Our stay at Radisson Resort, Marjan Island was just fantastic! As parents, finding a place that genuinely works for everyone, especially the kids, is a huge win, and this spot nailed it. The staff were super welcoming, our room was spotless and comfy, and the whole vibe was just perfect for a family getaway. The kids had a blast, which meant we did too!

We had an amazing stay at Radisson Resort Ras Al Khaimah, Marjan Island. The beachfront location is absolutely stunning, with crystal-clear water and beautiful sunset views. The rooms were modern, clean, and very comfortable.
What really stood out was the service — from check-in to check-out, the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful big up to Esther she was amazing and welcoming . Special thanks to the front desk and restaurant teams who went above and beyond to make our stay extra special

We had a lovely stay at this resort! The housekeeping staff were excellent, and the reception team was very helpful and welcoming. I would especially like to highlight Mr. Ahdi Adel, the Reception Manager – he is incredibly kind, helpful, and truly an asset to the resort. If you encounter any issues during your stay, he is definitely the person to talk to. A big thank you to him for his support!
One small point of disappointment was the pool timing. Since it’s summer, we expected the pool to be open a bit later. It currently closes at 7 PM, which felt early—especially for guests who check in late. Extending the pool hours to at least 9 PM would be a great improvement.
Overall, I highly recommend visiting this resort. Good luck to the entire team and keep up the great work!

We recently held our Back & Decor Electronics Company meeting at Radisson Hotel, and it was an excellent experience from start to finish. The meeting facilities were well-organized, the ambience was elegant, and the staff provided outstanding service throughout our event.

The hotel has a very good location and the rooms are spacious and comfortable. What stood out most was the quick and efficient room service—no waiting at all. As pure vegetarians, we were pleased with the wide range of delicious vegetarian options available. The hospitality was excellent, and the pool with the water slide was a great bonus. Ofcourse kids play area were my kids enjoyed playing board games and PLay station. Very friendly and helpful staff. Highly recommended.

Me and my children have had an amazing experience in this hotel.
I came with my two young daughters, on our first holiday together, I felt safe, secure and the hotel staff could not have done more to ensure our satisfaction. The staff are happy, friendly and i am genuinely extremely happy with my experience, we will be visiting again.
The only one little thing I would say, is the room cleaning service isn't great. I am a cleaner at home and I did have to clean nearly every day in the room. This could be personal expectations but otherwise rooms are genuinely clean.

The service here is top-notch – staff are super friendly, helpful, and always professional. The rooms are clean, spacious, and comfortable. The food is delicious with a wide variety of options. The beach and pools are well-maintained and perfect for relaxing.
Overall, it’s a fantastic place with excellent service and a great atmosphere. Perfect for both families and friends. I would definitely come back again!

I had a wonderful stay at the Hilton DoubleTree Hotel. The experience was both comfortable and luxurious. Everything was excellent, from the accommodations to the amenities. The hotel features multiple swimming pools for both adults and children, along with a small water park that is perfect for kids. Additionally, there is a company on-site for booking water activities, making it easy to enjoy various fun experiences. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for a relaxation.
Only we have one recommendation for pool and sea timing as it start from 8 am . Most of guests there same Me , were waiting to swim on sun rise ✨

Great rooms (well kept, spacious, good views), terrific location and facilities(beach front, lots of kids play areas and massive splash pads), but service needs work (there was virtually nobody around the pool to provide towels/take food and drink orders). The all inclusive was a good deal but the drinks were pretty sub par.
We also visited the spa and the masseuses need intense training. My friend and I both got the same massage and had very different experiences. Mine felt extremely rushed with very little pressure whilst hers was snail pace with no pressure as well. On top of it all, the masseuses tried to usher us out as quickly as possible after the massage was done whilst we were changing, adding to the lackluster experience.
10/10 for facilities and rooms.
5/10 for service.
-100/10 for the spa experience.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! From the moment we arrived, the reception staff were very friendly, helpful, and welcoming, which really set the tone for our visit.
The kids had an amazing time—they especially loved the Play Land area and the swimming pool, both of which were clean, safe, and well-maintained. It was great to see them having so much fun!
The breakfast was also very good, with a wide selection of fresh and tasty items to choose from, perfect for both adults and children.

Hotel is very very nice. Mr. Carlo did our check-in and he gave us a very nice room with view. Breakfast lunch and dinner all were very good. Staffs are very good friendly from reception to Fnb. They take care of the guest. Each and every staff always asks if how was our stay even though the crowd in the hotel was too much. They have amazing pool and the beach. We spent a week at Hampton by Hilton Marjan Island with our family and couldn't have been more satisfied. From the moment we arrived, the reception staff were always friendly and willing to help — even arranging a late checkout was no problem.
We had two rooms connected into one family suite, which suited us perfectly. The air conditioning worked flawlessly and the rooms were consistently clean. Daily housekeeping was maybe even a bit too much — by the end of our stay we noticed some towels missing, so we think a towel change every other day would be more than enough.
Our room was facing the pool, which meant we didn’t hear any noise from nearby construction — a big plus.
The food was excellent! Dinner always offered a wide variety, and outside peak hours there were no queues at all. The only small inconvenience was waiting for cutlery — we would’ve gladly picked it up ourselves like we did with plates. That said, the restaurant staff were always smiling, helpful, and kind.
One of the biggest highlights for us: no need to reserve sunbeds early in the morning! No matter when we came down to the beach or pool, we always found good spots. Because everyone knew there were enough sunbeds for all, no one felt the need to "claim" them in advance — such a refreshing change!
If we were to mention one thing that could be improved, it would be the evening entertainment, which was a bit underwhelming. A livelier or more varied program in the evenings would make the overall experience even better, especially for families staying a full week.
All in all, this was the best hotel we've ever stayed at on holiday. Huge thanks to all the hotel staff for making our vacation so enjoyable and relaxing.

The service was great - we had dietary restrictions (vegetarians, no garlic etc.), however the staff prepared meals for us separately. And we were very satisfied with the individual approach. The room service was quick and fast as well. Everyone is very helpful!
The rooms were clean and the view is spectacular. It is a bit noisy, however it was okay for us since we knew there will be a lot of kids :)

From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel genuinely welcome. Special thanks to the reception team for ensuring our stay was comfortable and for facilitating everything we needed to fully enjoy our holiday.
We also want to express our appreciation to the team at *Sea Breeze Restaurant*—they were incredibly helpful and attentive. The restaurant offers a lovely view of a beautiful garden, adding to the relaxing atmosphere. We also enjoyed a pleasant coffee break at the *Lobby Lounge*.
Staying in a premium room with a spacious balcony was a fantastic experience. It’s an ideal setting for both couples and families—peaceful, enjoyable, and truly unforgettable.

Amazing hotel with brilliant facilities. The employees are super attentive and are always happy to assist. In particular, the porters and bell boys are constantly running around after you, the buggys arrive within minutes to take you to dinner, the beach or the spa facilities. You just arrive and relax for your visit. Ibrahim at the front desk was amazing and agreed to give us an extended checkout time which was amazing.

He was incredibly friendly, thorough, and took the time to explain all the amenities and services available, ensuring we felt welcomed and well-informed.
The rooms were stunning, and the service was impeccable. What stood out the most was the genuine kindness of every staff member—always smiling, greeting us, and going above and beyond to make us feel valued. Kudos to the management for fostering such a positive and guest-focused environment!
At the pool area, **Mr. Manoj** and **Mr. Sushil** were exceptional—attentive, friendly, and always anticipating our needs. They frequently checked in to see if we needed anything, making our relaxation time even more enjoyable.
Upon departure, **Ms. Arwa** once again assisted us with such grace. Even when I forgot the valet card, she handled the situation effortlessly and ensured our car was ready within minutes. Additionally, **Mr. Manoj** (Valet Manager) was incredibly kind, assisting with our luggage and asking about our stay with a bright smile.
This level of hospitality is rare, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. We highly recommend Anantara Mina Al Arab and will definitely be returning!

One of the highlights of my stay was the exceptional service, especially at the bar. Nil, the bartender, was absolutely fantastic—friendly, attentive, and always ready to make the best drinks with a great attitude. He truly elevated the experience with his professionalism and warm personality.
Overall, I highly recommend this resort for anyone looking for a perfect getaway. I’ll definitely be coming back!

I’d say it’s great value for money because this hotel has so much to offer for everyone. There is so much to do, with 9 pools (we tried 4), even a 24/7 pool, kids activities, indoor activities and so on. There is also a good pool bar. The rooms are spacious and clean.
The staff are really friendly, welcoming, and helpful. We lost a key once, and they helped right away with no charge. They also provided a late checkout.
The main restaurant is massive, with a good variety of food that tastes great. The atmosphere at the hotel is amazing. Overall, we had a pleasant stay and highly recommend it. If you plan to visit, get here early so you won’t miss the fun.

Beautiful resort! We had all inclusive ,food was great, drinks available in all resort restaurants were so nice. Special 5*goes to the beach bar CIDER and very nice barmen Aarish who took great care of our group and kids.
Check-in was super fast and it took less then 5 min,we even got room earlier,also late check out. 😇

The hotel was very clean and had a romantic feel. The view was beautiful, and there were many great food and restaurant options to choose from. Excellent hotel. Stayed for two weeks June 2025. Food in all restaurants really delicious, service impeccable Thin from Myanmar who was usually on breakfast duty is an amazing hostess. So kind and polite with us. We had a superb room with a garden overlooking the sea with easy access to the beach. Our room attendants Prabin and Yakuma kept our room spotless daily. Thank you to all the staff, too numerous to mention individually here; you all deserve merit awards for your outstanding service you gave us. Currently staying at Pullman Marjan Island in room 307, and I honestly can’t stop smiling.
From the second I walked through the doors, it didn’t feel like just checking into a hotel — it felt like being welcomed home. The reception team greeted me with warmth and genuine care, and I thought, “This is special.” But that feeling didn’t stop there.
Every person I’ve interacted with — whether it’s the support staff, restaurant team, or housekeeping — has been absolutely amazing. Not just polite, but truly kind. You can tell they love what they do, and it shows in every little detail.
The food? Delicious. The service? Flawless. The vibe? Calm, comforting, and full of heart. 💫
It’s a bit bittersweet knowing the hotel is going into renovation soon… but one thing’s for sure: I’m coming back once it reopens. Places like this are rare — and I’m so glad I found it.

One of the highlights of my stay was the outstanding customer service. They offered great recommendations for local attractions and dining, which really enhanced my trip.

Review of Our 1st day out of 3days stay – Disappointing Experience for a 5-Star Hotel
We are staying here for three nights and, unfortunately, the experience did not meet the expectations of a 5-star hotel.
Upon entering our room, we found it uncomfortably hot. There were no basic bathroom amenities provided such as dental kits, a comb, or a hair dryer. One of the main reasons we chose this hotel was the advertised presence of a kitchen, but there was none. Additionally, the refrigerator in the room was not working, and there was a persistent damp, musty smell—like wet carpet.
The pool area was another letdown. The staff on duty were not only inattentive but also impolite, especially toward children. No towels were offered, and guests were instructed—by pointing fingers—to dispose of their used towels themselves. There were about three pool attendants, but they seemed more focused on discussing their shift schedules than assisting guests.
The kids’ play area was particularly concerning. It was poorly maintained and unsanitary. No staff member was present to monitor or assist children, and the toys looked like they hadn’t been cleaned in years.
We’ve stayed at many hotels, including 5-star establishments, and sadly, this was not up to standard. We expected better service, cleanliness, and basic amenities. This experience left us quite disappointed.

From the moment we entered st the reception, the welcoming 'Shahid' made it all easy and beautiful... We knew we were going to enjoy!
She was so welcoming and provided us with all our needs and wants, even the services we didn't know were available....
Everything was beautiful... The villa, the restaurants, the scenery and atmosphere, the services.... Too bad our stay was short...
We'll definitely be going back for a longer stay when the weather is a bit cooler and less sunny (The very hot weather prevented us from really making use of our stay properly and making use of the VIP Package we got).. But now we know what will be awaiting us and we'll plan it accordingly 😊 But overall, AMAZING!!!

Few suggestions: please be flexible with the restaurant timings and add more buggies during the summer season!

We had a wonderful stay at The Cove Rotana Resort in Ras Al Khaimah! The ambiance was beautiful and peaceful, and the entire place is very photogenic—perfect for capturing vacation memories.
We booked the all-inclusive package, which made everything smooth and convenient. Check-in was quick, thanks to Anjali, who assisted us right away with a warm welcome. Valet parking was also hassle-free, and a special shoutout to the elderly gentleman from Nepal—very hardworking, even in the intense Dubai heat. Big respect to him and all the valet staff doing a great job out there.
Mansour at the Sunset Bar was another highlight—super friendly and helpful, offering tips and making us feel right at home. At the Breeze Bar, Purong impressed us with his bartending skills—very talented and attentive, along with the rest of the team who were all equally welcoming.
Lastly, thank you to Sala, who made our check-out quick and seamless—a great way to end our stay.
Overall, we had a relaxing and memorable experience, and would absolutely recommend The Cove Rotana to anyone planning a getaway in the UAE.

Our stay was truly fantastic! The buffet food was absolutely delicious, offering a wide variety of dishes that satisfied everyone in our group.
What made it even more special was that my entire family (all 12 of us!) had an incredible time. The staff was attentive, the atmosphere was welcoming, and everything exceeded our expectations.

I had a great holiday at the Rixos Bab Al Bahr, travelling from the UK with my wife and teenage daughter, and would definitely return. We had a few minor issues with our room on arrival in the early hours and were moved the very next day and which all went very smoothly. All the staff were extremely friendly and helpful and we have no complaints about anything so I would highly recommend a stay here ! The location is a little remote but if you are looking for a quiet hotel away from the hustle and bustle of Dubai then this is the place to come.

We were really looking forward to our stay at this resort, and while the setting itself is beautiful, a few unfortunate experiences made our visit less enjoyable than expected.
The check-in process was frustratingly slow. Arrived at 1pm, followed up the check in by 3pm in the reception and got checked in by 3:50pm—we had to wait past the scheduled check in time without any clear communication.
It was suppose to be a luxurious stay but what truly ruined the experience was a staff named Drupti. She made us move from the seats we were told to wait in the first place to cater another guest. Assuming we were already “Checked In”. She was rude, dismissive, and completely unhelpful when we voiced our concerns. For a place that markets itself as “luxury,” the level of professionalism was shocking, especially if it’s selective and not consistent towards all the guests.
I have to commend a few staff that are a gem to this resort. Ms. Marjan and Ms. Sarah from the reception who had to make up for check-in incident and we truly appreciate them. Kudos to Norman from the buffet for being attentive to our needs.
Overall our stay was good, just with a few exceptions. If there was clearer communication from the beginning and a more proper approach to the guests’ needs, it would've made the situation better.
While the resort has a lot of potential and the location is lovely, we hope management takes feedback like this seriously and makes improvements. With better hospitality and attention to detail, this place could truly live up to its promise.

They went above and beyond to make our the kids birthday celebration truly special and unforgettable.

The hotel was very beautiful and the service was excellent. The staff were friendly and helpful, and overall we enjoyed our stay.
However, I must share a serious concern. Unfortunately, both of my children became sick after using the hotel pools. My daughter suffered from diarrhea for two days after we left, and my son developed a skin rash and irritation. I am confident this was due to the unclean and poorly maintained swimming pools.
It’s very important for hotels to ensure proper hygiene and regular disinfection, especially in areas used by children. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and improves the pool cleanliness to prevent this from happening to other families.

We just returned from a 10-night stay at the Hilton Marjan Island, and from start to finish, our experience was nothing short of exceptional. The staff were incredibly attentive throughout our stay—always greeting us with a warm smile and going out of their way to make sure everything was perfect.
A special shout-out to Marvel, who truly made a lasting impression. Her character and service were unmatched—so friendly, professional, and genuinely accommodating. Any issue we had, big or small, she handled it quickly and with such grace. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and she consistently delivered service with a smile. She’s a true asset to the Hilton team!
The hotel itself has a wonderful atmosphere and is spotlessly clean. You can really see the hard work that goes on behind the scenes. Huge thanks to the entire staff for their constant efforts—you never stopped, and it didn’t go unnoticed!

We stayed with our two young children and were blown away by the amazing facilities and services at the property.
The large rooms were very comfortable, the team put in a tent for our young ones and they absolutely loved it.
We especially enjoyed the in pool bar (though this could use more staff to quicken up service), the kids water slides and kids club, as well as the pristine beach.
We have stayed at a few properties on RAK and the Waldorf Astoria was most definitely our favourite!

I spent a day at the Waldorf Astoria Ras Al Khaimah using a day pass, and it was absolutely worth it. The price-performance ratio is excellent — you get access to a beautiful beach and pool area that’s peaceful and not crowded at all. It’s the perfect place to unwind and recharge.
Coming from the fast-paced Dubai lifestyle, this felt like the ideal escape. If you're looking for a quiet, luxurious retreat just a short drive from the city, I can highly recommend it. Great service, stunning setting, and pure relaxation

I have just had 10 days at the hotel in the club lounge part of the hotel, absolutely amazing.
As a female on her own, I could not recommend this hotel enough, staff are amazing, they make everyone feel special in their own way.
Very clean, rooms in the club are amazing, every need is met & more.
I have felt safe here from start to finish.
Food is amazing at the lounge & at all of the restaurants.
If you want a relaxing break this is the place to come, if you want to do things then there is plenty to do.
Just love it, would I go back to staying in Dubai…. Maybe not.

Special attention should be given to yoga and aqua aerobics classes led by instructor Lily! They are simply amazing! She is incredibly attentive to each guest creates a comfortable environment, and helps achieve great results. Thanks to her professionalism my workouts have become more enjoyable and effective! I'll definitely come back here again to enjoy a wonderful vacation and recharge with Lily's energy! I highly recommend this place to anyone who values high quality service and takes care of their health and well being.

We had a wonderful stay at the Intercontinental Ras Al Khaimah! The hotel is absolutely beautiful, with stunning views, excellent service, and great attention to detail. Absolutely loved my experience at Ramsa Lounge Cafe! The ambiance is warm and inviting — perfect for catching up with friends or just unwinding solo. The staff were genuinely friendly and attentive without being overbearing. I tried their signature coffee and a few small bites, and everything was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. The hookah options are top-notch too, with smooth pulls and a great variety of flavors. It’s clear that a lot of care goes into both the food and the vibe here. Unfortunately, our experience at Intercontinental Ras Al Khaimah fell short of expectations, especially for a five-star resort. The rooms were not properly cleaned, and the sunbeds around the pool were noticeably dirty, which really affected our comfort.
The pool area itself was a major letdown. No staff were present near the sunbeds to assist with towels or drinks, and the main pool was oddly connected to the kids' pool, making it far from relaxing. Given the intense summer heat, the water wasn’t cooled properly either, which made it uncomfortable to use.
The service overall was disappointing. For a resort of this level, the staff’s hospitality and attentiveness were lacking. We had to repeatedly request a basic tour of the property, which should be offered by default, especially for day visitors.
The one highlight of our visit was the Levant & Nar restaurant. The food, ambiance, and service there were excellent and truly stood out compared to the rest of the experience.
Honestly, for the price we paid, we could have stayed more nights at a different resort with far better service and cleanliness. If you're considering this hotel, I’d strongly recommend exploring other nearby options - you may find better value and a more enjoyable stay.

We chose this hotel based on the excellent reviews — and it truly lived up to the praise. From the moment you step inside, you can feel it’s a high-quality, well-run place. The warm welcome from the staff sets the tone right away. A special thanks to **Shine**, who was incredibly friendly and helpful during check-in and made us feel at home.
The rooms are spacious, with a large, well-equipped bathroom that adds to the comfort. The entire resort area is beautifully maintained, with a clean, inviting pool and well-designed surroundings. The beach is pristine, with soft sand and a really fun floating waterpark that the kids absolutely loved. We were especially impressed by how well the staff supervised and engaged with the children there. The sunbeds are also very comfortable — perfect for relaxing in the sun.
But what truly makes this hotel stand out is the staff. They are consistently attentive, friendly, and genuinely kind, always smiling and helpful, even while working hard in the heat. Their dedication and hospitality made a lasting impression on us.
We absolutely recommend this hotel, especially for families with children. It’s a wonderful place to relax, have fun, and feel well cared for.

We had such a great stay! The service was amazing — super friendly and helpful staff who made everything so smooth and enjoyable. The villa itself was lovely, clean, and well-maintained.
One small thing to note: I’d recommend booking the villa especially if you have kids between the ages of 5–13. The pool is quite small and not very deep, so it’s perfect for younger children but might not be ideal for teens or adults looking for a full swim.
Other than that, everything was wonderful — we really loved the experience and would definitely come back! 💛

I stayed at this hotel recently with my family, and while we really enjoyed our time there, we had quite a few issues with the booking process.
We had booked over 5 rooms and 3 villas for our group, all the way back in April. But when we arrived, we noticed that the prices were all over the place. Some of us were charged extra for the exact same type of room, and when we asked the booking team about it, their answers kept changing. It was confusing and honestly pretty frustrating. A few of us even had to pay more to “upgrade” to a smaller room, while the rooms we originally booked were actually bigger and better.
Aside from the booking mess, everything else was lovely. The hotel itself is beautiful, and the service at the entrance was amazing. I especially enjoyed chatting with Jimmy — he was super friendly, fun to talk to, and made us feel really welcome every time we walked in or out.
All in all, we had a great time, but I really hope the hotel sorts out their booking system. It took away from what could’ve been a perfect stay.

Such an awesome place. Highly recommend the tented rooms over looking endless desert with animals wandering and a private pool. Beautiful! Riding camels was so fun and the falconry show was amazing. Pablo was on point as were all of the other staff. Outstanding customer service. So glad we made last minute plan changes and did our last night in Dubai at this desert resort.

My wife and I had the pleasure to stay (unfortunately only) for 3 nights at this wonderful resort in May. From the moment we arrived the service was impeccable. Everyone was not only friendly but very caring and attentive. The resort itself with its 500 hectares was beautiful, and the rooms with the private pool gave you a perfect privacy - while at the same time enjoying nature and the gazelles from your terracce. We had in room dining (on time, high quality) twice. The breakfast buffet was amazing, probably one of the best we ever had.
We had never stayed at a Ritz Carlton before, but after this experience it will for sure not be the last one. A special thanks goes out to Pablo, King and his team as well as to Amr and his team for making our stay so memorable.

Right from the check-in, Akshay made us feel welcome and was very quick to guide us to the room. A very smooth checkin experience.

Fred who was the guide of the nature drive was especially awesome, and made the trip even more memorable.
Breakfast was another highlight, very friendly team! While not all names have been mentioned, all staff were very pleasant and friendly.

I stayed to the villa 310 from 29.06 to 03.07 and I never been pampered like that. My friend organized a surprise for my birthday and Ram was so involved to make this moment unforgettable!
The hotel itself is a stunning place — even photos can’t truly capture the beauty of the resort.
Every staff member we met during our stay showed us special attention; we were treated like princesses and they made sure we didn’t lack anything!

Extremely poor service and not what we'd expect from tbis brand.
When we entered their reception they tried to make it sound like we hadn't booked our kids and they would charge us more. When we checked our booking it was clear that we had actually booked for the 4 of us and it had been confirmed on email by the hotel at the time of booking. They had to then go and get their managers approval. I've added the photo of the confirmation to this review.
We booked an Al Shamal villa with king bed and sofa bed for our anniversary. The sofa bed was just a sofa. Its not a sofa bed. They gave us one pillow and one very thin blanket for our two kids to sleep on the chair. I've added a photo to this review of the sofa, blanket and pillow for 2 kids aged 9 and 10.
We went for the happy hour that's from 4 till 10. The timing was confirmed by the receptionist and hotel manager. But the FnB manager refused saying happy hour is only till 6pm. He said he called reception and they said we had been told that it ended at 6pm however later on the hotel manager confirmed that it was indeed till 10pm and didn't know why the FnB manager was saying something else. The FnB manager was also trying to get us to buy all inclusive drinks package.
The toilet had yellow water in it when we arrived. It looks like the have an issue with their plumbing as the water was dirty all the time in the toilets.
The hot water didn't always work. Sometimes you would have to run it for 2 minutes before it would warm up. Way beyond the 10 seconds the marriott group put in their specifications.
Food is good however the portion sizes are very small. For example my kid order ravioli and it came with only 4 pieces.
Upon leaving the manager the tried to add more charges to our bill saying that our food discount that he himself confirmed was valid was actually only for one drink. After an argument about this he agreed to remove these additional costs.
So from the arrival till we left they continually tried to extract more money than they were due to take. Completely unacceptable behaviour.
This place is not a 5 star. From the very poor service and right down to the cheapest and thinest toilet paper you can imagine.

I had the absolute best birthday weekend at The Ritz-Carlton Al Hamra, and I truly can't recommend it enough. We stayed in one of the stunning beach villas, and it was nothing short of paradise. The villa itself was incredibly spacious, beautifully designed, and offered the most serene, relaxing atmosphere. Waking up jumping in the pool and stepping out onto the pristine white sand was like a dream.
The beach is simply breathtaking—crystal-clear water, soft sand, and a peaceful setting that feels worlds away from the everyday. It’s the perfect place to unwind and enjoy nature’s beauty in total luxury.
What made this stay even more special was the exceptional service. Every member of the staff was warm, welcoming, and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. To my delight, they surprised me with a beautifully presented birthday cake, which added such a personal and memorable touch to an already incredible experience.

What really stood out though was the incredible staff. Everyone was so helpful, warm, and welcoming, but I have to give a special shoutout to Sofyan and Sandeep — they truly went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of.
