and that made me feel like home. The food is amazing! Azura serve Italian food and I really love it. The seafood is fresh and well prepared. I never get boring because water activities and many things to do here. During departure,Far,Kaow(I hope I write her name correct) Nan and Jeron from the front office make me don’t want to leave. They greeted me with joy and make a good moment for me. Love here and big thanks to you guys. See you in our next trip.

At the end of August, Joe recommended that I stay here. The room was spacious, and the bed was incredibly soft. The bathroom was spacious and not cramped, with a bathtub and a large mirror. Most importantly, the breakfast at the hotel was excellent. Everything was delicious, from the atmosphere to the staff and the sea view. Everything was so good that I wanted to stay several more nights. It's a hotel that's perfect for relaxing or having fun with friends, as there are many activities available. Another favorite restaurant is the Seafood Market. The staff are attentive and offer good recommendations, as do Oil, Yunda, K, and Jiw. It's a great place for a special occasion dinner.

We stayed nine nights in a Spa Pavilion Villa and honestly loved everything about it. The villa was spacious, spotless and even nicer than in the photos. I got engaged here and the team (especially Ben!) helped me organise a private dinner by the water that turned out absolutely perfect. Everyone was friendly and easy to talk to, and the whole place had such a calm, White Lotus kind of vibe. Great cocktails at 360 Bar too - we’ll definitely be back.

This was out of the expensive Laguna lagoon area and 12 minutes from boat avenue.. but it's seclusion was welcome for a romantic, serene and peaceful time with your loved ones.. the drive from the gate thru the bamboo lined road up to the lobby felt like a transportation to another world of zen and calmness..
Access to beach and supermarket was via shuttle bus. F & B was outstanding especially their local fare..
With good planning, you'll really enjoy your stay here..

Very disappointing experience – not worth the price
We stayed at The Pavilions Phuket for our honeymoon, expecting a luxury five-star experience, but unfortunately, it was far from it.
From the start, the hotel’s attitude felt unfair and inconsistent. We discovered that other guests who booked similar villas received complimentary spa treatments, while we were told that because we booked through a different platform (Expedia), we were not entitled to the same benefits. This kind of unequal policy between guests staying in the same resort is both unprofessional and disappointing.
The weather was rainy throughout our stay, and we couldn’t enjoy the pool or outdoor facilities — yet the management showed no real empathy or flexibility, only offering a small discount instead of any meaningful gesture.
For the high price we paid, the overall value was very poor. The experience did not reflect the level of service, care, or hospitality one would expect from a resort that calls itself luxury.
We stayed in many hotels across Thailand, and sadly, The Pavilions Phuket was the most disappointing. We definitely wouldn’t recommend it and will not return.

This resort was advertised as a 5-star hotel, but it’s nowhere near that standard. The property feels old, and although the website mentions a renovation in 2023, the work seems poorly done. While the room shows signs of updates, the age and wear are still very visible.
There are several pools, which is nice, but most facilities look dated and not well maintained. We were surprised that guests have to bring their own towels to the pool — something we’ve never experienced at any true 5-star hotel. The restaurants are also overpriced for what they offer.
During our trip, we stayed at another hotel for a similar price, and the difference in maintenance, service, and overall experience was huge. I would rate Katathani closer to a 3-star standard at best.

Had a wonderful 8 days in this beautiful resort, all staff were polite, friendly and could not do enough to ensure you had a great stay. The breakfast Buffett was awesome, so much to choose from no one could possible be disappointed. The grounds were impeccable and the pool areas very clean and tidy. Loved everything about this stay and definitely coming back next year.

We had an incredible stay at this resort! We had a minor issue on arrival and the receptionist named Popcorn was understanding and sorted out everything quickly, which made our stay. Everything at the resort was fantastic. The staff are wonderful and attentive, the grounds are well maintained, and the food options are great and varied for different tastes. We will also be dreaming of the massages for months to come - their spa and outdoor treatments are good quality. We will be back!

An amazing resort with endless pools and outstanding restaurants. Facilities kept in great condition. Food was off the charts good - we had full board and actually couldn’t believe the quality and quantity of the food. Particular stand out was the Chom Talay dinner buffet with ability to order outstanding dishes.
We had such an amazing time - kids enjoyed the games room, playing on the beach and swimming in all the pools. The service and staff are exceptional - lots of unsung heroes maintaining the grounds and facilities, driving the buggies, giving massages, cleaning rooms etc.
The resort is huge with so many onsite restaurants - we tried almost all of them. Loved the ability to do our own laundry.
Some things to consider
- about 1.5 hours from the airport
- expensive to get transport to go anywhere and quite far eg $30 AUD to go to Phuket town
- only a few shops and restaurants outside of the resort
- our room was damp and musty but otherwise great for 2 adults and 3 kids (extra bed free of charge which was so appreciated)
- kids club is very basic and only for small kids - we weren’t able to use it as our kids refused
Overall we had the absolute best holiday and will come back for sure.

We would like to give a big compliment to all the amazing staff, especially Ms. Helena, Mr. Greeniz, and Ms. Mintang at the Front Desk. They were so welcoming and made our stay extra special. They always ensured we were happy and comfortable during our special occasion.
A huge thank you as well to the Housekeeping Team for the lovely surprises with the room setup and decorations. Ms. Sunny, Ms. Kat, and Ms. Nok prepared a spotless room and provided a thoughtful turndown service for both nights we stayed.
The room itself was spacious, clean, and well-equipped. We especially loved the coffee machine with a great selection of both coffee and tea capsules.
Last but not least, the restaurant and Club Lounge were perfect! We absolutely loved the breakfast, and Mr. Oh in the breakfast area always made sure we had a nice table and were well taken care of. The cocktails and snacks at the Club Lounge were also fantastic.
Overall, it was an unforgettable experience, and we will definitely come back!

Stayed here for my anniversary for 4D3N and i was so impressed and it is easily one of the most amazing stay i had.
all the staff that i came across were so friendly and they greet you with genuine smiles that made me felt so warm and welcomed.
I booked the ocean view and the view was AMAZING! The app was super helpful and honestly very smart - you can submit amenities top-up / housekeeping / lookup on kids activities / location of sports activities.
The balcony from the room was such a nice touch, my husband and i brought night market food back and just chill there.
I was quite impressed by how they provided outdoor slippers on top of the standard disposable inroom slipper + SAii very own beach bag!
Resort is located at bangtao which is quieter than patong - lesser night markets and restaurants but also lesser crowd. Overall the area is quieter (no complaints that was the whole point i chose this area)
Trust me when i say i will be back! Its an amazing resort not just for couples but families with kids too.

We just spent three wonderful nights at SAii Laguna Phuket, and it was the perfect destination for our family. The resort has a fantastic, welcoming atmosphere right on the beautiful and serene Bang Tao Beach. Our kid absolutely loved the huge swimming pool, which provided hours of fun. Our room was very comfortable for all of us. The staff provided excellent service—everyone was so friendly, smiling, and genuinely helpful throughout our stay. The breakfast selection was extensive and delicious, with plenty of options for everyone. It was the perfect family trip to relax and recharge. Highly recommended for any family looking for a great holiday in Phuket!

We absolutely loved our stay at SAii Laguna Phuket! Everything about this resort exceeded our expectations. The room was beautiful, spotless, and very comfortable. The entire resort was exceptionally clean and well-maintained.
The staff were incredibly friendly and thoughtful — they upgraded us to a beachfront room when they found out we were celebrating our honeymoon, which made our stay even more special.
Breakfast was amazing, with a huge variety of delicious options to choose from every morning. The beach was clean and relaxing, and the pool area was great for unwinding.
One of the highlights was their resort app — it’s super convenient! You can use it for room service, ordering food, and even checking out activities in and around the hotel. I was really impressed when they messaged me through the app to let me know I had left my car window open — within just a few minutes!
The resort also offers fun activities like kayaking in the lagoon, which we absolutely loved.
Overall, this was one of the best resort experiences we’ve ever had. Perfect for couples and honeymooners. Highly recommended!
