Disappointing Experience – Not Worth the Price or Rating Unfortunately, I would not stay at this hotel again. While it's advertised as a 4-star property, the reality doesn't live up to that standard. Based on my experience, I find it hard to understand the overly positive reviews, though the general clientele may explain some of them. On the positive side, we were fortunate with our room – no visible mold, leaks, or insects. However, it did feel like any past issues may have been superficially covered up. The entire property, including the rooms and public areas, appears very dated and in need of a full renovation. I booked a double bed, but I got two single beds pushed together, can you solve it that way, ridiculous The gym was particularly disappointing. Only one treadmill was functional, and it seemed like it hadn’t been properly cleaned or maintained in years. On the bright side, they did provide complimentary water. Cleanliness overall was not up to expectations. A thorough deep clean of both private and shared spaces would make a huge difference. That said, I want to acknowledge the housekeeping staff – they were kind, efficient, and clearly working hard, which I truly appreciated. Unfortunately, the same cannot be said for the reception staff, who came across as unfriendly, dismissive, and unable to communicate effectively in either English or Thai. This was surprising and disappointing for a hotel of this category. (Again, 4 stars, where??) Another important point: noise levels. There is almost no sound insulation. We could hear everything from the neighboring rooms and the busy street outside, day and night, which made restful sleep quite impossible. All in all, there are many better options in the area. Never ever again!!!

The staff are so friendly and helpful. I really enjoyed the stay here. The breakfasts were lovely and really catered for everyone. We had dinner 3 nights here and every time the food was lovely and well worth every cent. We had a view of the old fishing village and my only downfall was the sound of the boats coming and going out late at night and early mornings.

Stayed here for 8 days in a large group with 7 rooms, and what a horrible place this is. To start with the furniture is very dated and worn out. The toilet leaked water onto the floor every time it was flushed and the shower also leaked everywhere. This meant having to use towels constantly to mop up. Having 7 rooms, we had lots of small issues as well that were specific to individual rooms, but every single one of the 7 rooms needed reception to come and do some sort of maintenance OR the issue meant we had to move room. My first room was ground floor and it was horrible. The ground floor rooms are about 2 meters away from the pool. I have stayed in ground floor rooms with pools close by but this time it was done very poorly. The external AC box for the room is mounted on the wall right next to the pool. What this meant was that the air coming into the room through the AC unit STUNK of chlorine. The first time we entered the room it hit us in the face so we aired it out and then I think our noses became used to the smell. We went out for a bit and when we returned the smell hit us again so we aired it out again. First morning we woke up and I opened the curtains to find the whole double sliding door was dripping wet with water due to the moisture in the air coming through the AC. So bad it had ran down the window and created small puddles on the floor. Also due to the moisture there were loads of flies and mosquitoes in the room, when I say loads I mean loads. Everywhere you looked you would see a fly or mosquito. We moved to another room day two due to all of the issues, the staff knew of the issues we mentioned and were very quick to suggest a change of room but the second room was not much better. Second night, new room, ac and flies were all OK but the shower and toilet still leaked. Went to sleep and woke up to the sound of rustling in the corner of the room, didn’t think anything of it and closed my eyes. Then I heard it again so I sat up and turned the light on, and a mouse ran from the corner of the room under the bed!!!!!!!!! Chased the thing around for a few mins and it disappeared under the door to the adjoining room, which was my mother’s room!!! The next morning, my mother’s hair straighteners had been chewed through, so we went to reception AGAIN to let them know of another issue. Funny thing is every time you are in reception, you’re pretty much guaranteed that someone will be stood there making a complaint about issues they are facing. Reception is ran by a bunch of teenage boys that do not have the slightest clue of how to deal with customers. Very unhelpful and almost seem brain dead. The hotel is not disabled friendly, anywhere you need to go requires stairs, narrow halls and long walks. Don’t let this put you off Pa Tong, I’m sure there are some great places to stay but unfortunately this is not one of them. Definitely avoid staying here, the rodent issues and the room issues are not worth putting up with. We left the hotel very disappointed with pretty much everything. From the greeting, the breakfast, the rooms, the staff, every aspect needs attention to get this place to a good standard.

We booked it through an agent for a four-day trip. The rooms are not at all clean. I had an awful stay. And when we complained to reception, they responded rudely and shouted. The attitude is quite harsh and negative. And when we requested to move rooms, they refused. And, personally, I believe there is no responsible person for the hotel. The service is very poor. DON'T BOOK THE HOTEL.

Easily the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at. When checking in, they asked for a $100 deposit — more than the cost of the room. That might make sense at a high-end property, but this place is run-down and poorly maintained. The room smelled strongly of dampness, and water was actually dripping from the ceiling onto the bed. It was impossible to sleep properly, and I wouldn’t be surprised if there’s mold in the building. The condition of the room alone should be a dealbreaker. The gym was non-functional — none of the machines worked, despite it being advertised as an amenity. That’s misleading, plain and simple. Staff seemed unsure of what they were doing and weren’t helpful. When we decided to leave early, they took ages to return the deposit, which caused unnecessary delays and frustration. This hotel claims to be 4 stars, but it shouldn’t even be rated. If you have any other option, take it. I would never stay here again.

We had a great time here.. Lots of things around walkable for shops markets and food.. It's an old hotel so a little dated and tired in places but spotless.. We had our room cleaned daily and free water daily.. Good large room and clean grounds and pools.. Would I stay here again Yes I would, was great value for money. Breakfast was included and was plenty full with many options.

Room was clean and spacious with tea coffee facilities. We had a swim up pool. Room clean and housekeeping visited daily. Staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast had a good choice of food from Thai to contentintal. What let the hotel down was it looks dated in decor, Wood work is rotting and has been fixed by placing plug over the rotted wood in some places and tiles in pool have been mended.can see when done could be a 4 hotel as advertised but it's showing its age and Needs a bit of a refurbishment to get it back to that level.

Very clean spacious rooms, furnishings are a bit dated but bed is firm and comfortable and room service is available daily. Shampoo, Conditioner etc is good quality and water supplied daily. Each room has a small fridge and safe. Breakfast was delicious, plenty of choice and slightly different each day. Happy hour lasts for 7 hours with a variety of cocktails and spirits for 130 baht. Can't say enough about how fantastic the staff are, nothing is to much trouble and everyone has a smile at all times. So over all, slightly dated but clean and great value for money

Overall, our stay at Andaman Seaview was a great experience. The staff were absolutely amazing—always friendly, smiling, and incredibly helpful with anything I needed. The breakfast was excellent, especially the omelette station, which I looked forward to every morning. Fantastic locations as well. The room was comfortable, with a very cozy bed that made for a restful sleep. The pricing was also very reasonable for what was offered, making it great value for money. The only downside was that the bathroom wasn’t as clean as expected upon arrival, with some hair left behind. However, this was a minor issue in an otherwise enjoyable stay, so I wont go Karen over this. I would happily return and recommend it to others looking for a warm, welcoming place to stay in Phuket.

Old but great hotel The staff is wonderful, everything is clean, and although the closets and doors do not close 100% the rest makes up for it! The kids love the swimming pools, breakfast is versatile and very tasty. The location is superb! Across Karon beach, which is very wide with white sand, and with many shops and restaurants around. The hotel is also walking distance from the amazing KATA walking street!

From the moment we arrived, they went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, comfortable, and cared for. What made our stay truly unforgettable was the level of personal support the team gave me during a very special moment in our lives – I was planning a surprise marriage proposal, and the staff helped me with everything behind the scenes. From decorating our room beautifully with flowers and towel art, to storing the engagement ring and a surprise message in a bottle discreetly at the reception, to coordinating with perfect timing – they handled it all flawlessly and with genuine kindness. They even helped us with practical challenges like local tips, transportation, and communication with other services. Every receptionist we met was friendly, professional, and genuinely happy to help. We really felt like we were in good hands the entire time. The resort itself is lovely – clean rooms, great views, and a peaceful atmosphere close to Kata Beach. But it’s the people who truly make it special. Thank you all again for being a part of such an important memory in our lives in a way we would expect from family members. We’ll never forget your hospitality! Highly recommended to anyone visiting Phuket – especially if you value kindness, warmth, and service with a heart.

We had a fantastic stay at Orchidacea! The staff were exceptionally friendly and very accommodating, always ready to help with a smile. The breakfast was really good, offering a great variety of fresh and delicious options to start the day. The rooms were modern and new, with an amazing view of the ocean and city. The bed was very comfortable and the air conditioning worked great. There were a couple of small issues during our stay. The refrigerator either froze our beverages completely or didn’t cool them at all, which made it hard to store drinks properly. Also, the toilet didn’t always flush fully, which was a bit annoying. But overall we highly recommend this place and would definitely stay again.

Absolutely amazing! The hotel exceeded all expectations. The breakfast was tasty and offered great variety. The rooms and the whole property were spotless and very well maintained. The pool was a real highlight and perfect for relaxing. The gym was also impressive – clean, modern, and fully equipped. But the best of all - the staff!! Everyone was so kind! Thanks a lot!

The hotel is lovely and clean, with a good breakfast selection, though it could be even better. I know cheese is rare, but having some options would have been nice. Small additions like chocolate sauce, jam, or peanut butter for pancakes would also be great. While there are plenty of "food" choices, the "breakfast" selection could be a bit more varied, The location is excellent, very close to the beach, lively but not overly crowded. The only downside is that since the hotel is on a hill, many heavy cars and motorbikes struggle to climb it, creating quite a bit of noise, which can be a little disruptive. Fortunately, our room was at the very top, so we didn’t hear much, but near the pool, the noise was noticeable. Guests staying in lower rooms might find it bothersome. Another highlight of our stay was the stunning view from our room. We got a big room with ocean view, with very comfy beds (1 XL king, and one twin), and waking up to the ocean stretching out before you was breathtaking ✨️ The rooms are very clean, and the service is excellent. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. They also provide a shuttle from the lobby to the higher rooms, which is great since the incline is quite steep. You can request a ride at any time, whether heading up or back down to the lobby/breakfast area. Also the pool bar and hotel restaurants are very nice, though quite pricey :D Overall, it’s a clean and comfortable option with good service. If you can, definitely go for the sea-view room and go to beach as often as you can!

One thing - the hotel is on a hill and if your room is at the top, it is a bit of a hike! Not something the hotel can change, just something for consideration. They do offer a pick-up/ drop off service for those that can’t do the walk

We stayed at the hotel for over a week with our five-month-old daughter and were more than satisfied. All the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The breakfast was delicious and very diverse. We also dined at the restaurant one evening and had the Mango Rice – it was amazing. Nowhere else in Thailand have we had such delicious cocktails, and we've traveled quite a bit here two years ago. Our daughter fell in love with the staff member Juice, and we will definitely be coming back in the next few years.

Had an amazing 3 nights at this resort in the plunge pool room! Room size was good and the plunge pool was a good for a quick dip during rainy days. Location was super, just a few steps to the peaceful surin beach. Not a lot of activities and shops around as compared to kata but it's really a good place for a quiet retreat. Nala restaurant was amazing - we had both in room dining and at the restaurant itself and thoroughly enjoyed the meals. Breakfast was pretty standard stuff but I loved the watermelon slush 😂. Huge shout-out and thanks to the staff for accommodating not one but two surprises by my partner and I for each other (we were not aware of each other's surprises lol). I would say they went over and beyond for our requests! So, many thanks for the efforts!!! Some things to improve might be to add on water filters for the showers and bathtubs. And also full length mirrors in the room, and also one more sofa/armchair for the rooms. Oh and maybe change to a waterproof cover for the outdoor sofa cos it was raining everyday when I was there and the outdoor sofa was perpetually wet so we couldn't enjoy the seating while using the plunge pool. But overall 10/10 for the resort! Totally recommend outrigger surin to anyone considering this resort.

Extremely good value for money and the staff are the most welcoming especially the security guard at the front of the property. The hotel itself is fairly modern and kept clean daily however quite small. It is about 4 mins walk to the beach front but quite a small beach also. I would like to see more attention paid to the bed sheets and the food in the restaurant is a little expensive but good quality. Two pools and a gym at the property and was very quiet and peaceful when I went, if you’re looking for a quiet retreat then definitely recommend as quite far out from the bar streets although reachable by grab or motorbike. Highly Recommend for couples or families looking for quieter stays… maybe not too great for children

Perfect location directly across from the incredible Surin Beach. The room was lovely with a spacious bathroom. Love the surfer/beach house vibes. The staff are welcoming and helpful. Ready to assist in any way they can. I really appreciated my time here. The rooms were clean, the food was delicious! Big portion sizes. I’d def stay here again.

Originally booked in for 2 nights but extended to 9 as was really impressed by the hotel and it's location. But most of all the staff are just incredible - always friendly, always smiling and a pleasure to be around. All were amazing but particularly Nim and Ashlee were superstars, but also a mention to Matt, Mariam, Juice and Beam. Location is great opposite a nice beach and lots of places walking distance without being too busy. Only improvements were the room is missing a couple of amenities like a full length room (they were happy to provide one) and a small sofa or armchair/foot rest. Also wasn't aware until seeing ourselves about activities like yoga - not sure if we were to be told about this at check in We will definitely be back!

I’ll start with the positive. The staff was attentive and friendly at this hotel. The food and beverage manager always checked on us to make sure we were satisfied with the food and service. The food at the restaurant was good. The hotel is at the end of Kamala Beach with a good ocean swimming area in front. The hallways walls were marked and dirty. The room was clean but everything was old and needed a refresh. The pool area is cramped and it felt like a small plunge pool. It was difficult to get a chair. A lot of the lounge chairs were broken or worn out. Same with the chairs in the dinning room and upstairs bar area. The gym was okay, just a lot smaller than the photos showed online. In general, the photos online looked a lot better than the property today.

Had the best time at this Hotel. It’s one of the most gorgeously located hotels with a private beach. The entire staff right from the front desk to the manager took great care of us. Mr. Shuya served us really well during the breakfast, made sure we ate well & with gusto. I would be returning back to this incredible hotel very soon. In fact one big reason for me to fall in love with Phuket was my stay at this property.

the location is amazing, and the food from Soul Kitchen (lunch and dinner menu) are all very tasty. Breakfast buffet is average, I think they could probably do better but it’s okay for the price. I suggest changing the blue placemat (ที่รองจาน) at Soul Kitchen because they have lots of stains on them and feels quite dirty, although the restaurant itself seems quite clean. Live music at dinner time was great and the view was amazing. But while the live singer was resting, the music was not vibing and they also come with commercial ads (probably Youtube or Spotify ads) every 2-3 songs. I think the hotel should just invest in Spotify premium or Youtube premium to solve this issue because bad music really kills the vibe. Nevertheless, all the staff are very nice and helpful, I appreciate all of their help. One name I remember was Shuyaa, he’s very polite and helpful. Every staff member here deserves a praise. The public bathroom at the pool could be cleaner though. the floor is always wet. I think better sanitation would make this hotel even more pleasant.

Rooms and beds are like a United States budget hotel. But the location can be beat. Directly on the beach with awesome views. Fruit and coconut trees all around. Very friendly and helpful staff. Wonderful massage parlor steps away from the entrance to the hotel. Close distance to Great shopping and food. Would highly recommend staying here. The only drawback is that there are multiple levels to this hotel and uneven floors in the rooms and on the way to the rooms in the hallways.

I stayed at Novotel Kamala Beach recently, and I had a really great time. Right from the moment I walked in, I felt welcome thanks to the amazing service. A big thank you to Jerey at the front desk who was super prompt and helpful—he really made my check-in smooth and set a positive tone for my entire stay. I also enjoyed my meals thanks to Tod from the F&B team. His warm hospitality made every dining experience feel special and personal. All in all, the friendly staff made me feel right at home, and I can’t wait to return. If you’re in the area, definitely check this place out!

Thanks to Nellie and Rina, My family was very satisfied with their service. Breakfast and reception service were great. However, I think there is room for improvement. Two hours ago, we made a reservation for three people at the spa, but when we arrived, they suddenly told us they could only take one person. It would have been better if we had been informed in advance — it was quite inconvenient. But overall, our stay was very pleasant.

Absolutely amazing stay! The resort is stunning with breathtaking views everywhere you look. The service was beyond excellent — every staff member was kind, helpful, and welcoming. Huge shoutout to the employee that has a kangaroo tattoo on his arm (I can’t remember his name 😢)— he went above and beyond to make our stay truly special. His kindness, attention to detail, and genuine care stood out from the moment we arrived. You can really tell he loves what he does, and he made us feel completely at home. ALL THE STAFF ARE AMAZING I TRULY MEAN IT😩❤️ Getting around the resort was easy and seamless, and everything was well-organized. The atmosphere, the views, the staff — everything was just perfect. This definitely won’t be my last visit. Can’t wait to come back!

We came for our wedding in March 2025 and had the most amazing experience ever! Amm and her team were absolutely incredible and made sure everything was perfect! She truely went above and beyond to make sure our day was everything we wanted and we will never forget her commitment. The food was also incredible as well as the amazing buffet breakfasts! All the staff were absolutely amazing and the rooms were stunning very luxurious! Highly highly recommend The Pavilion and we will definitely be coming back!

Waking up and stepping straight from the bedroom into your own infinity pool, with the Andaman Sea right ahead — it’s pure poetry. The villa’s design is more traditional, with that signature “pavilion” soul: clean lines, noble materials, and a sense of timelessness. But what truly makes this place unforgettable is the team. This isn’t “just another resort chain” — it feels more like a quiet family, intuitively working together with one goal: to make you feel wonderful, without ever being over-present. From the front desk to the spa, every smile felt real, every gesture graceful. Add to that the sunsets from 360° Bar, the intimacy of ALTO restaurant, and their incredible app (seriously, one of the best hotel apps we’ve seen — quick, simple, everything at your fingertips), and you have something rare: a stay that feels like it belongs to you. We’ll carry this one with us for a long time.

My husband and I choose the Pavilions Phuket as our wedding venue. We, along with family and friends stayed at the venue. The food, accommodations, location, and service were all amazing. All the staff we encountered during our stay were so hardworking and welcoming. Amm my wedding coordinator was the absolute best. She was so detailed, accommodating, and flexible I can’t thank her enough. She helped me make my dream of a blended western, Hmong, and Korean wedding come true. We still rave about our stay at the Pavilions Phuket to this day and will continue to do so for a long time. We’ll definitely be back!

Fantastic Spa treatment. Celina was professional and accommodating in booking our services. Honey was amazing and provided outstanding massage and treatment. We can not rebook fast enough. The food and beverage staff are all friendly and helpful. Nee, Thomas and Hem have especially gone above and beyond with their service. The kids club staff, keens, Noon and Yui have been wonderful. Highly recommend leaving children with them.

I stayed here for 3 nights and honestly, it was such a nice experience! The whole place is super clean and they have fun daily activities that make the stay even better. My room was really tidy and the view was amazing – I could see both the pool and the beach from the balcony. The pool area and other spots around the resort are great, lots of things to try and enjoy. The gym’s also a nice bonus, open 24/7 and has everything you need. Location-wise, it’s perfect – close to everything like coffee shop, restaurant, and even a pharmacy if you need one. Overall, I think this resort totally deserves a high rating. It’s definitely worth trying out, and I’d love to come back again! 👍🏼

Overall experience, very, very good. Location of hotel brilliant, within a short taxi ride to Phuket Old Town, with all its brilliant restaurants & bars. Amenity levels & facilities of the hotel brilliant. In the whole service wonderful, however speed & consistency of the Edge pool bar & restaurant indifferent depending on which team were on duty. Stand out team were Thomas & Audi, both attentive & service delivered with charisma & personality. Audi made us smile every time we interacted with him. JB on the Guest services desk/reception desk was knowledgable & welcoming always. Tamarind restaurant was outstanding. The food quality amazing!

The hotel is a great place just besides the beach, there are many activity available provided by the hotel as well. We spend most of our time playing in the hotel, the breakfast is great as well. The only issue is the room have too many mosquitoes, my kid wake up with bites all over his face the first night, the hotel provided us an electronic repellent not sure helpful or not and I spray lots of the repellent I bought along, the next day onwards is better a bit. The playrooms are great as well, we went everyday while staying there and my kid even make new friend there. Grateful there is Leena to help the kids have fun with available activity and play with them as well. The kids really happy there and don't want to leave every time. Appreciate the service by hotel porter Bale and Tong as well, always greet us with great smile when arrive hotel and help with the luggage when arriving and leaving. If you need free ride provided by hotel to the old town, you can arrange with them as well. Overall is a great hotel that is away from the noise with a clean beach, convenient store is within walking distance just outside the hotel as well. The bamboo sharks conserve by the hotel are cute as well!

We arrived late at night. We were greeted by friendly faces and given a fresh drink and a cold face washers. Our room was exactly it appeared on the hotel website; just perfect. Our view from our balcony was lit up so we could see the small waves splashing on the beach below. This trip is a celebration of my 60th birthday. This hotel is a delightful, sparkling diamond in the holiday.

This Resort is perched on the headland just south of Patong Beach the views are superb but these views come at a cost: steep land. Be prepared to use shuttles to travel around the resort. This worked fine for us being a family of four with two small children. We enjoyed five nights in a two-bedroom Ocean View Villa. The room was excellent being clean and tidy with superb views. We dined at both the Thai and Italian restaurants. Both offered excellent food and we particularly enjoyed the degastation menu with paired wines at the Italian restaurant. We also used room service dining which we ordered using an app. The food arrived within 30 minutes and was beautifully arranged on our dining table. One morning we had a 6:30 a.m. pickup for a day out on a boat. The resort provided breakfast Hampers and towels and a wake up call. We found the service throughout our stay to be excellent. As ONYX members we enjoyed 10% discount on all food and Beverage as well as other services such as spa. We also had free use of snacks and mini bar in the room as well as cash to spend in the resort. On arrival the staff clearly pointed out all of the benefits of our membership. On the whole our experience was very positive and we would return again.

Good property but really poor service. Very patronizing staff. We spent all our time waiting for buggy to go to the lobby and back to the room. Hours wasted each time. Rooms are not accessible unless you use buggy. Not the kind of experience we were looking for. Had 6 rooms and yet level of service was below average.

From the moment we arrived, the front desk staff Ms. Jubjib made us feel incredibly welcome and were extremely helpful throughout our stay. Check-in was smooth, and she happily answered all of our questions with a smile. The entire staff was amazing—friendly, attentive, and always willing to go the extra mile to ensure we were comfortable. It really made a difference in our overall experience. The food was another highlight. We enjoyed every meal we had at the hotel—delicious, fresh, and with plenty of variety. Whether it was breakfast, lunch, or dinner, everything was well-prepared and flavorful. Overall, this was a truly enjoyable stay and we wouldn’t hesitate to come back. The wonderful Amari is located in Phuket's Pa Tong area and it’s committed to providing a peaceful stay for its visitors! This beachfront hilltop resort offers a variety of facilities, eating options, and activities to make sure that everyone is satisfied and I will definitely be going back since I enjoyed this property thoroughly! The entire space is exquisitely set up, and the lobby's roomy, lovely, and straightforward architecture exudes a sense of a peaceful sanctuary. The construction of their rooms exudes sophistication and a modern look. Not only did their rooms have beautiful exteriors, but they also had beautiful interiors. In addition to a range of fruits and snacks and a complementary minibar that included juices, sodas, and coconut water, they were spacious and furnished with everything I needed. From my lodging, I could also enjoy a stunning view of the Pa Tong coastline and the surrounding greenery. Walking about the area gave me the tranquil impression of being in a forest, and I was constantly greeted by breathtaking sights. All hotel visitors can take advantage of the many amenities that Amari provides. Among these facilities are their Idea Room, the Coral Room, the Fit Center, several swimming pools, a spa, and three dining options. I got the chance to see three pools: one near the Rim Talay restaurant, one at Club Pakarang, their clubhouse, and one just next to La Gritta restaurant. It was a very calming experience because each pool was immaculate and well-kept. Their breakfast buffet had a view of the coastline and was served in the Coral Room, which is just next to the Idea Room, which can be used for meetings. Even while on vacation, you can stay in shape thanks to their Fit Center, which is near the La Gritta restaurant. I started by going to Rim Talay for the breakfast buffet. The wide range of delicious meal alternatives was quite alluring, and the food was fresh, which improved its flavor—something that is surprisingly hard to get at most hotels. They also provide a large selection of international dishes for lunch and dinner. My next stop was La Gritta, an Italian restaurant. Well-prepared dishes and polite service were features of this fine dining experience. I suggest getting the Lasagna, which had the perfect ratio of pasta to meat, and the Di Mare pizza, which is a pizza with mixed seafood. The warm, fresh dough added a delightful crunch to the pizza sauce, which was not overly sweet and complemented the shrimp. As expected, the breathtaking view is provided by Amaris Club Pakarang's hilltop location. Aside from a wide range of delicious bite-sized appetizers, they also serve some delicious traditional Thai food alongside western options. Because it has a pool and outside seating, the clubhouse is a terrific spot to relax. Unquestionably one of Phuket's top attractions, Amari provides every tourist with an unforgettable experience with its excellent service, friendly staff, cozy accommodations, delectable food, and stunning views. If you are considering a trip to Phuket and want to have a genuine vacation, I would highly recommend staying at Amari!

Unforgettable Stay at Saii Laguna Phuket! We recently stayed at Saii Laguna Phuket and had an amazing time! The hotel is beautiful, the pool was sparkling clean, and the sea was wonderfully warm. But what truly made our vacation special was the exceptional staff—these incredible people went above and beyond to make our stay perfect! June – patient, hardworking, kind, and radiant! Thank you for your warm heart and outstanding service. We always looked forward to seeing her during her shifts! ❤️ The lovely team of May, Gift, Ging, Da, Mo, Aomsin, Jody, and the ever-cheerful Mickey – they’re simply wonderful! Just stop by, and they’ll treat you to delicious drinks while creating the most welcoming and relaxing atmosphere. You guys are the best! And of course, a huge shoutout to the Kids' Club and the sweetest caregivers Mookie and Lita (as well as the other lovely ladies whose names we didn’t catch—sorry!). Our daughter was absolutely thrilled with them and spent her days there happily and meaningfully. We’ll cherish these memories for a long time and can’t wait to return!

For me, it was an amazing stay! The size of the resort is perfect, with several restaurants. There's direct access to the beach, and other beach club restaurants are nearby as well. The rooms are clean, and the view is beautiful. The hotel breakfast is delicious. The spa experience is fantastic I almost fell asleep during the massage! 😂💆🏻‍♀️ There’s also a resort app where you can check out the activities happening during your stay.

We stayed for 3 nights our experience and all the staff were amazing, of course we are coming soon with our parents, I want to specially thank Helena she is the manager she was so kind and lovely person for everything she did for us, thank you again Helena. The room was always clean and the bed and bedding comfortable. The breakfast had a lot of choice, From international to Asian cuisine.

We were very impressed with the staff, facilities, food, amenities, etc. Friendly staff always had a smile and provided proactive support - an excellent job of selecting and training personnel. Beautiful facility was well maintained and clean. Comforted by great security. Buffet breakfast was the best! A bonus was the early morning continental breakfast provided to runners during our stay - thanks! So peaceful and serene at night. Very helpful concierge for tours. We'll stay again when in Phuket. All staff from front desk, house keeping, restaurant wait staff were extremely professional, service with a smile and that lovely Thai greetings. Food quality & quantity were 1st class. 6 swimming pools to cater for every one. Highly recommended.

We stayed three nights at Katathani Resort and had a wonderful experience. Our ocean-view room was clean, spacious, and had a luxurious feel to it. The pool was spotless and inviting, with the Coconut Bar right next to it—a perfect spot to relax and enjoy a drink. The staff were incredibly helpful, polite, and always pleasant. The front desk team was especially great, offering useful suggestions and local recommendations. The location couldn’t be better—right on the beach and within walking distance to many nearby restaurants. The resort itself is expansive, with multiple dining options to suit all tastes. Breakfast was fantastic, with a wide variety of delicious choices each morning. Overall, we were extremely happy with our stay and would highly recommend Kata Resort to anyone visiting the area.

Lovely resort. Kids loved the pool and slide. Restaurant options were good - good Thai restaurant on site and the ocean view restaurant had a nice atmosphere. Pool side dining was good too. Beach was lovely and clean. Unfortunately when we were there the no swim flags were up quite a lot and it was pretty choppy waters, but not the fault of the resort obviously. Life guards were actively monitoring the beach and warning people not to swim when it wasn't safe.

Stayed a week here in the northerly wing, which was lovely and quiet. Beautiful view of the beach. Rooms are spacious and comfortable, and the whole hotel is spotless. Beautiful manicured gardens, spotless pools and restaurants and the staff are so friendly and accommodating. Great location as nice and quiet, but within easy access to the larger, busier beaches and night markets/amenities and local sights. Having an app service that lets you order towels, room service, etc, is brilliant, although it would be good if that same service could be extended to ordering food and drink around the pool areas. Overall, it is a lovely, well-appointed hotel with fantastic staff.

We had a wonderful experience at this hotel. One of the highlights for us was how well they catered to gluten-free dietary needs. The restaurants offered plenty of gluten-free options, clearly marked and easy to identify, which made dining stress-free and enjoyable. This was especially important for us as we were traveling with a family member who has celiac disease. The staff was knowledgeable and always willing to assist with any questions. The hotel’s facilities were also excellent. The kids’ pool was a favorite, clean and safe with plenty of space for the little ones to enjoy. The kids' club was another standout, with friendly staff and fun, engaging activities that kept the children happy and entertained throughout the stay. Overall, this was a relaxing and enjoyable vacation for the whole family. Highly recommended, particularly for families and anyone with dietary restrictions who wants peace of mind while traveling.

The hotel has a beautiful private beach. The breakfast and dinner buffets are great! One day I was not feeling well and Nina prepared the best fresh ginger lemon tea I’ve ever had and felt great right after. Thank you Nina for your kindness. Generally the staff has great attitude and kind. Outstanding service! On the downside the hotel is a bit old. It could be better if it’s was renovated.

I went there with my husband and 3 year old and we just loved it! Service is great at the beach grill restaurant and the food is just amazing. Just love love the cocktails at the rum shack. The coral reef and clear water and sand is just amazing. I just didn't want to leave this place even after 4 days. Kids club is almost amazing and my son loved playing there.

Amazing! What can I say, we came here for our honeymoon on all inclusive. It was sublime! The food was excellent across all the restaurants, great selection on buffet and the a la carte restaurants were great! The rooms were spacious, clean and well presented. The staff were amazing and the nicest people I've honestly ever met, they couldn't do enough for us. We had a sea view room which was a great view and the location is great, about 10 minutes from Patong Beach which is about 300 baht taxi ride away. Highly, highly recommended. The food

the whole team was amazing especially Nina who took care of us. Every time she saw us, she always inquired about our day and made us feel like home. marina at Thai Pantry is the best host and took such good care of us. We ate here twice and each time was better than the next. Kudos to the chef. The whole team at the hotel is warm and friendly. The food is great and the rooms are big and spacious. Can’t wait to come back.

Loved this place. Everyone is so so polite and can't do enough for you. Food was yummy. And plenty of drinks. Only had one problem when I wanted to pay into my account, there was a note that had a little bit of a corner ripped and they would not take it. It came from England and we didn't notice. So I would check your notes before you leave the currency exchange. However the next person took it.
