I'm actually in the hotel, my family and my first night here. We complained to them about how dirty the hotel rooms are, all 3 rooms, they send a security guard to check who seems like he doesn't have a care to the world about how dirty the place is. My mother's asthma reacted as the place is not cleaned or dusted. Please view pictures for confirmation of this. The staff are not helpful at all. I wonder how anyone stays in this hotel, or how this hotel is rated 4 stars. We stayed at Andaman Embrace Patong in Phuket which was way better than this, and the staff was so helpful when we needed something. We didn't have a security guard sent to our rooms who walks away when we still talking to them. This hotel should actually take some tips from them, the furniture is absolutely old, bathrooms are moldy and dirty. It's pathetic, absolutely disgusting. I do not recommend this hotel at all and we are at the pool access rooms, which was an upgrade as per our agency but this is like a 1 star hotel. Plus you end up having a cold shower, no hot water at all. Plus the safe they have in the room, doesn't work.

Nice place to stay in karabi. Book pool side rooms which give you feel like luxury. Room service is good. Staff is friendly. There are 4 pools which are great. Kids pool is also available. There is also a pool on top surrounding nature

First of all you should be aware before booking, that there is construction work and it is very noisy!!! They start after 8.00 am. Even the swimming pool is really nice You cannot enjoy it because of the noise or use headphones. To get to the hotel from the street you need to go uphill ~ 30-45° and it's not very easy if you are not fit well or have some physical impairments. In general the hotel is nice but very old. It was a problem to take a shower, as it is very old again and does not work well . But I really liked the service in the hotel. The cleaning of the rooms was great. Breakfast is good, you have a choice.

Great hotel. Nice room clean and in a quiet area without disturbance from cars. Basic breakfast and 2 swimming pools available. The one on the top floor is great. Recommended.

Standard Thai problem with problem with plumbing (a bit smelly in our room), but rooms are clean and well equipped. I wouldn't recommend top rooms for those who likes to drink, a lot of stairs plus a maze to get there 🤪 Location is perfect, couldn't hear city noise here and the view will be good I think until they finish building another hotel in front. Good value for money spent

We booked the room with extra bed for 3 people for 2 nights. The staff were really nice and helpful. The room is quite small so I don’t recommend for extra bed. The bathroom is relatively spacious. What needs improvement is CLEANLINESS. - The bedding set and towels still have stains - A/C there is the mold and dust 🤢 Also the parking area under the building are limited, the hotel offers additional parking outside without roof and security.

It's a good place to stay in terms of rooms which are comfortable but small in size. - Beds are joined so you will get a king size bed but electric plugs falls just below the pillows so people having kids have to be extra cautious.. - property is well maintained - try to get front swimming pool rooms, those have amazing view.. the other side is extremely lame - staff is well mannered and prompt - breakfast is nightmare for vegetarian having just 2 options.. we survived with bread and butter. - Location wise its fine and shops are at walking distance but beach is not visible from here. - faced few air conditioner issues but was resolved promptly. Overall comfortable stay except breakfast

We ennjoyed our stay here. It was clean, comfortable, and the view from our room was great, it was cool to see the cliffs out our window every morning. The location was nice, if you decide to stay in Ao Nang. It was close enough from the main street that you could walk down to the beach, but off the main road enough that it was quiet. The breakfast was pretty good and we enjoyed the pool a lot. The service was good, but nothing particularly special. One thing that was a little annoying is they wouldn't let you take pool towels back up to your room, so you had to just walk back up dripping wet. Overall it was a good place to stay, but wasn't particularly memorable.

Nice hotel located about a 5-10 minute drive from Ao Nang beach. The rooms are modern and clean, but on the smaller side. The bed’s are comfortable which is a big plus. Nice bathroom’s. Pool facilities are okay, pool is nice but it all feels a little squished with the loungers around the sides. Breakfast has a decent amount of variety for all people, however it’s nothing special, it does the job. All in all, you can’t go wrong by staying here and would definitely recommend to people looking to stay in the town of Krabi. And for the price you pay, it’s a pretty good deal

I completely disagree with all of the negative reviews of this hotel and feel people should disregard them when looking at the hotel. From arrival everything about the hotel was fantastic. Check in was fast and efficient, all of the staff at the hotel are all very kind, helpful, attentive and welcoming. The cleanliness of the hotel is brilliant from the shared areas to the pool and the rooms were kept in excellent condition. The location of the hotel is perfect, close to some really nice quick and easy restaurants, far enough from the main strip for it to be quiet, but close enough to walk down to the beach if you wanted, although we rented a scooter right around the corner from the hotel, but they even offer a shuttle if you wanted. Breakfast offered a great range of availability and was always very nice. All of this made the stay excellent, not to mention the amazing view of the surrounding mountains from the pool view room we had. Absolutely loved it, thank you!

Conveniently located on the side of the town. Some rooms with direct access to the pool. Two large pools and plenty of play equipment if you have children. The hotel also has 3 water slides and a kids play centre. Meals are reasonably priced and breakfasts a well appointed for fussy eaters. I would highly recommend this hotel to families. If you are looking for a family hotel where you spend the day lounging around the pool and like to spend time mostly at the hotel. I found the standards were quite good also. Front desk assisted with all enquiries promptly and gave advice on transport option.

A nice family-friendly resort with spacious land area fronting the beach, although view is obstructed from the overgrown trees by the roadside nearby. Big pools with slides, and kiddies room available to keep the kids happy and entertained. 24hr gym, nice simple rooms with big balconies and rooms with pool access. Very good location. Recommended!

We stayed in the suit and we were not happy with the cleaning nor the restaurant. They did not have an option for baby chair even if they confirmed before our booking that it was something they could provide. They had high chair for 2+ but not for baby, it made it very hard to feed our little one. We also had ants in our room but it was not something they thought was strange and just offered deep cleaning but ants were still there and I had to solve the problem with tooth paste in the entry area. Food service from the restaurant during day time is very slow, simple burger or fries took in average 1h to get. Nice food market just around the corner where you can eat and have kids playing. 100/200b taxi/moped/tactic to walking street.

Decent place located about 500 meters from main beach. Happening street. Several eateries and bars close by. Breakfast is good and includes a few Indian items. Room size is quite small. Pool is just fine. Kids room keeps children busy. An overall good stay.

Wonderful resort. Staff is Very good.its near to beach. Market and all Indian restaurants are at a walking distance. Food is good. The Margherita pizza was awesome. The swimming pool and gym are very well maintained.
