Day 1 – Arrive Muscat | Transfer to Jabal Akhdar

Your journey begins upon arrival in Muscat, where you’ll be met by your private chauffeur-guide and driven in a 4x4 vehicle to the dramatic heights of Jabal Akhdar, perched 2000 meters above sea level. Nestled in the Hajar Mountains , this region is renowned for its terraced villages, fragrant rose gardens, and panoramic hiking trails.

Day 2 – Jabal Akhdar | Day at Leisure

Enjoy a peaceful day surrounded by mountain beauty. No car or driver is included today, allowing you to relax and take in the views. However, we highly recommend exploring nearby rose-growing villages or taking a scenic trip to Nizwa , Bahla Fort, and Jabrin Castlewith your guide if desired.

Day 3 – Jabal Akhdar & Nizwa Exploration

Today, head out with your chauffeur-guide to explore Nizwa, Oman’s former capital rich in culture and history. Visit the iconic Nizwa Fort, wander through the traditional souq, and enjoy stops at Bahla Fort and Jabrin Castle. Later, return via scenic mountain villages for a deeper connection to rural Oman.

Day 4 – Jabal Akhdar to Wahiba Sands

Leave the mountains behind as you journey into the golden dunes of Wahiba Sands. Stop en route at Wadi Bani Khalid, one of Oman’s most beautiful wadis, for a refreshing swim. Arrive at your desert camp and settle in for a magical night under the stars.

Day 5 – Wahiba to Muscat via Sur & Sinkhole

Today, travel back toward Muscat with several enriching stops: visit the dhow-building town of Sur, take a dip in the striking Bimmah Sinkhole, and enjoy the natural beauty of Wadi Arbaeen. You’ll arrive in Muscat in the late afternoon.

Day 6 – Muscat City Discovery

Start your day with a visit to the spectacular Sultan Qaboos Grand Mosque, a masterpiece of Islamic architecture. Continue to the Royal Opera House (photo stop), the bustling Muttrah Souq, and the cultural gem Bait Al Zubair Museum. End the tour with a scenic drive past Al Alam Palace, flanked by the Portuguese forts Jalali and Mirani (photo stop only).

Day 7 – Muscat | Day at Leisure

Spend the day at your own pace. Relax at your beach resort or choose from a range of optional excursions.
