“The rooms were exceptionally clean and well-maintained, with plenty of space to ensure comfort. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, especially the housekeeping team, who did an outstanding job. Some things are not well taken care of in the room and should be maintained. But don’t take this as negative. Everything is great. Would stay again. Gym is nice. Location is awesome.

Good hotel, great friendly staff from reception, restaurant and house keeping. Italian Job restaurant singing waiters are great entertainers and you must visit Jimmy at Ingenuity Bar was lovely to hear his story and his team were very hospitable. Shout out to Raj & Maureen for their efforts at breakfast. Angil & team were helpful at the sports and pool area. Shame there was some renovations going on so men’s steam & sauna was not available for our full stay and a few bars were closed. Overall decent value with an outdoor heated pool and great variety of food for breakfast.

I had an amazing dining experience at Italian Job Restaurant, and I must say it was truly unforgettable. The highlight of our visit was the exceptional service provided by our server, Sir Rico. He was attentive, friendly, and went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. His recommendations were spot on, and his professionalism added a special touch to our meal. What made the evening even more delightful was the bonus surprise—Sir Rico and the team sang to us while we were enjoying our food! Their voices were amazing, and it created such a warm, lively atmosphere. It’s not every day you dine in a place where the staff genuinely make you feel like family. The food was outstanding, and the ambiance was perfect. I highly recommend Italian Job Restaurant to anyone looking for a unique and memorable dining experience. My wife and I spent an unforgettable 7-day vacation at this hotel, and we are leaving with the most pleasant impressions. Everything was top-notch — from the amenities to the warm and welcoming atmosphere. We would like to express our special gratitude to Emmanuel, who took great care of the cleanliness of our floor and room. His kindness and attentive attitude made our stay even more comfortable. A huge hotel, consisting of the East and West wing with the former slightly older, I guess. A few things were out of service (library) and under maintenance (gym) but still value for money. I enjoyed breakfast with a great selection, even gluten and lactose free products. Trouble finding seating sometimes and leaving your table sometimes meant staff clearing it... The room was spacious, although no balcony or special view. The bed made me sleep well. Narayan kept the room very nice and clean all week. I also want to mention miss Alison in guest relations. She was very sweet, understanding and a great help in booking outings. Complimentary shuttle to the airport is also nice. The pool area is sunny before noon and the sunbeds are comfortable. If you are thinking of coming to Doha - this hotel I can highly recommend!
