Rooms are great and cosy, however, the walls are paper thin, you can hear every single noise. I literally couldn’t sleep because of a crying baby. It will be understandable if this hotel was a 3 star hotel or less. Shower needs maintenance, it’s either giving super hot or freezing water.

We stayed at Radisson Resort Rass Al Khaimah for the weekend for a girls trip. We really enjoyed our time. The sea view from our rooms is amazing. Breakfast was a big spread and everything is made to perfection. They have a private beach and two pools if you’re not a beach person . The service was 10/10 although some room amenities were missing but the staff were very helpful and responsive 🙏🏻 would absolutely come back again 💕

Staff, location, food, view from room etc were amazing, but the room facilities need a bit of a caring hand, since there are old permanent stains in several places in the room. It could be great to have them completely removed, even though they have been cleaned before + bed a bit short for me 🙂

We had an absolutely incredible 2 nights stay at Radisson Resort Ras Al Khaimah! The room was immaculate and offered a stunning beach view. The overall atmosphere of the hotel was luxurious and comfortable, making it the perfect place to stay. Special thanks to the housekeeping staff Arif, who was exceptional, maintaining the room to perfection every day and restaurant staff Ravi and Chef Priyanshul for their outstanding service and dedication to making our stay memorable.The variety of dishes on both breakfast and dinner were amazing and catered to all tastes. I can't recommend Radisson Resort Ras Al Khaima enough and look forward to returning soon! P.S. Hats off to the lifeguards who were always on duty and ensuring the safety of every guest, even in the intense summer heat. Their dedication was truly commendable.

The atmosphere was amazing, and the interior design was calming. I loved the design, including the choice of colours and simplicity. It reflects the saying of beauty lays in simplicity. The designs were definitely based on the elements you find at the beach, the sea creatures, surfing, and waves. We just loved it. The housekeeping requires some improvement, though. We enjoyed our two days stay.

We came here for summer family vacation and it was absolutely incredible…! It was a great stay in a pristine and spacious room in the hotel. The room had a luxurious bathroom, bath, and shower was a delightful surprise. The balcony provided a perfect spot to soak in the surroundings. The hotel boasts a breathtaking setting with stunning views of the water and beach. The breakfast with delicious food exceeded my expectations and had a lot of food options. The spa facilities were top-notch, offering a perfect retreat for relaxation. Plenty for children to do lovely pool and great private beach. Friendly, welcoming and helpful staffs. For future improvement I would suggest if the swimming pool is open earlier in the morning as it is in a summer season. No valet parking available but a lot parking spaces were available even though the hotel was almost full. Overall, we enjoyed our vacation and we had a great stay in the hotel. We will be staying in the hotel again. Highly recommended for an unforgettable experience!

We came here for summer family vacation. It was a great stay with good accommodations in the hotel. The breakfast was delicious and a lot of food. The buffet dinner was great and we enjoyed the meals. Friendly and helpful staffs. Overall we enjoyed our vacation and we had a great stay in the hotel. We will be staying in the hotel again. For future improvement I would suggest if the swimming pool is open earlier in the morning as it is in a summer season.

What a wonderful place to stay! We had a room with a beautiful sea view, a comfortable bed, and a large sofa. The room was clean and bright, and the breakfasts were excellent. They even have egg and waffle stations where you can get hot waffles and tasty omelets.

It seems to be a little bit far away from the city, although it takes you to an amazing environment, especially the view of the hotel it was fantastic Rooms, let's be honest, if you are planning to book for one night, they will not clean your room in the morning, but for sure once you check in you will receive it clean. Service, I think they should take care of their restaurant because it was not with the level of the hotel (Hilton), I was shocked since I was not expecting that , the breakfast was very simple, even the fruit was tasteless and here I am describing the (watermelon) which is almost white

I had an incredibly disappointing experience. The service was abysmally late for everything, from check-in to room service. I had to wait for hours before anyone attended to my requests. To make matters worse, there were ants roaming around the beds, which made it extremely uncomfortable to sleep. Despite informing the staff, the issue was not promptly addressed. Adding to the discomfort, there was no bathroom mat provided, making the floor slippery and dangerous after a shower. Room cleaning services were abysmal. They only cleaned the room after I explicitly asked them to do so. This should have been done beforehand without any reminders. It felt like basic hospitality standards were not met. The food was also a major letdown. It lacked variety. I expected a lot more from a resort of this supposed caliber. Overall, my stay at was far from enjoyable. I would not recommend this place to anyone looking for a pleasant and hassle-free vacation.

I recently spent a week at this hotel and overall, I was quite satisfied with my stay. The food was good with a sufficient variety to choose from. The activities organized by the animation team were enjoyable and well-managed, keeping guests entertained throughout the day. The rooms were not luxurious, but they were comfortable and met my needs. However, I was disappointed with the beach. The water was shallow and the seabed was covered with a lot of seaweed, which made swimming less enjoyable. Despite the beach, I had a pleasant stay and would consider returning.

I am a regular guest of BM resort & always book for my leisure's. While I make booking with BM or any website I'll just call to Mr. Adnan at reception to confirm my booking. He is always there to take care of my family from reservation till check-out. I have stayed many times along with my DOG.I like Room 554 because its very close to the beach & easy to handle the DOD as well. Alongside I have booked 1-sweet room for my children, which they gave me near the main Pool. Its like second home to me. I will definitely recommend to my friends and family.

I am staying at BM Resort and had a highly disappointing experience. Despite booking 12 rooms or more, the service and food quality were terrible. The staff was unresponsive and unprofessional, with simple requests taking too long to be addressed. Many rooms had cleanliness issues. The food was bland, poorly prepared, and the chicken served yesterday in the room was not properly cooked . Given the number of rooms we booked, we expected much better service and hospitality. BM Resort failed to meet even the most basic expectations. I would not recommend this place to anyone. They need to significantly improve their service and food quality.

It was a great experience for us including our dog. The pet friendly section was very accommodating. Other guests were very friendly as well knowing that this section is pet friendly. Rooms were good and clean although they are slightly older and it shows in some places like the sound of AC and paint etc.. but that is part of wear and tear. Food was good too. The menu was all encompassing. And everything was tasty. Location could have been a little bit better considering waves were missing due to the huge lagoon. But it's what it is. Overall 4/5 stars. One extra for being pet friendly and mentioning it appropriately.

Very bad experience. We choose this to spend our new year eve there. We booked the room for 3 adults and they gave us a room with a queen bed. The room was very small, with stained carpet and dirty and ripped pillows and no spoon to stir coffee . For bathroom there were no toilataries nor towels. Even after calling again and again they didn't provided the basic things. Upon asking their staff said it's the biggest room we've and this is standered room for 3 the manager misbehaved us instead of resolving the issue. Will never recommend to waste your time and money here.

Food was bad (dinner & breakfast) breakfast time there was no place at the main restaurant they told us to go to mezza restaurant; at Mezza there was no place we struggled to find a table by our selves as none from the staff there helped ! sadly they were not helping at all, zero service! we had to ask for coffee five times till finally got it, and we had to ask for plates many times too as there were no plates available at the buffet! food was not good and poor varieties (even in the buffet at the main restaurant as we had dinner there in the previous night). Also, we got all inclusive package as the guy at the check in desk suggested, but we were shocked to know at the pool that only few drinks are included which is bad because very little options available. Besides, all inclusive started from 12pm check in day and was supposed to end 12pm on the day of check out which was next day, but next day at 10am they said the don't offer drinks before 12pm !! WHAT !! I found this so misleading and inconvenient as they should have formed us about this before we paid! They should have been more clear about it. They should give full details when they suggest this to visitors .Very disappointing!!!! I will not visit this hotel again and I will not recommend it to anyone. It should be 4 stars hotel not 5 stars one.

I always preferred to stay because of amazing team they have, but i noticed this time the lady in reception “May “she should not handle the front area ,the way she dealt treat us we never had it before.The manager Bilal was really helpful and he managed that negative situation with her and even he gave us a complimentary upgrade. Rooms were very clean and filled all our needs ,the amazing welcome deco from housekeeping team was mind blowing , i really got happy in a way that good team still exist.Food was good too but the service team needs improvement too.
