Everything about this hotel is poor. It's old and the management is negligent when a facility like that needs a lot of care. 1) Hotel atmosphere: it smells either bad or weird almost everywhere. 2) Room: we got a 1BR suit. It doesn't really feel like a suit but I guess other rooms are even tinier. We were greeted by 2 bottles of Coca-Cola (what? I never drink this low-quality drink and don't understand why a hotel would consider this a premium experience) in the champagne bucket where all ice was melted and the bottles were just soaking in water. 3) Towels: thin, off-white (washed a million times) and not pleasant to touch. 4) Room noises were everywhere! The AC is so loud it's irritating. You can also hear the water flowing from other guests' toilets. Not to mention that very average music is pounding in your window until midnight. 5) Pools were a joke. It's not pleasant to be there, smells bad. The sunbeds are old and plastic. 6) The view is not picturesque. The hotel is surrounded by construction + it's overlooking the other hotels on the other side of the bay. They light up nicely in the evening though. Overall, I will avoid this hotel in the future. I would give it 2-3 stars, not 4

I would just like to thank the hotel staff for returning my lost item which was very dear to me and they helped alot. The resort is cozy and simple with great views and not jarring at all. The pools were clean and the buffet was just amazing with so much variety and delicious taste. The hotel probably is not considered luxurious but the rooms were spacious, house keeping was on time. I cannot rate anything negatively and hope to visit again soon.

Nice place. Very friendly staff and helpful. Lounge is missing for VIP guests but it's acceptable, since plenty restaurants are offering pretty nice food. The seafood restaurant is highly recommended. The beach is very inviting, but reserving sun loungers with towels at 7:00 a.m. should be prohibited... it's a terrible habit.

Location is very good, rooms are small size compared to this type of resorts. Swimming pool time is very limited. You are not getting enough time to enjoy. Checking timing is one really a not expected @ such property. Tourists coming after long journey and waiting time for check in procedures is one hour. It is noticed that for each case they are taking more than 20 minutes. In addition to that only two checking counters. This be really harassment type. In first moments all enthusiastic going to zero. Please look into this.

Be ready! It is a hassle here. Good for families only. For someone who travels regularly and been in many places I have felt this one is not good enough, for others might be fine. Check-in was slow and even I had a written approval of the room type and view, they made it sound like impossible to get me the room and after 20 minutes they managed to. However it was on first floor and a lot of noise, and oh dear!!! At night it’s impossible to sleep with all the noise from the bar/club downstairs. I’ve complained and they only lowered the noise after 1am ! And never managed to respect my request to change the room, during the 2 nights stay ! The bathroom is just ok, no bathtub and not spotless. Broken stuff such as the toilet paper holder can go off of the wall easily and the shower water can be very tricky, sometimes gets warm sometimes cold. It’s not stable ! No security in the elevators, anyone can go anywhere. Breakfast was good but too busy and annoying. I loved sitting outdoors, nice breeze and I liked that there were 3 different pools + the beach. One dedicated for children. So if you are a family it might be a good choice specially I noticed some people brought extra mattresses to accommodate children or adding extra bed. Staff in general are friendly but that’s standard in the country. PS : balcony chairs are the worst and not comfortable!

The hotel is in good condition for families with children. You will find everything you need in the resort. The Deluxe room was very nice and was cleaned every day. Only the beds could be wider (140 cm wide for two adults is not enough). You can hear a lot of noise through the walls, you have to take that into account. The food was quite good, but at dinner it was more difficult to find a free table. Overall we were satisfied. Big thanks to the hotel's animators, namely Tatiana and "Sonic" they are great and provided us with entertainment. We were glad to meet them and we would love to see you again :)

Despite checkin time being 3pm they gave us the room much later, they told us that the room is not ready and they were not even sorry about it. We had to wait two hours and even the reception lady’s reasoning was that we are a silver and not a gold member as if we didn’t pay the same rate as everyone else. Food quality is very poor, we found a hair in our food during lunch. Staff in general has very rude behaviour and they talk to you like they are your boss. They definitely need a training in how to treat the guests in hospitality business. Pools are dirty, everywhere crowded with people. Rooms are average, view is nice. but you definitely don’t feel like you are in a 5 star facility by how they treat you in general. There are only 2 Alacarte restaurants which are always fully booked (you need to book them 3 weeks in advance to even get a chance) Food quality and hygiene in open buffet is extremely low. Not worth what we paid as all inclusive. Not returning again. Overrated.

We are still enjoying our stay from 15 April to 26 April and would like to thank the staff for the hospitality and warm emotions. We are very glad to choose this hotel: food is tasty, rooms are clean and what is more there is evening for children - pools, kids club, playgrounds and so on. Lovely clean hotel. Rooms were cleaned thoroughly. I wish that the adults pool area did not allow children access at all. Children were walking through, sat at the tables there and ordering drinks from the bar( the van). Restaurants were lovely but more restaurants and kitchens are needed for a complex of that size. Staff were really friendly and helpful

Fantastic stay at this hotel, hotel was kept in a spotless condition - from the rooms even down to the pool toilet facilities. All the staff were friendly and helpful. Good entertainment and plenty of options for eating & drinking at the hotel. Only criticism is of the all inclusive package restrictions, choosing not to upgrade to ultra all inclusive package means your drinks list is limited, food in restaurants outside of the buffet is all chargeable (with a discount) and can’t even order a soft drink from bars until 12:00. So perhaps the all inclusive package is a bit misleading. Otherwise, a great stay & would definitely return.

My stay at Hampton Hilton Marjan Island in Dubai was absolutely incredible! The hotel boasts a breathtaking setting with stunning views of the water and beach. The spa facilities were top-notch, offering a perfect retreat for relaxation. Every meal was a delight, with delicious food that exceeded my expectations. The room was pristine and spacious, and being upgraded to a room with a luxurious bathroom, bath, and shower was a delightful surprise. The balcony provided a perfect spot to soak in the surroundings. The all-inclusive drinks menu was fantastic, adding to the overall enjoyment of my stay. Highly recommended for an unforgettable experience!

We just finished our stay and there is nothing bad I can say. The room service was amazing, everything was always clean, new towels were put in bathroom, water bottles and coffee as well. The service in overall was as satisfactory as it can be. The staff was really nice, helped us and answered our questions if there were any. They are working hard to provide customers with the greatest quality. For the dinging, there is a variety of foods and everyone found something every day. It also helped us to discover new cuisine as well as also there were foods for those who didn’t want to step out of comfort zone. For the restaurants, the staff there is also amazing and helpful. The location is amazing, you have a shadow here, so if it gets too hot you can hide. It is also on the quiet side, you don’t hear a lot of cars or traffic in general. The hotel has its own beach, so there is also access to sea. We were able go choose to go swim in pool or sea. We also used sauna and steaming room every time we wanted. The hotel provided us with so much of the services, that there was always something to do. So in overall, I’m really pleased with everything and am bowing to the staff for all of the hard work they are doing here.

A new, modern hotel. The room is comfortable. Cleaning every day or on demand. The food is good, you will not go hungry. The beach is big, but in the afternoon it is covered with shade from the hotel building. Checked in at 10am without any extra charges, eviction as well without problems extended instead of 12:00 to 13:30 it was only need to ask at the reception to a nice girl Ethar. We are satisfied with holiday.

By far the worst hotel iv ever stayed at, We arrived early hours of the morning Travelling with a one-year-old and a four-year-old, on an eight hour flight the receptionist were really rude and allocated us a room. As you walked into the room. It smell of piss and BO. There was a woman in there pulling out a sofa bed. The room literally looked and smelt like a crack den, after returning to reception and complaining about this, eventually, after arguing With them ,they moved us into another room which was so small you couldn’t even swing a cat in there. The bedding was all dirty stains on the carpet That’s no pressure in the shower and the shower kept falling off the wall. Also we booked this hotel as all inclusive. It is 100% not all inclusive snacks during the day are not included. All you can have is breakfast lunch and dinner and you can order drinks off a set menu for all inclusive people which was rubbish. The food is horrendous extremely poor quality did not taste good at all. We all ended up with dodgy bellies considering we are in Dubai which I’ve travelled too many times this has been the worst trip I’ve ever had holiday from hell literally on the verge of having a mental breakdown because of this hotel and staff and the nightmare we have gone through we booked a room with two Queen size bed and the bed is actually smaller than an actual double bed The children fell out off the beds during the night The staff are inconsiderate rude and do not care about customer service and how they Guest are being treated. This hotel is so bad, we even considered changing our flights so we can leave the next day This is definitely not a 4* hotel, more like a -4 star horrendous, would not recommend at all it’s very misleading and force advertisement when advertise as all inclusive, The beach at this hotel, it’s not even nice The sand is made up of broken shell, which really hurt your feet and cigarette buds everywhere there is nothing to do here in or around the hotel. It’s extremely boring and depressing. We honestly can’t wait to leave

Everything is premium quality here. Services are of top quality. Rooms are big and very clean. Breakfast is just fabulous. The infinity pool is amazing with lots of places at the bar or in the pool. Enough sunbeds both at the pool and at the beach. The beach has a lot of activities. The entertainment crew is always engaging with sports. The place has also a Karma cafe by Buddha Bar with amazing cocktails and an American Experience bar with lots of activities. Food is top notch. Definitely an dream vacation here at Hampton By Hilton. Totally recommend!!!

Great weekend escape from Dubai. Booked with Club access and if you do too and want to use its benefits fully check-in by 3pm to get tea and cakes and evening drinks and bites. If you are looking for a quite time to relax and enjoy the pool and facilities and breakfast. Club access is worth it. The pool is quite without kids playing around and tve crowd of the hotel. The pool and beach are closed for access towards sunset so be mindful of that when you plan your day.

A very very very nice hotel. The service and facilities are great. The spa is very relaxing and the beach facilities like the donut boat and jet ski are available. The restaurants within the hotel took special care of food allergies, the chef (chef Salman) himself cooked and served the allergy friendly food resulting in a great great great experience.

I had an utterly disappointing experience at the Intercontinental Hotel RAK. Despite booking a beach villa, they shockingly gave me a standard room upon arrival. The room was infested with flying insects, making it impossible to enjoy. When I raised the issue, the manager, who looked perpetually angry, was called in, making the situation even more uncomfortable. In the end, I had to let go of my complaints just to salvage what was left of my anniversary celebration. Save yourself the trouble and avoid this hotel at all costs. This is not the first time with the same hotel but I'm sure it's the last

VERY DISSAPOINTED by the hotel staff especially those people from the event and ballroom team, I am an event/wedding planner and my client choose Intercontinental RAK as the venue for thier reception, the hotel itself is very nice, perfect for any occasion. But the only thing that make us uncomfortable is how the staff treat as, so unprofessional and so rude, and unapprochable, i believe staff should be friendly and always willing to help and understand the guest and clients weather it is the contractor, guest and organizer. One of the staff shouted at me in front of all the people who was there in the ballroom, and its really unacceptable, before this happen the bride already talked to her and tell her to treat all the people working for her wedding nicely, and with respect same as she treated the bride, but unfortunately she didnt. Very disappointing experience. I hope management will do something about their staff behaviour. Thank you

Our experience was amazing. The food is great, especially loved the Italian restaurant and the steak house, but you need to book it in advance. The adults pool is cool, I loved the fact that even though it’s a family hotel, there is still an adult pool, adult zone at the beach and the main restaurant so you don’t really get bothered by the screaming kids if you are traveling as a couple. Huge thanks to the hotel staff, they made the experience joyful. Everyone is well trained and knows what they are doing. Also thanks to Ester, she was very helpful.

Cannot recommend this hotel highly enough from arriving at the hotel an amazing experience begins it caters for every age group the facilities are fantastic the shows and the food, cleanliness of all the resort and attention to detail to ensure you have a brilliant stay. My only problem is being unable to list all the members of staff who go above and beyond but I must mention Mano and all his team Michael Ismail Abdul and all the Isla team May and all the lobby team. In summary the the happiness of all the staff clearly is a reflection of good management. Well done to all and can’t wait to see you all again late October 😁

This hotel was perfect for my wife, my son and me. The staff were really attentive and could not be more helpful and always made an effort with our son. The hotel is set up perfectly for families and we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. A special mention to May who worked in the coffee shop in the lobby. She was amazing and looked after us from day one, couldn't do more to help. Will definitely look to visit this hotel or another Rixos.

Top notch All inclusive experience. We had such a great break there that we booked again and was not disappointed. The rooms, food and amenities are all 1st class, but the most impressive part of our experience was the staffs commitment to guests. Currently at the Rixos Bab Al Bahr for an Easter family break. The good first. The service, amenities, food, drink and pools are brilliant, well worth it's 5 star status. However, the rooms are dated and in much need of a refurbishment. Generally clean but everything is just VERY well used and worn. If this was my hotel I would say the rooms need updating immediately and the rooms alone are worthy of 3 star or 4 star at best. Expect a few wobbly handles and taps as well as stained carpets. I would stay here again, after the rooms have been updated. To end on a high note the service and staff are excellent.

Great hotel for families and couples. I stayed with my husband and we had a wonderful time here. Everything is perfect from the beginning till the end. Hotel decorations are very beautiful, rooms are newly decorated, big space, big balcony with sea view. Beach right in front of the hotel with sun beds, towels and water. Three swimming pools, one for kids, one mix and one 18+. Restaurants are good, gym is good. Also has a spa. As well there is a tennis 🎾 court and you can play for free anytime. Service is great. All staff is very professional and doing really good job to make guests happy. From the door men, to reception, to house keeping, to staff on the beach and in restaurants and everywhere else. Very very polite and friendly. Definitely recommend!

Great Place. Second time here now and the service is fantastic, all the staff make you feel special. Rooms, beach, pool area, spa, not to mention the breakfast - all is a high 5 star experience. Well worth the 60-90 minutes drive from Dubai. Children are much appreciated, they have their own buffet area for breakfast as an example. Signature cocktails in the bar, different price levels of restaurants, but all with high quality. I would recommend ocean view 😃

My family and I stayed at the Waldorf Astoria for the weekend. We arrived on Saturday (Mid Afternoon) and we were greeted by the amazing valet team that assisted us with our luggage and then led us inside to check in. While we were checking we witnessed a falcon show outside and also were able to pet the falcon and also hold it on our arm. The front desk were also very kid friendly as they had a small check in area for junior visitors and it kept the kids entertained during check in. When we got in to our room it was clean and tidy and our luggage was already there. Then we made our way to the pool and they had water slides for children and they were very fun to go on and everyone in the family enjoyed it. The breakfast was also very quiet and calm and all the food was fresh and hot and they had a live egg station and pancake station. The beach was also very nice. However the pool was not heated and was very cold. The trip really was amazing and can't wait to go again! I really recommend going as the Staff is amazing and the quality of the room is amazing.
